Comentários: Ele atende bem algumas demandas da ferramenta, outras são um pouco complexas.

Vantagens:

Utilizo para criações de vídeos para meu trabalho e narrações.

Desvantagens:

Tive dificuldade com alguns recursos como gravações de Screencast e tb não tive um bom suporte quando necessitei.

Comentários: Estamos migrando todo o conteúdo da educação de jovens e adultos, ensino fundamental e médio, e de cursos de educação profissional tecnológica, além de desenvolver outros projetos de treinamento. Resultados visualmente impactantes aos estudantes, com muitos recursos de aprendizagem, funcionais e de fácil acesso e utilização.

Vantagens:

A possibilidade de integrar vídeos, telas de navegação, interações, exercícios em um único arquivo facilita muito a gestão do conteúdo e a disponibilidade oferecida aos alunos. Além disso, integra-se facilmente ao ambiente moodle, incluindo seu aplicativo. Ainda, a possibilidade de publicar o curso online, indepentende de outro ambiente de aprendizagem, facilita e populariza o uso do recurso, tornando as aulas fáceis de serem implementadas na educação a distância.

Desvantagens:

Tive dificuldades em acessar e deixar a biblioteca logada, para acesso aos personagens, fundos, e demais itens. A atualização do software corrige detalhes que não estavam funcionando bem, como por exemplo, ao copiar uma tela com exercícios para outro conjunto de slides, não conseguir acessar, e precisar refazer.

A visualização em dispositivos móveis ainda não está boa.

My Experience and Recommendation

Vantagens:

From the perspective of someone making a purchasing decision, I am extremely pleased with iSpring Suite. The fact that our employees are satisfied with their work within the system speaks volumes. The support provided by iSpring is not only timely but also exceptionally prompt. Overall, my experience with iSpring Suite has been exceedingly positive. I regard it as an exceptional tool for developing a wide range of content, and I wholeheartedly endorse it for those who may be uncertain about which program to select.

Desvantagens:

I don't have any specific complaints about iSpring Suite.

Best training software out there!

Vantagens:

The tech support is out of this world. They help me so quickly and send screenshots of exactly what I need to do when I get stuck.

Desvantagens:

I run multiple accounts and would like an easier single sign-in, so I don't have to log in and out of accounts all of the times.

Overall Experience ISpring Suite and Tech Support

Comentários: Great help in creating my asynchronous modules, though a bit tedious when doing the voiceovers. Tech Support is really great. Quick resolution and patient agents. [sensitive content hidden], to name a few, that I have encountered recently due to an ongoing issue. [sensitive content hidden] is very knowledgeable; he has already assisted me twice and resolved both issues. [sensitive content hidden] extended her assistance even after the resolution and was eager to do a follow-up. [sensitive content hidden], on the other hand, was really patient as I navigated and looked for my missing files.

Vantagens:

Interaction and quizzes. Allows some activity so the course will not be monotonous.

Desvantagens:

Still avatars and voiceovers. Tedious task to do voiceovers.

ISpring Suite and Why I Love It

Comentários: Excellent product. Ease of use cannot be over emphasized as long as you are familiar with Powerpoint.

Vantagens:

The fact that ISpring Suite is a Powerpoint add-in means that I did not have to learn any new authoring product. It incorporates seamlessly.

Desvantagens:

I must sometimes work from home if sick or for other reasons. I have been unable to activate the product at home even though it is possible.

Comentários: I used the trial version first and with relaly good experience. As I was not expecting to use all the ISpring functionality, decided to buy a cheaper solution for SCORM publishing which at the end did not not working properly and not supporting big video files.

Vantagens:

Easy to use and very good integration into powerpoint Customer service is excellent

Desvantagens:

This is the first project I worked and and so far all is fine

Comentários: It has been positive from first talking to our rep when we were looking for an online program. The trail went smoothly, but the backup service from the support team is just the best. They are patient and nothing is too hard for them to help with.

Vantagens:

It can be easily used as part of Power Point. If you are familiar with power point it is relatively easy to use iSpring.

Desvantagens:

Just learning a new program. but with patience I learned that it wasn't that hard to use.

the mp4 video after publish is still too fat, and could not resize by ffmpeg.

Comentários: Overall it is a grea app and i highly recommend it to course creators.

Vantagens:

The fact that this is all in one product and doesnt limit us on the size of the file is a massive benefit for us. Along with the fact that you have the full functionality of powerpoint, with additional application sadded on top of it make it a one stop shop for us.

Desvantagens:

the ispring pages would be great if it facilitated much larger sizes. 2bg size is not enough for our purposes.

Comentários: I have been using iSpring Suite in my work (non-profit) for over 5 years and I would not choose to work with any other program. Many teachers use my presentations and tests every day (I am the author of one of the largest geography education portals in Poland - www.ografia24.eu).

Vantagens:

The versatility of the package and its good integration with PowerPoint and many types of quizzes, including the ability to create quizzes on a map, which is crucial in the case of the subject I teach (geography).

Desvantagens:

Everything is at a high level. I would only add an administration panel to the online test results sent (so that you could implement it yourself on your website

Comentários: I am happy to use this iSpring Suite because students can get benefits even on their absence days and easily access it from anywhere and anytime.

Vantagens:

Easy access with net connection and upload the content for students' future reference.

Desvantagens:

It is time-consuming and needs basic computer skills to upload and reviewing of the content.

ISpring for HG Group

Comentários: I have used iSpring in my previous and current companies. The tool is developing, new features (e.g. text to speech) are really useful for multi-languages companies. Easy to work with.

Vantagens:

Integration with PowerPoint, easy to use for most of course designers

Desvantagens:

The lectors for not common languages (e.g. Lithuanian) is not so natural

With time and all updates iSpring Suite became perfect tool for my needs.

Since all the functionalities added in last few years, there is notning I don't like.

Vantagens:

The customer support - they always respond within a couple of hours with clear step by step instructions and pictures.

Desvantagens:

Making quick updates / publishing function can be time consuming. Would be good to have a live test mode (to be able to skip slides / work through faster when testing).

Successes with iSpring Suite

Comentários: I really like the product and will continue to use it. The support staff has always been helpful to work with and are great at troubleshooting errors.

Vantagens:

I use iSpring Suite to develop training content for our different engineering teams across North America. iSpring allows me to create customized training for our unique company needs that caters to our different engineers and departments. The tool is very easy to use and within a few weeks, I felt I could quickly produce high quality training materials.

Desvantagens:

I find that the tool is not always consistent in publishing the content for use. It works 85% of the time. The few times it does not work, it is always easy to fix. It's just time consuming to republish but you can usually fix the errors.
