Reports are easy to use and their database is set up in such a way that I have been able to create almost every report I wanted. Tech support responds promptly with legitimate answers. We operate twice a month and each pantry runs Sun - Wed. A single pantry has 184 volunteer spots that need to be filled. I have 500+ volunteers in my database. We moved from SignUpGenius to VL for function, i.e., better reports, and tech support. The team at VL have been easy to work with and my questions and concerns have been addressed promptly.
