The setup was quick, and connecting to remote computers is usually smooth with very little hassle. I like that I can access devices from almost anywhere, and the interface is simple enough that I didnt need much training to get started. It has made helping users a lot faster and easier.

> **Desvantagens**: The pricing can feel a little high, especially for smaller teams or businesses that don't need every feature included in the platform. Occasionally, the software can be slow to connect depending on the network, and some advanced settings take a bit of digging through menus to find. There has been a few times where reconnecting took longer then expected.

> Overall, my experience with TeamViewer One has been positive. It saves a lot of time when helping users remotely and makes managing devices much more convenient. While the cost may be a drawback for some, the reliability and ease of use make it a solid solution for remote access and support. Cross-platform coverage is the real strength: Windows, Mac, Linux, and mobile all handled from one console, which no other tool we tried matched. Having remote access, session recording, and device monitoring under one login cut down the number of tools we pay for, and unattended access to servers has been rock solid.

> **Desvantagens**: Pricing is the main complaint — it's noticeably more expensive than comparable tools, licensing tiers are confusing, and renewal terms are rigid with little flexibility if your needs change mid-contract. The commercial-use detection can also flag legitimate activity and lock sessions at the worst possible moment. Beyond that, the console feels heavier than it needs to be, and some features are gated behind higher tiers or add-ons you'd expect to be included
