The company was bought by a credit card processor so you no longer have a choice of processor - which means rate increases sneak in. The credit card company that bought SAP is not in the software business. This is a cash cow for them. The customer service gets worse by the year. I've been on hold for 40 minutes. This is not unusual. Be prepared to tie up your office. When they respond by email to a problem the issues is not always addressed and answers are not usually clear. I have been waiting for resolution on an issue for months. The testing is not good which is why the releases are buggy. They have a limited number of good reps who understand the business impact of the questions. This has always been the case which leads to delays in resolving problems. Due to poor management they had spam problems with Twillio this generated issues for the companies they have that were following the rules. I can no longer recommend this software.
