> **Vantagens**: Our organization operates nearly a dozen main social handles and multiple sub-brands, Sprout Social has made it incredibly easy to manage all of our social handles across several platforms. The reporting tools are top tier and it is incredibly simple to generate visually appealing reports, especially for paid campaigns. &#10;&#10;Having switched over from another provider the learning curve was quite simple as the user interface is intuitive. It won't take long to master Sprout Social.

> **Desvantagens**: The only caveat with Sprout and other providers is that it can get quite expensive if you require several user licenses and have a large number of social handles. The features are worth the money, but it is important to consider how many user licenses you will need to adequately support your organization.

> Overall using Sprout has been a huge boost to our social strategy, both paid and organic. Being able to operate all of our social channels in one platform helps save time and allows for better collaboration across the social team. I would highly recommend using Sprout Social if you're looking for a new social media management tool.

> **Vantagens**: They make it easy to see our entire inbox and messages we have. We're also able to respond directly to messages and comments from Sprout Social. IT's easy to use and set up, as well as schedule posts in advance for easy publishing. We feel confident in it's security and have never had an issue or bug that has needed to be worked out. The vaue we're getting is great and they're willing to customize your plan based on what you need.

> **Desvantagens**: There are a lot of features to learn and sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming to try and use all of them. It's a very robust product.

> **Desvantagens**: Cut back support staff - got rid of our account manager and AU support teams, without telling us &#10;Auto renew annual contracts and despite us trying to contact our rep to review our needs and being ghosted, they refused to revisit this&#10;They are no longer leaders in the space, look at the newer options - they offer better features and value for dollars

Sprout got rid of our account manager and AU support teams, without telling us - we've been ghosted since before our contract was due to auto renew. So any questions around whether our plan was still the right level, if we needed the extras we were upsold, went unanswered. Despite breaching contract and taking away the local rep (which was the selling point) - they're refusing to terminate the contract until rollover time again. So obtuse, despite years of taking our money, so now lawyers are getting called in.

> **Vantagens**: I like that all of our social stuff comes in to one place. It prevents me from having to log in and out of separate accounts just to respond to comments or DMs. The tagging system also comes in handy to help us keep track on who on the team worked on what.

> **Desvantagens**: It can be a little overwhelming to get started, especially the analytics portion. It took me a week to feel comfortable and I’m still puzzled by some filters.

> We used to miss questions customers were asking in the comments on posts because they were in so many different places. Today, I capture all of them in a single dashboard and respond more quickly and having the ability to do that makes a meaningful difference in how our clients perceive us.
