Great software for teams of all sizes
Comentários: I've been using this software for 5 years, first as an employee then as an employer. Ease of use for both parties is fantastic and it's well worth paying for to save the time. When I change places of business, if I have a choice, I will choose When I Work again and again.
Vantagens:
- Shift templates, makes scheduling a lot easier - The ability to copy and paste any shift, even faster than clicking and choosing - Simple to add and remove employees - App is fairly easy to use - Time clock is awesome, easy to use
Desvantagens:
- Looking at the full staff schedule on a particular day can be tedious. - For those making schedules, it's so much easier to do on a computer - In order to have a printed schedule, it downloads the PDF which you then have to print. I wish this printed right off the website.

Great software for smaller conpany
Comentários: I would’ve chosen this app over its competition, if the cost was more competitive. It’s easy to use, it’s intuitive, they focus on their core product which is online scheduling.
Vantagens:
This is a very straight forward software that focuses on online scheduling. It’s very easy to use. It’s very responsive, and fast. IM feature is very good. Great for communication between staff.
Desvantagens:
The cost is quite expensive, as it’s calculated based on number of active employee per month vs a flat fee, so the bigger the company, the more it costs. We have almost 150 employees in total, so it was not the best option for us to use.

Comentários: I find When I Work easy to use, with useful features for employee scheduling, time and attendance tracking, and communication. However, I have encountered some issues with slow loading times, occasional downtime, and a buggy mobile app, and the customer support can be slow to respond. Overall, When I Work has been a valuable asset to my organization.
Vantagens:
I like how user-friendly the scheduling interface is. I appreciate that I can quickly create and modify schedules, and the mobile app allows me to view my schedule, swap shifts, and request time off. This simplifies the scheduling process and ensures that all shifts are covered.I also like the time and attendance tracking capabilities of When I Work. I can clock in and out using the mobile app, and my employer can monitor my attendance in real-time. This reduces errors and ensures that I am accurately compensated for my time.When I Work's communication features are also useful to me. I can send one-on-one messages or group messages, making it easy to communicate with my team members or departments. I also appreciate that my employer can send out announcements or updates to the entire staff using the platform.Finally, I find it helpful that When I Work can integrate with other tools such as payroll software, accounting software, and POS systems. This allows for a more comprehensive solution for managing a workforce, making it easier to manage multiple aspects of my business in one place.

One issue that I have experienced is that the software can be slow to load or experience occasional downtime, which can be frustrating when I am trying to access my schedule or communicate with my team members. I have also encountered instances where the mobile app can be buggy or crash, causing disruptions to my workday.Another concern that I have is that certain features, such as the ability to copy and paste schedules, can be cumbersome or time-consuming. Additionally, the reporting functionality could be more robust, with some reports taking longer to generate than expected.Finally, I have noticed that the customer support can be slow to respond or unhelpful in resolving issues. This can be a problem when there are urgent scheduling or communication needs that require immediate attention.

My accountant is doing twice as much work as he needs to! Why does he need to manually input employees' taxes???

A Great Tool for Scheduling and Managing Employees
Comentários: Overall, I've been very pleased with my experience using When I Work. It's been a great tool for managing my team and scheduling employees. I've found it to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The only issue I've encountered is with the mobile app, but I'm sure that will be resolved soon.
Vantagens:
I love using When I Work to schedule and manage my employees. It's so easy to use and has great features like the ability to communicate with my employees and see who is available to work at a glance. I also appreciate that I can easily adjust schedules as needed. It's definitely a great tool for managing my team!
Desvantagens:
The only downside to When I Work is that the mobile app can sometimes be slow to load. I've also had a few issues with the notifications not coming through as quickly as I'd like. Other than that, it's a great scheduling and management tool.
