Exactly as the name promises

Comentários: Very positive in all respects once we get to understand that we're having to accept some compromises in return for affordability and user friendliness.

Vantagens:

It is easy, simple, and just plain works. Sure the feature set is limited, but the price is very very affordable and what it does is easy to understand, use, and benefit from.

Desvantagens:

More sophistication would be great, but I get it. Most of us don't use all the features in other CRM systems, and the add-on costs and complications are appalling. Less Annoying is a great compromise and we're very happy.

Comentários: Love it. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a CRM that will not break the bank and suck the life out of you trying to learn and maintain it.

Vantagens:

Very simple and easy to use. Easy to customize for our needs. Great value for the money. Every other CRM I looked at was bloated with features that we didn't need and increased time to learn. Less Annoying CRM provided what we needed. Easy to onboard other members. Customer service response was immediate and helpful.

Desvantagens:

Did not have a template for small dealer auto sales. Did my own customization. Very easy.

No Support and nonsensical import system

Comentários: More Annoying CRM than competitors

Vantagens:

Nothing currently. It doesn't allow you to like it if it does not import your data.

Desvantagens:

Support comes online when you are going to bed. Importing data is not possible if the system is not working.Each time we try to choose a customised field the system doesn't allow us to name it and then 'asks' us to name something that the system has greyed out.

Comentários: LACRM's become not only my main CRM for our company but also a little bit of a project management and to-do tracking system. It's been handy for helping to prioritize work.

Vantagens:

I've found LACRM to be very flexible and easy to set up for our my own needs that exist beyond sales and fundraising. Previously found other CRMs to be fantastic for one type of workflow but not for others, or that the CRM tried to do everything and just turned into a big mess. LACRM strikes a balance between a number of extremes to make a very usable product.

Desvantagens:

Not a dislike, but many integrations come only through Zapier. Just represents a little extra work to get systems to play with one another.

Comentários: Easy to teach and learn, information is readily available and querying the date is very straight forward.

Vantagens:

So very simple to use. We have used other more expensive CRM's and LACRM is head and shoulders the best.

Desvantagens:

There's really nothing I don't like. I use it every day and am very happy with sll features and functions. I would say that I don't feel like I am missing anything.

Comentários: customer service with LACRM is excellent. Anytime you have a question they are very prompt to respond and a great positive attitude!

Vantagens:

LACRM is very user friendly and easy to customize the fields that you need

Desvantagens:

no cons. The only feature that I would love to see in the future would be the capability to make calls from the crm

The interface is easy. Customizing fields and flows is easy. Import-export is easy. I can tell that this tool has had many people doing use cases in the background and refining them to the most elegant solution.

Desvantagens:

I want it to integrate better with ConvertKit.

It's actually less annoying than any other CRM I've tried. It lets me keep track of my activity and clients without adding a lot of steps to my workflow and getting in the way of productivity.

Comentários: CANT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF THE CRM PROGRAM AND THE TECH SUPPORT IS AMAZING. HAVE REFERRED THEM OUT TO MULTIPLE COMPANIES TOO.

EASE OF USE AND TECH SUPPORT IS AMAZING. MOST CRMS ARE VERY DIFFICULT TO USE WITH TONS OF BELLS AND WHISTLES THAT ARE NOT NEEDED JUST COMPLICATE THINGS. THIS WORKS PERFECT FOR OUR BUSINESS

Comentários: My overall experience with this company from day one (I have been a customer for many years now) is extremely positive! I would not hesitate (and have done in the past) to recommend Less Annoying CRM to friends and colleagues.

Vantagens:

I love how I can store all my leads and contacts in a really simple to use and functional database and for such a low monthly subscription from a cost perspective. Most of all - I love the Customer Service from this company. The whole team are always so friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The communication is first class as well e.g. with regards to changes to the CRM / software and price changes are announced well in advance. They also do not take their customers for granted and keep in regular contact. They ask for feedback every year. What a lovely positive, enthusiastic bunch of people!

Desvantagens:

I honestly cannot think of anything that I would complain about. It more than meets my needs...

Simply the best CRM for small businesses

Comentários: Wonderful. Setting up a small consultancy business is stressful, LACRM makes the somewhat tedious elements of databasing, contact archiving, structuring tasks and initiating pipelines effortless. My emails go to the relevant contact notes, my fully integrated google calendar becomes central to planning, not an afterthought. The LACRM team have their own Youtube tutorial series. Perfectly executed instructions on how to use a brilliantly simple bit of software. Excellent customer service too.

Vantagens:

The layout is flexible and counter-intuitive, making it highly user friendly. The click and drag mechanic makes it very easy to use. The ability to build your own fields, data boxes and drop-downs makes this highly customisable. Ultimately, a CRM succeeds or fails by the user experience. I have used a handful of well-known CRM's over the last decade and this provides the best experience, with none of the shortcomings of more complex tools...and at a much lower price point.

Desvantagens:

None. I really would struggle to come up with anything meaningful. Even the customer service is first class.

Organizing your business

Comentários: Outstanding. It has allowed me to build my company and without it I don't think we would have succeeded.

Vantagens:

Having a CRM is absolutely necessary in this day and age if you want to stay on top of work.

Desvantagens:

I'm not happy with the current overhaul of system. I liked the older version simply because it had colours. Now it's too white. The human eye is attracted to colours.

Vantagens:

Less Annoying CRM's value is incredible and it's product capabilities and ease-of-use are excellent.

Desvantagens:

As our CRM instance has become more and more populated with contacts, we have noticed that the system has begun slowing down, which causes some productivity loss.

LACRM is the easiest to start and to use - by far! They live up to their name.

Desvantagens:

Obviously LACRM feature-set is less than others on the market. It's also what makes their service simple.

Comentários: I would highly recommend it for any company, from real estate to pest control, there are all types of scenarios where Less Annoying can be helpful

It is easy to navigate and enter information. I market several different products and this allows me to stay up to date with everything

Haven't used it long enough, however, I am not sure that I like how my information is exported but it could be user error and not the CRM

Comentários: Happy with the simplicity and confident I have access to email threads etc. should I need to refer back.

Vantagens:

keeps track of all email communication, contact details and background information for clients plus reminder dates for things I need to do which ping up on my workspace and stay there until the item has been done, gives me peace of mind I don't miss anything important

Haven't used it for lead generation or anything other than communications so can't really say

User-friendly and affordable CRM

Vantagens:

It is very easy to use. You don't even have to learn it as the layout is so intuitive. Its monthly price is very affordable for a small company too.

Desvantagens:

We integrate MailChimp with Less Annoying to send emails and this integration is bit of headache.

Vantagens:

Very easy to use and navigate! I would recommend.

Desvantagens:

It doesn't have an undo feature for when info gets accidentally deleted.

Comentários: We have a fairly small sales force (5-7) all of whom work remotely. We needed a simple way to track individual efforts as well as each others activity. Less Annoying gives us what we need without the additional clutter that similar products contain. Less is more in our case, and this CRM delivers on that.

Vantagens:

Simplicity. That's what attracted us to the product initially and why we've continued to use it since 2016. Customer service is great as well. We haven't needed them often, but when we do they're spot on. And of course, the bottom line. I challenge you to try and beat the price.

Desvantagens:

I don't really have any dislikes. There are a few features we don't all use, but that's mainly due to the personal differences in the way salespeople organize themselves.

Best Business Decision I've Made This Year

Vantagens:

This product has made it so easy to keep track of new clients and leads. We're a busy Pilates and Yoga studio. The Business Manager and I were having a tough time getting back in touch with them, remembering their fitness issues, and contact information, and determining which of our 15 teachers to place them with. The CRM has put it all together for us. We never lose anyone anymore, and I can also assign tasks to my Business Manager and move projects off my plate. Also, the Customer Service is exceptional. Team members respond promptly, often within minutes. The video tutorials are also very helpful and easy to follow.

Desvantagens:

I'd like a way to show High Priority issues and get reminders of tasks that were not completed.
