Comentários: Less work is needed to keep our records because the programme is so simple and hassle-free to use and to manage employee credentials. tracking team members' leaves, vacation plans, personnel information, etc., globally. makes sure that everything is available to management and staff. We always have access to the employee's termination date and reason for leaving the organisation.

Vantagens:

provides a valuable service to our business and is easily available to all employee requirements; it accurately records time, onboarding, and leave requests. It is intended to be utilised by all Organizational departments, not just the HR staff. Because the programme is cloud-based, this is an added benefit. It keeps you informed on the most recent HR news, regulations, and developments so you can share them with potential hires and coworkers. The customer assistance is outstanding. Always responding to my queries and guiding me through any difficulties I encounter.

Desvantagens:

It might occasionally take a lot of time and effort to read the material. It might be challenging to keep up with the frequent email transmissions. The programme has very poor mobile compatibility. Additionally appears to occasionally experience some issues. causing the entry of time punch corrections.
