Customer service is pretty responsive. Rollouts are not always smooth, unfortunately, but they do seem to be doing updates from time to time. There are several improvements I’ve consistently reached out about, some that would make workflows dramatically easier, others that address things that simply don’t make sense in the current design, and none of them have ever been acknowledged by the bugs/suggestions team. There’s no tracking, and no indication that the request was even reviewed. I’ve used other platforms that maintain a public or internal feature‑request tracker showing what’s been submitted, what’s under review, and what’s actively being developed, and I really wish MyCase had something similar. It would go a long way toward making users feel heard and giving transparency into whether common‑sense improvements are actually on the roadmap. > > Overall a good experience, makes day-to-day workflow and case management significantly easier. Sometimes small firms like myself have short term employees or turnover, so having to pay thousands of dollars up front and its non-refundable is really hard to manage. I've lost thousands of dollars due to this issue. > > Overall, its been a great experience. It gets the job done. Its not the top of the market in that it does not have the robust items for a personal injury or employment law case, it allows for contingency but doesn't actually have any functionality built in for contingency cases. But for the basic case management needs, it works well enough.
