Nós gostamos pela facilidade do uso, desde o primeiro dia nós achamos muito rápido em todas as tarefas oferecidas.

Desvantagens:

Quando criamos um evento, precisamos colocar o nome de um por um dos convidados e e-mail deles para assim então enviar o código de barras ou QR Code, então talvez a função de adicionar mais de uma pessoa por vez seria útil.

Comentários: Sempre utilizo o Eventbrite como organizador de meus treinamentos e palestras presenciais (gratuitas ou pagas), pois é muito fácil de usar e causa uma boa impressão com meus clientes.

Desvantagens:

Um aspecto negativo seria a sua taxa de 7,99% para comercialização de ingressos e poderia incluir o PIX como forma de pagamento.

Comentários: Péssima experiência, sem dúvida. Ingressos começando a ser vendidos às 14h (horário local) e, já no horário marcado, site apresentando instabilidade e quedas de conexão. Ao retornar, após selecionar ingresso e confirmar, não se chega à tela de pagamento devido à alta demanda e o site orienta a aguardar - sem nunca mais se mexer. Posteriormente, através do anúncio dos organizadores, se descobre que os ingressos acabaram, sem que o site da Eventbrite faça qualquer notificação. Ao atualizar a página, simplesmente tiraram do ar a campanha de ingressos para o determinado evento.

Vantagens:

De fato, absolutamente nada exceto o layout do site, de fácil assimilação e boa interface para encontrar o que se procura e ir adiante na experiência de adquirir um ingresso.

Desvantagens:

Todos os demais pontos são péssimos, desde a estabilidade do site à fila de espera e às informações entregues ao usuário, que deixam muito a desejar em momentos de grande demanda. A fila não corresponde à real oferta de ingressos e usuários são deixados à espera em uma tela que não condiz com a realidade - os ingressos já podem ter se esgotado há muito tempo.

Muito prático na gestão de eventos

Vantagens:

Utilizo o Eventbrite a cerca de 9 meses para gestão de eventos que realizamos, presenciais e workshops online. O me ajuda bastante é a possiblidade de disparo de réguas de e-mail na propria plataforma, assim consigo ter um report completo sobre inscritos e engajamento desses.

Desvantagens:

Não há a possibilidade de integração com pixel do Meta Ads ou Google Analytics, se for vincular anúncios é necessário fazer por um produto fornecido pela plataforma. Esse não cheguei a testar.

Comentários: In general I feel it is a great platform and I like getting my event information through it.

Great way to learn about in person and online events of interest to me in my area and to get tickets.

Desvantagens:

While browsing events and getting tickets is mostly free other than the cost of the tickets, and creating small events (25 tickets or less) is pretty straight forward. in order to do larger events I have to pay for a subscription.

When too much growth stunts you quality!

You have to wait for your money and it's grown so big you have to have the exact correct information, or your event will be lost.

Comentários: I've used eventbrite for both personal and business purposes. I really enjoy surfind through Eventbrite on the weekends to find the right activity for me. Eventbrite features activities in my local area as well as events going on within my work space.The filter features allow me to sort through my availability from date and time to locations. I'm able to easily register and recall details through the post or through the confirmation email.

Plenty of details. Categorized and well organized

Desvantagens:

Many of the categories are open ended, allowing for duplicate information to be shared. Causing posts to be unnecessarily long.

Comentários: We use Eventbrite for private client events and public real estate events. We appreciate the ease of use, the professional look, and reporting tools Eventbrite offers to track our events.

Vantagens:

We like the ease of use and quality of the site. Our event pages look neat and professional and we are able to customize the reservation options we need based on the event type.

Desvantagens:

We add the ability to collect phone number from our attendees, but would appreciate if that was automatic.

Eventbrite has strong features but is still lacking in some ways

It’s accessible, easy to use, and provides a detailed but not exhausative set of tools for both organizers and attendees. Eventbrite does have some limitations in terms of customization, advanced features for larger events, and its costs.

Vantagens:

It is easy to schedule and manage events. It has an easy to use interface, but also the features that I need. The built-in marketing and publicity tools are helpful.

Desvantagens:

Eventbrite has limited customization options. It does not have the build in mass reach that happens with the larger existing social media platforms like Twitter or Instagram. Fees can be high.

Excellent Event Scheduling Software - Focus on the Interactive Calendar Interface

Comentários: I have used this to both host and attend events. For the most part the online application is easy to use, easy to post events and easy to track attendance. However the interface with Google calendar is very glitchy.

On the other hand, Cvent is our go-to for larger events that need custom apps, onsite badge printing, and various conference-specific features. The price Cvent charges is worth the value it delivers for these occasions. For low-cost or free events, Eventbrite is still the preferred option.

Comentários: I’ve utilized eventbrite for a few years now. It makes finding local events that interest me very easy. Whenever I need something to do on the weekend with family or friends, I know I can rely on eventbrite to provide me with good suggestions. Comentários: Eventbrite is flexible, secure and accessible. It provides a lot of categories to choose from. The exhaustive model is truly one of a kind!

Vantagens:

The most liked feature of Eventbrite has to be how user-friendly the interface is. It serves as an exceptional marketing tool to promote events. The page management provides all the information in a comprehensive manner. The analytical report provides an excellent overview of traffic, attendee movements and other insights that allows to take informed decisions in the future. It allows the host to update FAQs and also interact with the attendees making it truly exhaustive. The mobile accessibility for both the host and the attendee really allows to handle things on fingertips.

Desvantagens:

What i don't like is that it doesn't allow to put the original website page on the dashboard. Sometimes certain categories of events are empty. I've had problems to increase the reach of the event as well. Providing guidelines for the same would be absolutely helpful.

Eventbrite completely provided a ticket sales solution for our youth conference

Comentários: Overall Eventbrite made ticket sales for our conference a breeze. The site is pretty intuitive and, as I mentioned, the payouts are super prompt and detailed.

Vantagens:

Eventbrite is easy to set up for an event. We set up a conference with over 300 attendees with multiple discount codes. Payments are super easy and paid out quickly. The analytics are really helpful. We also used Eventbrite for our 50 volunteer positions. Since it was for volunteers we were able to use the Eventbrite app free of charge and easily set up extra options such as shirt sizes and preference of days/areas to serve.

Desvantagens:

Our greatest issue with our volunteer sign up is that it constantly got "sold out" with applications from India and Africa asking for letters of invitation to Canada for our event. I asked Eventbrite if I could limit the volunteer sign-up to our province, or even only Canada, but they have no way to do that. As such, I had to go into the app daily to delete ineligible volunteers.
