They have been a huge part of our growth. In the last 10 years we have converted 100% of our sales over to FireSprint.com. We have been fortunate enough to have the same senior developer working with us since the beginning. He understands our business and we trust him to always be looking out for our security and keeping us up and running. > > **Desvantagens**: The biggest issue with working with any developers overseas is a language barrier and time zone difference. We are based in Omaha, NE and their is a 10 hour time difference between our office and theirs. It has helped us alot to meet with them early in the mornings to be able to maintain quick response times and give feedback to them at a time that they can still implement it that day. We record our meetings to be able to help with the language barrier and do not be afraid to slow down to really understand each other. When starting a new poject or trying to implement an idea. Creating a mockup and scope really helps to clear up any confusion. > > Overall they have been a solid partner. When we first started with them we were processing 20-50 orders per day and maybe 10-20 of them were placed through our website. Since starting we are now processing between 250-300 orders per day and 100% are sold through FireSprint.com. We are always actively working on some sort of customization to improve our customer experience. I always tell anyone considering OnPrintShop that its important to build a partnership.
