And the only features that feel a little basic are the maintenance tracking; it works, but it’s not the star of the show. I wish that that part was a bit stronger. > > If you're still relying on spreadsheets like I was, you have to make the jump. Getting set up was way easier than I thought, and now the system handles so much stuff for me, especially the rent tracking and electronic signatures, which have been perfect. For a one-person show like mine, this was a massive upgrade and totally worth it.
