> **Vantagens**: We particularly enjoyed the easy setup, quick learning curve and the time it saved to our multiple support teams.

> **Desvantagens**: There were some hiccups at the beginning but most of them were promptly addressed by Deskhero developers.

> We were looking for an AI platform that is easy to setup and doesn't charge per support case resolution. &#10;Some scenarios we were used to before were not supported but we managed to find workarounds for most of them so overall we were satisfied.
