The alerts come through fast enough that we can resolve and refund while it is still just an alert, so it never lands on our chargeback ratio. Setup was genuinely quick - we connected it to our payment stack and it was working the same day, with no drawn-out onboarding or integration project. Support is the other standout: you get fast, knowledgeable answers from people who actually understand payments, not a generic help desk reading from a script.
