They were knowledgeable and attentive to our needs. We rolled out to offices and realized we need to get thing set up in one first then roll out the second. They were great at helping us regroup and implement our plan to suite our needs. > > **Desvantagens**: The headquarters platform is still in development for the corporate level oversight. I am excited to see all the opportunities this developed platform will offer the corporate level staff. > > It has been a roller coaster of emotions from all levels of staff. The end users concern about the change in process (ended up loving it and are so glad we switched from paper job books), administrative staffing learning how to utilize new technology (again who love the ease an access of everything being in one system for tracking training, and ease of support for the field supervisor), to our accountant who is so excited for the inventory tracking system.
