Comentários: The BrightWork product features make our project and portfolio management easier and more successful. As manager of our PMO I am able to quickly decide which projects get approved and which ones get rejected. Using their OTB project management templates we can start with the right amount of project management for the project and team in question.
Vantagens: Their reporting options, it's built on SharePoint and their support is top notch
Desvantagens: It can take a little training to get used to.

Great User Interface but Limited True Functionality

Comentários: We use Brightwork to help track status updates and consolidate notes amongst a group.
Vantagens: The user interface is very streamlined and easy to understand.
Desvantagens: There is very limited functionality and as we primarily use this as a collaborative note taking tool. Every customization seems to require substantial coding and technical support.
