Furthermore, Dash is strong in regards to customer support, more specifically with the connection to the allocation board which directs customers to their assigned rinks and locker-rooms with ease. In addition, there are rarely bugs and issues while using Dash, which assists in productive facility operation. Overall, these are some of the many strengths of using Dash.

> **Desvantagens**: Although there are rarely bugs and issues, when there is an issue, it can sometimes take awhile to be fixed.

> My overall experience with Dash has been positive. One of the best attributes for Dash is it's user-friendliness. It is not difficult to navigate or manage events, customer profiles or programs. Every transaction is able to move efficiently, and customer registrations can be easily seen and managed.
