> **Vantagens**: The best feature is definitely the free option. Comparing to similar software in the market, this is a great advantage due to the high price of other solutions. Although, it can sometimes bug, it uses as a simple alternative to ad hoc reports for marketing data.

> **Desvantagens**: As I said in the "most like feature" above, the least point is also the same. If you use the free version, you can't expect it to work properly 100% of the times.

> Overall experience was good, but I would recommend going for the paid plan or try another tool.
