Also that it will give the correct plan name if the card is not available to us. In some cases, it will also list the main subscriber if it is not the member being searched. > > **Desvantagens**: I do not like that the copay/coinsurance is not always accurate. You also can not pull government benefits. Insurance Discovery will also not pull all active coverage and will show the member does not have any coverage about 50% of the time for us. > > PVerify does help in some areas and makes tracking productivity easy. But in a lot of cases I am finding we have to follow up with separate insurance portals to confirm benefits. We use the urgent care setting, but it does not always give that the deductible applies to this service.
