It is a great patient charting tool that allows you to take notes like traditional paper and pen without the bulk of physical papers. It allows me to customize any PDF documents of my choosing. I can also create templates that can be uploaded with ease.

> **Desvantagens**: Every now and then the app will crash on me. This is not that big of an issue since the documents or my work does not get lost. The app just needs to restart and I’m right back to where I was. There is some learning curve to using the app. Some of the functions take some time getting used to.

> Overall my experience with Goodnotes have been exceptional. I have been using it to document patient charts since I started working as a chiropractor in 2019.
