This can be especially problematic during closure periods.

> **Vantagens**: Everstage has been a great addition for me particularly because of how seamlessly it integrates with our CRM Salesforce. Commission data is pulled through accurately on every deal closed in Salesforce and has completely removed the need to manually calculate what I’ve earned after each deal. Previously, working out commission could be quite time consuming especially since I close a high volume of deals but now everything is clearly laid out and instantly visible.

> **Desvantagens**: Not so much a con, but one improvement would be having fully real time updates from Salesforce for commission calculations, rather than needing to wait until the next day for figures to refresh.

> Overall, Everstage has eliminated the need for manual commission calculations and made tracking earnings across deals a far smoother and more efficient experience.
