The dashboards are intuitive, compensation plans are easy to understand, and it eliminates a lot of manual spreadsheets and back-and-forth. I especially appreciate how transparent it is...there’s far less confusion around payouts and performance metrics.

> **Desvantagens**: Some of the more advanced configurations and reporting features have a learning curve at first, especially if you’re new to incentive compensation tools. It can take a bit of onboarding time to fully unlock all of the platform’s capabilities.

> Overall, my experience with Everstage has been very positive. It brings clarity and trust into the compensation process, which is huge for sales teams. Once set up, it saves time, reduces errors, and gives everyone confidence that commissions are being calculated accurately. The interface is clean and super intuitive, and the pipeline simulator is a huge motivator because I can actually model out a deal and see the financial impact before it even closes. It completely eliminates any guesswork or back-and-forth with finance.

> **Desvantagens**: There isn't much to dislike, but if I had to pick something, navigating to the highly granular data can sometimes take a few too many clicks. Occasionally, when the system is processing massive datasets during end-of-month rollups, there can be a slight lag in load times. It's not a dealbreaker by any means, but a snappier response time during those peak closure periods would be a nice improvement.
