> **Desvantagens**: Customer service - we no longer use this payment processing and when we asked to cancel they told us it was 180 days to cancel or over $1,000 for a $19/month service. We gave our 180 days notice in writing, but 2 months later, they are saying we did not, even though we have proof via email. Every time we tried to call, there is no answer, so all we can do is email them.

> **Desvantagens**: I would like to see the reports more user friendly, easier to navigate.  They're not cumbersome, but not necessarily easy to get/find what I'm looking for either.
> 
> You know what they say, there's always room for improvement.  Overall it is a big time saver being able to have tenants pay electronically, saves making a trip to the bank as well.
