Doesn't link with direct debit company very well (this could be on the DD company's side). If you offer several different memberships types starts to be time consuming to keep customer's profiles up to date. Analytics is not very detailed, and can be awkward and time consuming to find information you want (eg. I want details of a selection of products, not all of them I have to scroll through and make notes then enter info in to a spreadsheet.)
