"iCIMS Status Review"

Comentários: Overall we are very happy with iCIMS for our recruiting needs.

Vantagens: One of the top features of iCIMS for a company's ATS are the statuses you can use during the recruitment process. Whether you use pre-made statuses, or create your own, it works as a wonderful way to organize candidates in a job posting to where they're at, or where you're at, in the hiring process. Different statuses can also be used to integrate with other software and "kick off" actions outside of the system itself - for example, a video interview or a credit check authorization form. The use of statuses really helped our team streamline the recruitment process, with any open position we were working on.

Desvantagens: The reporting feature with iCIMS is not the most user-friendly set up. It is very customizable, and you can save past reports for future use, but the set up itself is not the most intuitive software, so you have to really go through piece by piece to make sure you're setting up a report for the information you're looking for.

"I love iCIMS Recruit!"

Comentários: We use iCIMS for all our recruiting needs and created a customized way to route consultants through the platform that does not disrupt the recruiters and provides accessibility to managers who hire their own consultants -- thanks to the support staff!

Vantagens: I love the customization capabilities that enable us to move candidates through the recruiting process, communicate with candidates and hiring managers, integrate our background check process, report metrics, and create guides, include attachments and links to our hiring assessments ... and the support is second to none!

Desvantagens: I like the bi-directional email address string least. Candidates often comment on how it looks like Spam. I would love to see the email address appear without the additional clutter.

"Icims is a great ATS"

Comentários: Overall icims has been great and we have no plans to switch to a different software.

Vantagens: Icims overall is very easy to use and intuitive.

Desvantagens: Although there are many reporting options it can be cumbersome. It would also be nice to have the ability to run one report that can capture both job and applicant data in one report.

"iCIMS Recruitment Review"

Vantagens: iCIMS has the capability to house multiple jobs at once, which is perfect for corporations of any size. You are able to assign different managers for different positions, so managers do not have their own dashboards filled with (or access to) jobs that are not their own. As candidates apply, and positions are hired, there are many, configurable, statuses you can use to organize the applicant flow. Based on the positions and statuses, there are reports you can run as well to track your progress and view overall statistics on your recruitment process.

Desvantagens: The reporting feature is incredibly capable, and has many options, but putting the reports together is not always user friendly. Sometimes it takes more trial and error than you'd originally expect it to.

"Good hiring software"

Comentários: Overall, iCIMS has been a great help with our hiring process. We're able to easily invite applicants to interviews and schedule them without overlap. It's made our whole process so efficient!

Vantagens: - Easy to organize applicants into different categories, based on where they are in the hiring process
- Great option to list multiple interview times for multiple people to schedule simultaneously (without overlap)
- Can send emails directly from iCIMS and create templates for ease of use

Desvantagens: - The landing page is a little clunky when there are multiple open positions at once
- We've had issues with default time zones with some users, which has been challenging to schedule interviews when someone doesn't know their iCIMS account is set to a different time zone

"iCIMS Recruit Review"

Comentários: iCIMS Recruit solves our Talent business problem by enabling us to quickly and easily post jobs to our sites and move candidates to jobs as well as perform its core function of maintaining a robust database of candidates.

Vantagens: I am a complete iCIMS fan on all fronts! iCIMS allows me to perform my job and maintain order with candidate flow, statuses, and I am currently creating a platform for hiring managers to manage consultants, including an automated iForm for the statement of work.

Desvantagens: The Connect Talent Pools are evolving but they do not provide the full flexibility of Recruit. I am still gettting used to them but the fact I can create Talent Pools to refer to easily is very attractive.

"iCIMS Recruit"

Vantagens: The customization is second to none. You can have the system solve any talent acquisition problem you are having in your own unique way. You are also not stuck once you format the system a certain way, you are always able to change things to fit your changing strategies.

Desvantagens: Sometimes it is overwhelming with the amount of options you have. It is hard to tell which is the best option. Oftentimes you just have to use trial and error.

"ICIMS Review"

Comentários: Although we have still not 100% implemented ICIMS, I see that this system will help us to streamline the process and hopefully cut back on manual steps

Vantagens: I like the way the workflows "flow", that I have administrative access to be able to make the changes I need

Desvantagens: there are some features that I cannot change and i need to call help desk to make updates, it would be helpful to know what those are, also there seems to be more and more "modules" coming out that we have to pay for that do cool stuff, it would be great to have some that built into the basic functionality that I am already paying for

Vantagens: easy to use and navigate as a user admin.

Desvantagens: finding some helpful tips via the marketplace can be difficult at times. Some of the reporting functions don't really work for me due the inability to exclude or include certain fields.

"Speeding up candidate communication"

Comentários: This has helped us remain consistent in our hiring practices.

Vantagens: ICIMS heard that communication can be slow with candidates and they made it happen by partnering with TextRecruit. The integration is seamless and so easy to use!

Desvantagens: Nothing so far other than wishing the cost for our company needs better so every hiring manager could use this.

"Great recruiting and onboarding tool for a mid-size organization."

Comentários: Streamlined recruiting and onboarding and automated reporting.

Vantagens: - Exceptional Customer Service on all levels.
- Lots of flexibility and configuration tools for system admin to configure the products on the front end.

Desvantagens: Reporting needs to be improved. Even though the system is easy to create, run and automate reports iCIMS still needs to improve system reporting capabilities where queries can be built to correlate the data between different tables.

"An Excellent ATS"

Vantagens: I like that our requisitions and previous candidates are stored in our system or compliance purposes. It has been a great tool for reviewing applications and candidate resumes.

Desvantagens: I feel that the system logs one out fairly quickly and unnecessarily

"Very robust software with the functionality I need."

Comentários: I would like to get more options for the increase in cost year over year.

Vantagens: The capabilities are seamless with my needs including simple navigation, iform capability, onboarding and many other tools.

Desvantagens: The reporting is cumbersome and I sometimes need assistance to pull what I need. However, does have great capabilities, it is just sometimes too time consuming to try to figure those out.

"Love iCIMS"

Vantagens: Social Distribution Integration, payroll system integration, ability to complete electronic onboarding, ability to customize as needed, customer service

Desvantagens: The price is a little high to include their initialization costs which are extremely high and if you purchase more than one service, you have to pay multiple initialization costs.

"iCIMS Helps Create a Candidate Experience"

Comentários: I feel very positive from features, functionality, and ease of use.

Vantagens: The different features that allow me to better support our candidates.

Desvantagens: The limitation of 20 variables on reports.

"After a good implementation, iCIMS can be a powerful and efficient tool for recruiting and hiring."

Vantagens: The configurability and ability to integrate with other software and platforms. Robust searching and reporting is also a big plus.

Desvantagens: There can be a bit of a learning curve getting used to iCIMS and its features, but with a good implementation and commitment to their available training, this can be overcome.

Comentários: Easy to manage applicants.

Vantagens: Very interactive and broad range of functionality. Able to track an applicant from beginning to end with great amount of detail.

Desvantagens: Because of all the capabilities, can feel overwhelming until you've used it for awhile. Once you get the hang of it, it's very efficient.

Vantagens: Great way of tracking applicants and also sourcing and keeping track of people through job fairs for example.

Desvantagens: The customer service is a little slow at responding and when they do they always start a new email so you can’t see what your question was

Comentários: Overall was easy to use, just took some time to set up.

Vantagens: I like the option to add email responses for a quick and smooth process. Everything can be tracked and included in the reports.

Desvantagens: Found it difficult to remove fields that are not used. Was not easy to set up in Outlook, but once we did it worked nice.

Vantagens: It was very user-friendly for the hiring process.

Desvantagens: Nothing that I can think of. It was all pretty great.

Comentários: If it's affordable for your company, it is worth it.

Vantagens: It is easy to use. It is easy to learn. It has good searching capabilities. There is a lot of functionality.

Desvantagens: It is very expensive. If you are a smaller company and don't need the bells and whistles, it is pricy.

"Great customer support, get ready for upcharges"

Vantagens: Love that it is very customizable for your organization and needs. I have used this for 3 companies.

Desvantagens: Anytime they add a feature it will be an additional cost. It has gotten to the point our company can no longer afford the software.

Vantagens: I have used this product since 2008 and it has been great.

Desvantagens: It could use a sales-type of crm for headhunting.
