"pretty easy to use/figure out - test the # of resumes before buying though"
Comentários: if it gets you resumes like it should - I'd recommend it. The reporting is not as malleable as I'd like either..
Vantagens: easy to use, figure out, search jobs/candidates/users within the system. pretty user-friendly. it's nice that you can create a library of forms (you pay per form that's stored in the system), the qualifying/screening question bank and the quicklinks/shortcuts on the left that you should pin - that's a nice feature so you can see who's applied recently regardless of the job
Desvantagens: we're not getting resumes like we have with other systems - now that we know this, I've heard that it's hit or miss when companies use iCIMS - they either get a lot of resumes (bc it's supposed to post to several job boards for you) or it gets very few. iCIMS can't really help or figure it out either - just luck of the draw if a company will get the postings/resumes like they expect (in other words, ask how to do a test trial to see how many resumes you get for a normal job you post all the time before buying) Aside from that just have to remember to hit the refresh button after updating things and start from the beginning (dashboard) for it to show the updated info. it'll still update but you won't see it without the refresh and going back to the dashboard.

"Awesome text recruiting solution!"
Vantagens: I first heard about TextRecruit in a podcast. I thought it could be a great solution for scheduling challenges we have, but I've found it to be useful in so many other ways. Giving a quick update to a candidate. Quickly writing to see if they're free for a conversation. And the Chrome Extension making it easy to pick up phone numbers have all been great benefits. It's a seamless integration into the technology we're already using.
Desvantagens: As TextRecruit is still relatively new, there are occasionally some bugs that pop up. But our account rep is quick to respond and help out with resolving those issues. One challenge is the character limitation but my understanding is that it's a function of SMS, and not anything with TextRecruit specifically.

"Friendly, enthusiastic team, and an innovative, easy-to-use, no-frills product."
Vantagens: It helps us paint ourselves as an innovative employer of choice, and provides a excellent, personal candidate experience. It has also helped us convert more prospects into candidates, and helps us ensure a higher show-rate for interviews.
Desvantagens: It can be costly, and recruiter adoption can be tricky. But those two qualms are easily overcome by the many benefits this product can deliver to an organization looking to improve candidate experience, response rates, and take an innovative step forward in talent acquisition.

"Beast of an ATS!"
Comentários: I have previously used ATS software designed for the public sector, while iCIMS is similar in structure, the ability to modify literally everything related to design is W-O-N-D-E-R-F-U-L! I am also very impressed with the ongoing customer service, training modules, and relationship iCIMS builds with their clients.
Vantagens: The ability to fine-tune and adapt the system based on your organization's needs. Everything can be modified to suit your needs.
Desvantagens: Nothing, I cannot learn enough fast enough. I am a new user :)

"A great launching point"
Comentários: iCIMS took a long time to configure, but it was well worth it. Everyone on their team is available for answering questions and troubleshooting and have been extremely friendly and responsive since Day One.
Vantagens: Ease of searchability, excellent email templates, huge libraries of files and questions.
Desvantagens: Emails sent through the software often get sent to junk or spam folders.

"iCIMS Review"
Comentários: It truly helps me with tracking all of my applicants and getting them on boarded, however, the reporting feature could be edited a bit in order to make it more user-friendly. When it comes to updating and dealing with customer service, I will say things do take time and that should be improved.
Vantagens: Easy navigation throughout tracking applicants, lots of options with integrating!
Desvantagens: Reporting can be confusing sometimes, needs to be more elaborate and maybe simplified. Perhaps have some reports already populated.

"iCims"
Comentários: I will say iCims is probably one of the best talent platforms I have ever used. It takes functionality to a whole new level. It helped speed up the process from checking three different sites (Application, background and video interviews) I will say that using this tool in sync with Ultipro is awesome! All the things you need to have all your application and new hire paperwork are in one spot. The backend items spoke with Ultipro and everything just went to a smooth transition. I will say working with this system is a system I would push to use at any company I am doing talent management with.

"ICIMS makes recruiting easy"
Comentários: I recruit and onboard candidates using this software almost daily.
Vantagens: I like how feasible recruiting candidates, viewing resumes, and screening candidates is with icims. I use this every day when it comes to onboarding and recruiting.
Desvantagens: Sometimes the page forces me to reload when I am viewing candidates and then I have to search for the person I was viewing again.

"iCIMS"
Comentários:
Overall good. Great implementation and support team!
Some limitations/restrictions and extra cost, but overall good and not unreasonable. They have really tried to customize and maximize our use of the product.
The entire iCIMS platform is not fully implemented (i.e. onboarding) at this point ... hope to be by December 31, 2016.
Vantagens:
Cell phone compatible.
Integration/automation with existing HRM software and current vendors.

"iCIMS review"
Comentários: Used briefly - for about a year or so. I find it more robust than some other competing products that I have used. User-friendly in nature and very intuitive.
Vantagens: User Interface
Desvantagens: A little clumsy at first but if you are remotely resourceful, you can quickly solve the problem you are experiencing.

"Great but basic"
Vantagens: I loved the ease of navigating the platform. Customization allowed me to see multiple details regarding the job, salary and candidate on one screen. It was like using a simpler version of Taleo.

"Just OK"
Comentários: It is better than not having an online portal but is not intuitive. Have had continual connectivity issues that limit applicants in applying. Emails from the system land in candidates junk mail box.
Vantagens: Direct link from software to our company website which allows for candidates to apply directly to our company for open positions.
Desvantagens: The “workflows” are displayed in a folder set up that feels clunky. Viewing candidates is awkward as you have to continually click through folders to view candidates stage in recruiting process.

"Easy to use and very helpful"
Comentários: It has increased out event performance by 75%. We were just using email, but now the text recruit software supports our other event marketing efforts.
Vantagens: The ability to send mass texts without spamming my phone. It's easy to use and has helped with our marketing efforts A LOT. The customer service team is also pretty helpful.
Desvantagens: The user design but they are updating that soon. Other than that I can't say bad things about this tool.

"Great software that is easy to use."
Vantagens: Easy Program to use. The vendor invited us to a dinner / seminar to show us the benefits of the product. I do have an IT background so I can use other products but those who are not tech savvy will find this product easier to use and very beneficial.
Desvantagens: I own a small business. I was able to find a less expensive product but if I had a larger business would be interested in using.

"ICIMS Software"
Comentários: I have used iCIMS to fill out job application, and communicate with companies of my interest to work with them.
Vantagens: I like that it connects me to job applications, and gives me a chance to use its website to send in some online notifications for a company.
Desvantagens: I do not like that there are limited colors in the background, like red blue and grey. Maybe there can be more colors.

"Lied about capability"
Comentários: Not the best product. Every thing you will need to do will require weeks.
Desvantagens: Everything. You can find better. If I could have done it again. Never would have gone with them. There billing cycle is quarterly which they don't tell you. Can't find it, Customer service basic. Quality of product below average. Signed a year contract. I am now stuck.

"Okay System..."
Comentários: The system is but not as robust as what my healthcare organization needs. There should be a mechanism within the system that allows you to create offer letters utilizing some of the data sources that the candidates references. I.e name, address, position to fill, compensation rate- annual vs. hourly, etc...

"I found icims to be a lovely way to process new talent through the agency."
Comentários: This software helps us to bring in new talent!
Vantagens: What I liked most about icims is that it combined everything into one easy platform and even sends an email to the applicant if needed.
Desvantagens: What I did not like is that some of the applicants were not able to finish their applications all at once.

"Eh."
Vantagens: I like being able to text candidates directly over the computer- saves my thumbs and keeps me from giving out my cell phone number to as many people.
Desvantagens: Randomized phone number- candidates often call this number and then there is a lot of confusion after onboarding. Web platform leaves much to be desired... not as user friendly as I had expected. Pre-paid for a year and don't use the service at all any more.

"Recruiter's Dream!"
Vantagens: Very user friendly- keeps us organized! Simplifies the search process and allows us to easily track EEO and requisition codes.
Desvantagens: Resumes are sent through a web portal instead of an attachment... this has confused several of our hiring managers.

"Glitchy App"
Vantagens: It seemed to ease the difficulty of texting a multitude of people at one time and organizing them to do so.
Desvantagens: Errors would be encountered in terms of sending a message to someone that was already sent the message before.

"One of my favorite text and chat apps in business"
Vantagens: I can quickly contact members of the hiring panel and let them know when schedules have changed for interviewees.
Desvantagens: As with all chatbots, you get what you put into it. If you don't think through how your messages come across, the messages may not be effective for your recruitment and retention strategies.

"Customization is Key"
Vantagens: The ability to tailor the iCIMS platform to the needs of your organization is one (if not THE) greatest thing about iCIMS as a company. Working closely with our team at iCIMS was very important in the success of our implementation and customization processes, so maintaining close working relationships with your Implementation Manager and Customer Success Manager are also critically important.
Desvantagens: iCIMS ATS as a whole is not an intuitive software company. It takes time to learn the ropes and things are not user-friendly.
