"very simple, modern and efficient"

Comentários: this has made response time from candidates so much faster which can be crucial at times. And often candidates don't want to respond on their work email, but CAN respond on their personal phone via text. This is a very valuable tool

Vantagens: this is a great feature for getting fast responses from candidates, especially when they can't respond by email

Desvantagens: sometimes it doesn't sync with their icims candidate profile so you have to log in to the actual product web page

"iCIMs can do it all!"

Comentários: It's easy to get your jobs out there to more platforms with all of the recruiting tools iCIMs offers. I have enjoyed my experience overall and I try to continue to learn more. I am by no means a master of the program yet.

Vantagens: The software can pretty much do anything you want it to do as you can tailor it to your company's needs.

Desvantagens: The software is so robust that sometimes it's difficult from a back end stand point to get it to function how you want it to. However, the customer care is very helpful.

"Icims for Talent Management"

Comentários: Icims has helped in streamlining the talent management process. It is easy to run reports on census data, OSHA and EEO reporting.

Vantagens: Easy to create job requisitions, post jobs on various job sites and manage candidates who apply. The application can also be customized to add to remove screening questions.

Desvantagens: It is a good talent management software but does not have other HR modules. There has to be a feed with other systems. The transfer of information takes up to a day to be available and it is not immediate. Many HR systems manage end to end HR functions.

"Great ATS"

Comentários: Overall, I have very much enjoyed using this system. I am glad we chose to work with such a leader in ATS solutions.

Vantagens: For the most part, it is very easy to use. I really liked the customer support we received throughout the implementation process and after. iCIMS keeps up with trends, quickly makes necessary updates and offers other products to connect with.

Desvantagens: Reporting can be improved. This is not as intuitive as I would hope.

"Good for managing the recruiting cycle, not so good for its search capabilities."

Comentários: It helps us to manage our recruiting cycle.

Vantagens: I find it is very easy to disposition candidates, create positions and manage the recruiting cycle.

Desvantagens: It is not that user friendly and a lot of the way it is configured does not make logical sense. We have over 30,000 resumes in the database and it is the last place we go to search for candidates because the searching capabilities are useless and it is very, very time consuming. There are so many features that we do not use because every single one will cost more money each month and it does not seem worth it.

"Not very intuitive at all."

Comentários: I have been recruiting for over 20 years and have been using Applicant Tracking Systems for approximately 15 years exclusively on the corporate side with some of the largest tech firms in the world.

Vantagens: I don't really like much about this product. The candidate production is on par with other systems. It is quicker than other systems I have used....and that's about it.

Desvantagens: It is not a user friendly product and I wonder how much they involved highly experienced. corporate recruiters in the functional design of the platform. There is a lot of wasted space and extra clicking that needs to be done. The system is not intuitive at all for a user. I have used Taleo quite a bit and found it to be much more compact in viewing candidates and their status. The search capabilities with ICMS are very hard to understand with their forms, filters, output templates, etc. I have to constantly go back to the instructions to figure out how to find jobs, particular hiring managers, etc. In addition I have had candidates on several occasions call me since they were having trouble uploading documents into the system. There are better systems or comparable systems available for less money. Each recruiter should't have to become a "super-user" in order to work in an ATS but that seems to be the case for ICMS.

Comentários: Overall I think it's a great system. And their customer service is top-notch!

Vantagens: The way we can track one candidate's information and the ease of use. I like that I can always see and update their status with the a couple quick clicks. It's laid out really nice and makes sense for our daily needs.

Desvantagens: Reporting is somewhat confusing and there are some aspects of the system that I've had to request additional training on in order to use it properly. When I search for something in the Help page, I find videos instead of simple answers.

"Hiring Simplified."

Comentários: iCIMS is making it easier to search and access applicants and streamlining the application and hiring process!

Vantagens: iCIMS is a software that really streamlines and simplifies the process of hiring. I have used this product to easily find the best candidates for my business. Everything you need to use is shown on the homepage and it is easy to navigate through resumes and applications. All of the paperwork that is needed to be completed on both ends of the hiring process is clearly shown as well.

Desvantagens: iCIMS is easy to use but it would be nice if the interface was updated with a bit more modern look and feel. Small complaint though!

"Text Recruit has completely transformed our recruiting process."

Vantagens: We use TextRecruit for everything from sourcing passive candidates, engaging our current candidates, and helping our new hires complete their paperwork. It has made our process a lot faster and easier.

Desvantagens: I have not had any complaints using text recruit over the past year. Our candidates seem to really enjoy it as well.

"ATS reports"

Comentários: Really good platform and various applications, web/mobile, really help talk to applicants. Texting application really gives real time answers to short questions or changes in dates as required.

Vantagens: As an ATS that integrates with an HRIS it is perfect. All onboarding/ pre-hire paperwork is available.

Desvantagens: Reports can only be viewed and cut using snipping tool. You cannot create reports specific to your needs.

"Good ATS and Recruiter friendly"

Vantagens: I found the applicant software very user friendly as it allows to store records of candidates who are just not available on any job boards and passive sources. they just get it from their connected sources.

Desvantagens: I am sometimes not able to open the application on my android phone as the application crashes most of the time.

"Solid ATS with the functionality and features that many organizations will really enjoy."

Vantagens: It feels current and new, fresh. It seems to be stable, consistent, and user-friendly. It works as it should and even integrates with our less-robust payroll/benefits system.

Desvantagens: There are some things that could be added or enhanced to make it even better. The Full User licenses seem to be on the expensive side.

"Sales/onboarding process is great, but it all goes downhill from there."

Comentários: I regret ever purchasing this software and have had incredibly negative interactions with their tech and sales support teams since our onboarding was complete and they received our first check. Spend your money elsewhere.

Vantagens: When we initially signed on with iCIMS just under 2 years ago, we were promised the world. Our initial onboarding team was fantastic but the quality of care and service drops significantly as your contract goes on (and the software unfortunately becomes more expensive.)

Desvantagens: The software does not integrate into anything else, meaning that in addition to the thousands of dollars our team has paid for it every month, we have needed to utilize many other platforms to achieve the same results. Also, their emails to candidates almost all get sent to spam and they are frequently 'updating' the software in ways that have caused us innumerable glitches and lost hours and their tech support team is entirely useless and sometimes downright rude.

"Satisfied, Happy Customer"

Vantagens: I love the customer support iCIMS provides. The knowledge and advice we receive from our technical account manager each week is extremely valuable. ICIMS is always interested in learning more about our needs and willing to work to see how they can better accommodate us.

Desvantagens: There are some more advancements in automation that our company would greatly benefit from. We were a bit disappointed in the amount of steps our recruiters have to go through to place a candidate in to the onboarding portal.

"ICIMS user"

Vantagens: Ease of use, like the layout of the page and the customization ability , very straight forward. Was only shown once how to use it and haven't needed any additional assistance

Desvantagens: Would be nice to be able to log in online or have an app.

"iCIMS is an easy to use product"

Comentários: My overall experience with iCIMS was painless. The product is very simple to use if you've worked with other recruiting programs.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit has a ton of info for the recruiters via the dashboard and reports and it's very easy to use for the applicants.

Desvantagens: The software looks a little like all the other recruiting software. I just only wish it looked a little more modern or different from all the other recruiting programs.

"Talent Acquisition Partner"

Vantagens: This product is very user friendly and the application experience is so much more fluid. The system we used did not require the applicant to type out all of their experience instead it requests your most recent resume. Saving time and increasing the application rate.

Desvantagens: It was not the easily to upgrade and integrate with our existing systems.

"Great recruiting software that incorporates into our HRIS"

Vantagens: iCIMS is a great recruiting platform that makes posting job requisitions and managing applications easy. When we launched Workday as our HRIS, iCIMS worked with it to keep the recruiting and onboarding process streamlined.

Desvantagens: The reporting capabilities are not very robust. Adding additional features and capabilities ends up being costly.

"Their support is disrespectful and dismissive"

Comentários: Not much.

Vantagens: Sorting candidates in jobs and bins is simple and easy. Emailing through the system is easy as well, easy to set up and save templates. Statistics for candidates are informative

Desvantagens: Not user friendly at all. The support is zero help either, being extremely dismissive and always blaming the end user rather than escalating tickets, they close them to keep their numbers up to par. Always technical issues going on with the system. Would never use in future jobs.

"Good recruitment/applicant tracking system"

Vantagens: Our organization uses iCIMS for application tracking, we use it mostly to create requisitions for our team, the process is simple enough, however sometimes need HR folks to handhold when we have doubts. Documentation is adequate enough.

Desvantagens: More comprehensive documentations for first time users as not every managers are very well versed with the system.

"Gets the job done"

Vantagens: It will store resumes and create appointments for the candidate. Ability to send assessments, background checks, and references.

Desvantagens: Not user-friendly with categorizing the candidate; too many levels/options. Very busy looking, could improve less information on screens.

"Good idea, features, and cost effective. Processes, reporting, and extra features can be a struggle."

Comentários: Improved candidate experience, easy way for our team to connect with candidates that may not be active on email, ability to text silver medalist candidates, and alternate uses to text groups (like a group of interns).

Vantagens: Ability to have quick back-and-forth conversations with recruiters. Makes for a strong candidate experience when the candidates engage.

Desvantagens: The reporting capabilities are not good. Also, we've had some "glitches" in the process, and it's been challenging to figure out where the misses are. Therefore, it's a heavy amount of trial and error.

"Great tool!"

Vantagens: The ease of use. I like the upload feature and the message scheduling ability. Ive even used it on my mobile and had success

Desvantagens: I wish yall had some lists available to text for different categories in the industry. Maybe some saved databases based on use in the system
