"Very robust system"

Comentários: Overall, I would not recommend this applicant tracking system. It's very overwhelming and difficult to navigate. It's also very difficult to see where candidates are at in the process.

Vantagens: The software is very robust. There are endless amounts of reports that you can run from iCIMS and there's a lot of features within a candidate profile. I really enjoy using the Dashboard as you're able to pull so much information.

Desvantagens: This software is sometimes very overwhelming. It takes so many clicks to get to a candidate's profile and there are an overwhelming amount of features within a candidate's profile. It is also very difficult to figure out how to run reports and pull information you're wanting to see.

"Made for Talent acquisition & Management"

Comentários: iCIMS is evolving as a major competitor in this subject and the backing of the passionate
support team has made it a great assistant in reaching our targets. This is a fairly cost effective system.

Vantagens: Talent acquisition & management is one basic resource and the most powerful resource in the
success of organizations and having a powerful tool assistant has become the strength behind the
success of this most important aspect. Many solutions have evolved to resolve this task and there is no
perfect system available for all situations and conditions. However these solutions keep on improving to
find solutions for emerging subjects and situations and comparatively iCIMS Talent Platform has been
able to emerge as a successful ‘provider of solutions’ in this endeavor. The difference with iCIMS is that
they are ‘responsive’; understands with care the customer requirements/ issues and are enthusiastically
attentive to provide solutions while improving the system with the help of the user customers to create
more business opportunities as an exciting solution provider.
Almost all metrics required for ‘talent management’ is found within the system and the combination of
various portals helps in reaching a wider constituency in ‘talent acquisitions’. The system is intuitively
designed in filtration and selection of the most suitable talents. The multi platform capabilities are a
strong plus for candidates.

Desvantagens: in my user experience no major issues have emerged.

"iCims - great ATS for recruiting and for data tracking for Talent Acquisition Leaders"

Comentários: As a talent acquisition leader I can say that I am very pleased with the overall experience especially for what icims allows you to do in terms of data analytics and measuring KPI's. Overall, their technical support team is helpful and easy to get on the phone, more so than other ATS systems I have used in the past.

Vantagens: -Designing workflows that meet the needs of my company
-Data analytics and measuring KPI's
-Customer Success Team Support

Desvantagens: iCims offer letters are more difficult to use and customize than other ATS systems I have used. They are working to improve this, but did so by launching a separate product that costs more money. I understand the need to add products and create account upselling opportunities, I don't fault them for that, but do feel that the offer portal should have been an upgrade and optimization to the current product rather than an upselling opportunity. I should note that besides this, I am very pleased with the product.

"So happy we switched to iCIMS!"

Comentários: We have loved this system! Our last ATS was very inefficient, so we were unable to track our success. Now, I have full faith that we will be able to not only track our successes and concerns throughout this hiring season, but we will be able to compare this season to future hiring seasons, as well.

Vantagens: Customization opportunities. We've been able to create all kinds of reports and display them graphically according to our needs, so that we can quickly and easily review the data we need at any given time.

Desvantagens: The only thing I haven't liked so far is that there is not an easy option to integrate employee reference checks into the system that doesn't cost extra. We are a start-up organization and cannot afford many extras, so this is an extra we've had to cut.

"Seamless implementation with unparalleled support!"

Comentários: I highly recommend iCIMS; from implementation through support they are a great team!

Vantagens: Very intuitive and easy to customize! You can do all of your scheduling of candidates right in the system, no need to create separate calendar invites. I love that I can create as many email templates as I want so I don't have to craft the same message over and over. All of your communication with candidates stays in the portal as long as you initiate the first email from iCIMS.

Desvantagens: Reporting is a bit tricky but they have webinars to help! Searching is also a bit tricky but again, they have webinars regularly that can help you manage.

"ICims"

Comentários: My overall experience is pretty good. Some of the functionality is very easy to use, but other features need improvement.

Vantagens: I like the automated offer letter, background authorization, etc. Templates. The workflows are fairly easy to manage.

Desvantagens: The reporting is horrible. It's too complicated to get what should be a standard report. The bins are also hard to manage. You have to leave the bins for them to update, they need to update real time.

"Outstanding Product and Service!"

Comentários: Dramatically improved reporting and overall functionality. Client/Tech Support Team is unbelievably helpful and well-informed!

Vantagens: Intuitiveness and custom configuration capabilities

Desvantagens: We had some unexpected challenges during implementation that were frustrating, but they paled in comparison to the ongoing frustrations with our previous ATS .

Vantagens: - Extremely customizable (dashboard view)
- Many ATS updates and added features
- Very quick, responsive and supportive customer service team

Desvantagens: - Unable to easily see when candidates have been sent a message
- Not as visually pleasing as other ATS are (older interface)
- Statistics can be hard to pull since not many templates exist

Vantagens: The ease of configuration. It's so easy to make changes

"iCims is a Typical ATS System"

Vantagens: Does all the things the others do - not many differentiating features. Nice Dashboard feature does give a slight edge against others

Desvantagens: Some of the search functions are limited, and submitting to paid job sites isn't anything spectacular - most ATS do the same.

"ATS System"

Vantagens: The Icims have a lot of functionality that can be customize to your business needs. It is easy to use.

Desvantagens: Reporting functionality on allow you to pull in 20 fields. System doesn't allow you to use employee ID from Payroll/HR system which causes issue.

"Easy to navigate"

Comentários: iCIMS Recruit is a simple and easy to use applicant tracking system. As an end user the import feature is accurate and effective. When applying for positions I am pleased if a company uses iCIMS Recruit.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit makes it easy to input information and apply for positions. There is minimal issue with importing from Word or PDF and it is simple to edit information as needed.

Desvantagens: I have not experienced issues with iCIMS Recruit. Of all of the applicant tracking systems I have used, iCIMS Recruit is one of my favorites.

"Practical, this app minimizes the resources needed to successfully recruit a person"

Vantagens: This application let's you rely your human resources on it, avoiding possible human mistakes and the salary of the person in charge. Also let's you keep a more visual track of the people you are considering to recruit

Desvantagens: Even thought technology it's a great thing to save up in human resources, there is some jobs where person to person conversation is needed in order to really know what kind of person you are recruiting, besides that it's a complicated software that would need dedicated time until you really get the hang of it.

"I have had a good experience so far. It has made contact with candidates much faster."

Vantagens: It is user friendly and easy to navigate. The dashboard is easy to read which has been a good feature for us to gauge the effectiveness of the product.

Desvantagens: There really hasn't been any cons with the software itself. The only thing I would change is the ability for candidates to call back the phone number on the text. It would be helpful if it was text only and couldn't receive call backs.

"Easy to use but has limits"

Comentários: We use this in Recruiting to reach out to candidates.

Vantagens: TextRecruit is a great way to reach out to potential candidates to communicate regarding interviews, reminders to complete paperwork, etc.

Desvantagens: There is a limit to the amount of characters that can be used. This is understood, but it seems awful slim and limits the usefulness of the software.

"ICIMS"

Vantagens: I think that it is probably good for tracking new employees but, I don't generally use it for that.

Desvantagens: I have trouble with the "advance" option in the software and am never sure when I should hit which button. It usually results in duplicate entries with no way to remove them. I do not use the product regularly so I would guess this is mostly operator error.

"Review on iCIMS Recruit module"

Comentários: Our overall experience with iCIMS is amazing. With the help of iCIMS, we gain a bigger pool of candidates from different sources, we manage well of the applications within the system and we build up a stronger talent pool for our company.

Vantagens: - expand our reach to wider groups of candidate: iCIMS has partnered with Google job and other free job aggregators, that job posting function helps us to reach more candidates, we do see a significant growth of quality candidate profiles for our job openings. It is very cost effective and it saves so much time on populating our jobs on different portals.
- navigate with ease within the platform: it is very easy to pull out different applications and review the resume and cover letter. I like the tabs which are very clear and categorise information in good order
- Very good customer support team: Whenever I call the iCIMS customer support team, there is always someone on the phone and solves the problem for us. The customer ambassadors are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Desvantagens: Overall, I would say there is no big issue in my user experience when iCIMS. Just two minor things,
- When I move the candidate to the next bins in the recruitment workflow, I couldn't find an update button. If I reload the page, it will show up the main dashboard and I have to go back to the particular job profile again.
- The cover letter button does show as the same tab of resume, I have to go back to the candidate details tab and find out the cover letter. It will be great if I can see the resume and cover letter on the same tab.
Besides, we think that the hiring manager app may need more modification as right now the app doesn't equip with all the functions from a web version.

"System Flexibility"

Comentários: Our organization has been able to streamline our Onboarding process and provide a more custom approach to our new hires. We have also gone paperless in the process. iCIMS has provided us the transparency in the hiring process our Hiring Managers wanted and with the use of Tableau with iCIMS we have been able to produce metrics around our recruiting and onboarding.

Vantagens: iCIMS provides the flexibility to set up a system with your organization needs in mind. Custom fields and workflows makes it easy to configure the product to meet specific or unique needs of your business.

Desvantagens: The Search feature is powerful but is just that - a search feature. The capability to add in calculations or case statements isn't supported in the platform.

"Not User Friendly"

Comentários: I have not had a good experience with iCIMS Recruit. I had to teach myself how to use it, I've spent countless hours on the line with customer support trying to get the system to do normal things and it cannot be done in this system (simple scheduling, assigning onboarding tasks - I realize that's not Recruit but whatever, sourcing out of the system is a mess - I could keep going)....I thought adding Connect would be better but it's not, so I plan to get rid of this ASAP - pay the fee to get out of it and get another system. The ONE thing I can say is the customer support team is very nice and they TRY to help as best they can. But most things cannot be done - and if they can, it's never just an A-to-B fix...it's a work-around to go from A-F-D-X-R-Z-B.

Vantagens: It is a place to store candidate information.

Desvantagens: Its UI/UX is clunky, you have to configure your own dashboards (I didn't know I worked at iCIMS but, after a few days on the line with customer care, I feel like I should be getting paid), the scheduling feature is a nightmare, sourcing out of the system is a nightmare (I don't even bother), there's a "person", "candidate," and "manager" profile - ALL for the SAME individual. Why? Why can't you just have one person and they are either a candidate for a role or they're not? I've worked with so many other Applicant Tracking Systems and this was never an issue or even a "thing." Everything is "a la carte" - other ATS's such as Lever or Greenhouse are much easier to use, have built in functionalities that you'd otherwise have to pay extra for an API connector to have said functionality, and - wait for it - already have dashboards in place that make sense for most organizations - and will CUSTOMIZE IT FOR YOU - no questions asked!!

"iCIMS Review"

Comentários: iCIMS is one of the better talent platforms I have had the experience working with. Overall, it is not a bad product to use. It can be bulky and overwhelming when not provided with in depth training, but if you understand that process that has been built in the system it can be a valuable system.

Vantagens: iCIMS does a good job of organizing candidates for both recruiters and hiring managers, it provides companies with the ability to easily customize their individual hiring process. The on-boarding functionality can also be customized which provides candidates with a great first impression of a companies internal culture. Posting jobs, creating reqs, and running reports are all very user friendly in this system.

Desvantagens: One of the biggest cons we frequently have with iCIMS is when the entire system shuts down for hours at a time. This is the software they were solely use for our recruitment process and when the system is down we do not have access to candidate contact information, etc. which causes delays in the process.
iCIMS also does not fully integrate with the other systems we are using which makes some of our processes more inefficient than what we would like to see.

"As good of an ATS as you'll find"

Comentários: We implemented iCims with a client who had a great experience with the ATS. The company was bought out and is now transitioning to a new system but mining data and migrating it over was easy with the support iCims offers.

Vantagens: iCims has all the bells and whistles of the best ATS on the market. It's also very easy to use and highly candidate-centric.
The iCims staff is also flexible, very helpful and eager to make sure your experience with the product is a successful one.

Desvantagens: iCims is pricey but you get what you pay for and iCims offers a lot. Other than this I can't really complain.

"iCIMS for a beginner"

Comentários: The customer support team is great, they explain to you in laments terms on how to use the product and then follow up with an email for your records on how to perform the task again in the future.

Vantagens: The software is pretty self explanatory, very easy to use.

Desvantagens: The search page is overwhelming when you are trying to narrow your results if you do not know where the object lies.

"Flexibility"

Comentários: Our company uses the iCIMS recruiting and onboarding platform and I've found it to be most flexible from a front end configurability standpoint. In addition, we are a Lawson shop and the iCIMs technical team is very familiar with our integration needs. For example, our direct deposit integration now has a checkpoint on the iCIMs site that validates the routing number before the file is exported - it is a huge help in identifying/reducing typos by the candidate. Finally, with many of the support teams I've worked with over the years, iCIMS is hands down the most responsive and proactive.

"iCIMS ATS"

Vantagens: Flexibility in system design (dashboards), reporting capabilities, unique setup for each type of login user. Great customer support.

Desvantagens: The configuration options and flexibility is also a con, as it can take a lot of work to build out what you want when trying to cater to different user types, companies, etc. However, the support team is great, and implementation team offered a lot of solutions.
