"The has been a great solution to reach out to candidates in a more convenient way via text message."

Comentários: Automation and increased responsiveness.

Vantagens: Love the capability to text candidates, which increases responsiveness and avoids the phone tag phenomenon. We're also excited bout the capability to upload phone numbers from our ATS to launch campaigns.

Desvantagens: We had a few challenges with the automated recruiter, but the issues have been resolved. So far it seems most of our texts occur mid day, which has come as a surprise. This is not necessarily a con though.

"Text Recruit has completely transformed our recruiting process."

Vantagens: We use TextRecruit for everything from sourcing passive candidates, engaging our current candidates, and helping our new hires complete their paperwork. It has made our process a lot faster and easier.

Desvantagens: I have not had any complaints using text recruit over the past year. Our candidates seem to really enjoy it as well.

"Simplify your recruiting with a text.... Priceless"

Vantagens: The simplicity of the system, you just text and go...literally. You do not have to worry about playing phone tag with a candidate or hang ups. This is a way more convenient way to access applicants and passive candidates !

Desvantagens: I do not like the new UI as much as the previous version it has a few features that are not as user friendly as the last version was.

"Modern Recruitment Communication"

Comentários: TextRecruits customer service is outstanding and the user design is easy! You can organize candidates by job titles and campaigns. An app can be downloaded to your smart device to allow for communication with candidates as needed. We have been able to successfully set up large hiring campaigns and keep candidates updated on where they are in the hiring process. We also use it for orientation and interview reminders by scheduling text to be sent out prior. Overall it has been an important tool to add to our recruiting tool box.

Vantagens: It's a web-based system that has a Google extension that allows new candidates to be quickly added without navigating away from your current page. The campaign system is also a positive feature that allows for drip marketing campaigns.

Desvantagens: I would like to be able to include GIFs into some of our campaigns but this function isn't possible yet.

Comentários: Overall I think it's a great system. And their customer service is top-notch!

Vantagens: The way we can track one candidate's information and the ease of use. I like that I can always see and update their status with the a couple quick clicks. It's laid out really nice and makes sense for our daily needs.

Desvantagens: Reporting is somewhat confusing and there are some aspects of the system that I've had to request additional training on in order to use it properly. When I search for something in the Help page, I find videos instead of simple answers.

"Good ATS and Recruiter friendly"

Vantagens: I found the applicant software very user friendly as it allows to store records of candidates who are just not available on any job boards and passive sources. they just get it from their connected sources.

Desvantagens: I am sometimes not able to open the application on my android phone as the application crashes most of the time.

Vantagens: Really enjoy the customer feedback and assistance during our implementation process

Desvantagens: Still implementing, only concern at this time is the mobility function for some iforms

Vantagens: It is a great recruitment system that meets you needs. We were able to bring your recruitmendt process to a professional level through iCIMS.

Desvantagens: Nothing at this time.

Comentários: By far the best ATS and HRIS system I have ever used.

Vantagens: Very user friendly. . .you won't need to invest hours and hours into training. Automates a majority of the time consuming administrative functions of Recruiting and HR. Customer service is responsive.

Desvantagens: Custom reports can be a bit tricky to master. Would be good if user had more ability to customize offer letter templates without going through their help desk.

Desvantagens: System configuration user interface is cumbersome.

"Great product with great support staff"

Comentários: I normally dread having to place a phone call in general to get support with any company and I look forward to having a reason to call the iCIMS help desk. They are awesome! Friendly, efficient, and they help me with anything I need.

Vantagens: The entire process has been effortless on our end. Everyone at iCIMS has been so helpful and supportive. The software is so easy to use and super customizable.

Desvantagens: We had trouble with the ADP connector but that isn't on iCIMS. It's an ADP issue.

"Robust Tool"

Comentários: Overall our experince with iCims has been great. We continue to utilize the platform more and more in our recruiting process, from all digital applications to texting our candidiates. I look forward to more opportunities to develop and grow with the program.

Vantagens: I like that iCims has so many possibilities. It is very robust and customizable so it is easy to adabt it to your own process. iCims is continually updating and evolving so that the systemy continues to improve with no additional costs.

Desvantagens: iCims takes some effort to learn. Becasue it has so many capabilities, what you want is not always right in front of you. You must continue to learn the program and the toools available. However, technical supprt is always nearby to help.

"System Flexibility"

Comentários: Our organization has been able to streamline our Onboarding process and provide a more custom approach to our new hires. We have also gone paperless in the process. iCIMS has provided us the transparency in the hiring process our Hiring Managers wanted and with the use of Tableau with iCIMS we have been able to produce metrics around our recruiting and onboarding.

Vantagens: iCIMS provides the flexibility to set up a system with your organization needs in mind. Custom fields and workflows makes it easy to configure the product to meet specific or unique needs of your business.

Desvantagens: The Search feature is powerful but is just that - a search feature. The capability to add in calculations or case statements isn't supported in the platform.

"Robust Tool with a Challenging Interface"

Comentários: We've worked hard on getting our sourcing solidified so we can truly see where our candidates are coming from.

Vantagens: Incredibly robust - most cases anything is possible and can make the system meet that need. Reporting, while difficult to understand at first, is strong and can report on almost any business need that arises. Love the customization when it comes to recruiter dashboards, what we find important, and messaging. First class customer service; love working with our client success manager to improve our use of the system.

Desvantagens: It seems iCIMS is an ATS built with admins in mind which can make it a bit more confusing for Recruiters, especially those just getting started. It heavily relies on our administrators for some simple things in assisting our recruiting team (especially reports).
Our pricing went up drastically when we came around to sign our second contract.

"iCIMs can do it all!"

Comentários: It's easy to get your jobs out there to more platforms with all of the recruiting tools iCIMs offers. I have enjoyed my experience overall and I try to continue to learn more. I am by no means a master of the program yet.

Vantagens: The software can pretty much do anything you want it to do as you can tailor it to your company's needs.

Desvantagens: The software is so robust that sometimes it's difficult from a back end stand point to get it to function how you want it to. However, the customer care is very helpful.

"Best product on the market"

Comentários: I have purchased and implemented ICIMS at 3 different companies in the past 10 years. It's an amazing tool.

Vantagens: The UI and the usability is amazing. The ability to configure the tool to mirror our process was a huge part of the success adoption by the company.

Desvantagens: Can't think of any cons. They continue to upgrade to address any concerns I have had in the past.

"Quality Software with tremendous flexibility for Talent Acquisition"

Comentários: I have been a Recruit user and administrator since 2011 and have grown through the updates/upgrades througout the years. My experience has been very positive from Account Management to Technical support. I am a fan.

Vantagens: web based, easy to use, rich features and functionality, configurable, functional and effective, modular approach and supports the TA/Recruiting workflow.

Desvantagens: like all software, intermittent problems/challenges with the technology. Searching and reporting take some time getting used to.

"Great ATS"

Comentários: Overall, I have very much enjoyed using this system. I am glad we chose to work with such a leader in ATS solutions.

Vantagens: For the most part, it is very easy to use. I really liked the customer support we received throughout the implementation process and after. iCIMS keeps up with trends, quickly makes necessary updates and offers other products to connect with.

Desvantagens: Reporting can be improved. This is not as intuitive as I would hope.

Vantagens: I love the customization of iCIMS - we have multiple segments of our organization with several different locations all with slightly different needs. iCIMS allows you to customize the applicant tracking system, workflows, reports and platform very easily. In addition, their customer support is amazing! They are always available and helpful in crafting a solution to meet any unique request.

Desvantagens: I truly can't come up with anything I do not like about iCIMS.

Comentários: Overall the product is leaps and bounds better than where we came from! I do feel like the company is always striving to improve and connect- which makes it a nice working relationship.

Vantagens: I love that everything is electronic! It makes new hire paperwork so seamless- and the applicants love it also!

Desvantagens: The reporting features are hard to use and configure. Once you figure them out- things are great- but until that point it can be difficult.

"iCIMS Recruit"

Vantagens: iCIMS is incredibly customizable and can easily adapt to very complicated workflows and processes. Our team of recruiters has realized a significant improvement in productivity over our old ATS. Support is also excellent.

Desvantagens: Sometimes there are too many clicks and screens involved in order to accomplish a task.

"ICIMS user"

Vantagens: Ease of use, like the layout of the page and the customization ability , very straight forward. Was only shown once how to use it and haven't needed any additional assistance

Desvantagens: Would be nice to be able to log in online or have an app.
