"very simple, modern and efficient"

Comentários: this has made response time from candidates so much faster which can be crucial at times. And often candidates don't want to respond on their work email, but CAN respond on their personal phone via text. This is a very valuable tool

Vantagens: this is a great feature for getting fast responses from candidates, especially when they can't respond by email

Desvantagens: sometimes it doesn't sync with their icims candidate profile so you have to log in to the actual product web page

"iCims Recruit"

Comentários: My overall experience with this software has been okay.

Vantagens: The feature I like the most about this software is that it is easy to use and fill out an application for a job.

Desvantagens: The feature I like the lease about the software is that sometimes it does not save what I put in on a page of the website closes.

"iCIMS Recruit Review"

Comentários: Overall a good software and it is helpful with making the job application process more streamlined.

Vantagens: This software makes the recruiting and job application process more streamlined, especially if multiple companies use the software, your information is saved and can makes the applying process more easy. The UI is simple and smooth.

Desvantagens: The resume importing feature is not as effective as it could be, sometimes the job titles, dates, or other things the software interprets from the resume into the application is wrong and therefore it is still necessary to manually import information.

"Robust but still not fully intuitive"

Comentários: It allows for a beginning-to-end recruitment experience that is enjoyable for the applicant.

Vantagens: The software is robust and allows for the completion of all onboarding paperwork before the employee's first shift.

Desvantagens: It still is not fully intuitive. My first job that I posted I didn't realize it never got posted to the external job sites as that was another step, but it never asked me if I wanted to do that.

"Easy to navigate"

Comentários: iCIMS Recruit is a simple and easy to use applicant tracking system. As an end user the import feature is accurate and effective. When applying for positions I am pleased if a company uses iCIMS Recruit.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit makes it easy to input information and apply for positions. There is minimal issue with importing from Word or PDF and it is simple to edit information as needed.

Desvantagens: I have not experienced issues with iCIMS Recruit. Of all of the applicant tracking systems I have used, iCIMS Recruit is one of my favorites.

Vantagens: It was very easy to navigate and job descriptions are very clear

Desvantagens: I don't like how some companies don't post details for certain jobs

"Icims"

Comentários: ICIMS has streamlined our onboarding process from start to finish with employees. We are able to have a one stop shop from job posting, submission, offer extension, to onboarding.

Vantagens: The applicant tracking system is the most valuable to me in my day to day job. Icims does a great job of tracking resource from start to finish as for onboarding. I can track the status of my employee throughout every step they complete.

Desvantagens: I do not have a con for the tool as I think it is very user friendly.

"Great recruitment suite"

Comentários: We moved from a manual record keeping of candidates to an easy to use automatrd one using iCIMS.

Vantagens: It has good features like TextRecruit which makes it easy to interact with candidates. Automated way to store candidate information.

Desvantagens: Some features are harder to navigate like producing analytical reports. It needs some training for a new person to use the software.

"Great way to interact with Candidates"

Vantagens: Easily integrates with multiple systems through Chrome Extension

Desvantagens: Not always easy to update or add to campaign functionality without creating a new campaign

Comentários: It was neutral. I had to use it to fill a job application out but it did take a long time

Vantagens: It allows you to upload your resume onto the software

Desvantagens: It looses my resume Everytime I upload and log out of the software for a period of time

"The worst ATS I've ever used"

Comentários: iCIMS needs a MASSIVE UI update and even then, I'm not confident I could recommend it as an ATS for any team.

Vantagens: Unfortunately, I can't point out any positives of working with iCIMS. To be quite frank, I'm glad to not be using this software in my workflow.

Desvantagens: Everything :( At a former company I worked with, iCIMS was only accessible to recruiters, so we had to find ways to update hiring teams on the status of candidates in the funnel.

"iCIMS Saves Time & Money"

Comentários: Our overall experience is very positive. We love the configurability of the product so that we can make it unique for our business model. Their support team is fantastic.

Vantagens: Before we starting using the iCIMS applicant tracking system, we were doing everything by hand. Reports included. Our candidates were annoyed because we had no way to maintain a profile with their information, and so they would have to send us a resume and fill out an application every time they applied for one of the positions for which we were sourcing. Everything was laboriously saved in a Dropbox folder for our clients. Now everything is automated, our client have candidate materials at their fingertips, and we are far more efficient,

Desvantagens: The learning curve to get up and running if you have not used an applicant tracking software is pretty steep. Anyone on your integration team needs to be able to devote a large amount of time to work with the iCIMS team to get everything set up. And the resume parsing is not the best.

"Icims review by me"

Comentários: Good helps me get contact my canidates and organize my documents

Vantagens: Connects with other data bases, can send direct emails to clients and has preset layout for emails.

Desvantagens: Confusing at first and intimidating. Sometimes lags to other databases

Vantagens: I am not quite an ICIMs expert YET, but it is a great software!

Desvantagens: Not sure, still learning. All seems pretty great though so far!

"Very brief"

Comentários: Easy to use and had nice features from what I used

Vantagens: I only used this briefly before my past company transitioned to a proprietary software. Honestly it was better than what we switched to. Much more user friendly and simple to navigate.

Desvantagens: I didn’t have any issues really but I was only exposed to it for a few weeks. It was a quick and simple platform.

Vantagens: The software is good, but gets you info mixed up if you use it for different companies.

Desvantagens: Mixes information with different companies. Could use some work. Can be hard to use.

"Good program to getting a job"

Comentários: Good but can be better. Easy to use but frustrating to constantly create new accounts for every new job application at a different company

Vantagens: I like how you can connect your Linkedin to sign in to this platform. It speeds up the process to creating an account and fills in the prefills the personal data.

Desvantagens: Although you can log into Linkedin with this account, I do not like how you must always create a new account for practically every new company that you apply for. I would like just one account that can be used for all companies you apply for. The hassle to create 100 new accounts for 100 job applications is impractical.

"iCIMS Review"

Comentários: Ths iCIMS Recruit product has been beneficial to our business by automating certain features and speeding up the hiring process. It creates a positive candidate experience as well. We are excited to see where the product takes us!

Vantagens: The iCIMS product offers everything I need in an ATS. It manages job postings, candidate workflow, and much more. I'm able to create candidate pipelines based on skillset which is a great organizational tool. The tool is also customizable to our needs- we recently added an offer feature and a new scheduling tool was just added.

Desvantagens: Some of the features aren't very user friendly. The search function for the candidate database can oftentimes be confusing.

"ICIMS Rocks!"

Vantagens: The Tech Support from ICIMS is the best I have ever experienced.

Desvantagens: ICIMS has a ton of features. Everyday I discover another feature that helps my team. I could use some help in identifying the best in class features. However, I know I can always call Tech Support and get immediate solutions.

"Great product"

Vantagens: I have used this product since 2008 and it has been great.

Desvantagens: It could use a sales-type of crm for headhunting.

"Reviewing as an applicant"

Comentários: Compared to other companies I applied for, I got a quick response from the recruiter and I'm sure it is because of the software iCIMS Hiring Suite that made the application process more efficient.

Vantagens: I encountered the efficiency of iCIMS Hiring Suite in a previous job application, I find it easy filling out and processing my application was quick. I like that it has integration with linkedin as well.

Desvantagens: As a user, the design layout is quite a bit outdated but it has improved within the last 3 years.

"Very robust system"

Comentários: Overall, I would not recommend this applicant tracking system. It's very overwhelming and difficult to navigate. It's also very difficult to see where candidates are at in the process.

Vantagens: The software is very robust. There are endless amounts of reports that you can run from iCIMS and there's a lot of features within a candidate profile. I really enjoy using the Dashboard as you're able to pull so much information.

Desvantagens: This software is sometimes very overwhelming. It takes so many clicks to get to a candidate's profile and there are an overwhelming amount of features within a candidate's profile. It is also very difficult to figure out how to run reports and pull information you're wanting to see.

"Overall good ATS system"

Vantagens: I like the function to understand where a candidate left off in the process and notes to see background. Ability to delay rejection letter by 2 days is helpful.

Desvantagens: There are some inefficiencies as you maneuver through the system and a few misleading steps.

"Old School"

Comentários: Average.

Vantagens: You know for sure it will just "get the job done".

Desvantagens: I feel like ICIMS is something of the past. Doesn't seem like they make any type of updates.

"Recruiting with ICIMS"

Comentários: ICIMS seemed some-what difficult to use at first, but my team has adapted well to it. At first, it didn't seem very user-friendly, but through trial and error, we have developed some tips and tricks. I do like the reporting features, which make it easy to pull numbers and data from our recruiting efforts.

Vantagens: ICIMS has great add-on features, such as TextRecruit that make it convenient and easy to interact with candidates. Adding candidates into ICIMS is very easy and user-friendly. It's also awesome that it has a dashboard on the front page, which makes for easy access to current candidate data.

Desvantagens: I wish ICIMS had more appeal, design wise. It's very bland looking compared to other recruiting software I have used before.
