"iCIMS"

Comentários: iCIMS has allowed us to completely automate the recruitment process. We have created best-in-class processes to ensure candidate's have a seamless application experience.

Vantagens: iCIMS is a forward-thinking technology solution that enables organizations to be ahead-of-the-curve when it comes to recruitment. iCIMS is consistently investing in research and development to enhance the platform and the features available. iCIMS has a strong internal team who become advocates for your organization.

Desvantagens: While iCIMS is continually enhancing the platform, the platform is geared towards US clients. Speaking as a Canadian client, sometimes the enhancements are not relevant or useful for Canadian clients who only operate in Canada and not in the US. In addition, while iCIMS continues to evolve their support structure for clients, sometimes the changes impact the service delivery to their clients.

"ICIMS has the capability of being fantastic but is not user friendly"

Comentários: I have hired several people through ICIMS but I find it so much easier to use Indeed.

Vantagens: I love what the potential of ICIMS is. There are so many ways of recruiting different positions, linking items together, and collecting names. The ease of emailing applicants is great and the templates are very helpful if you are in a rush.

Desvantagens: Whenever new applicants come in, it is very difficult to understand how to even open up the applicants information. I am very computer savvy and have had three training's on this and my team and I are still confused. Then there are so many steps that they need to go through. The initial accept or reject is easy but then you have to email, set up interview , etc while documenting all of this. This all seems great but for someone that has to do many other things than like just hiring the ease of use is not there.

"Minor fixes required but otherwise a great software"

Comentários: Overall, ICIMS Recruit is outstanding software. With a few minor adjustments, this software has the potential to be the very best in the industry.

Vantagens: The ease of utilizing iCIMS Recruit is outstanding. It is, for the most part, user-friendly and efficient.

Desvantagens: The one flaw observed with iCIMS Recruit is that the software doesn't always recognize certain characters and pieces of information that comprise the uploaded resume.

"iCIMS Recruit review"

Comentários: We have been able to seamlessly streamline our candidate/new hire onboarding process, and this has been great for our company.

Vantagens: we use ultimate software (ultipro) for our actual onboarding process, and icims recruit connects seamlessly to it. We push a candidate through from icims to Upro and there is much less "manual labor" associated.

Desvantagens: I think it is really geared toward larger companies who want to use it to integrate many other applications. I feel there's a lot of features we aren't using. But that's not really a con.

"Templates Make a difference"

Comentários: The software makes it really convenient to post jobs

Vantagens: They have a large library of generic job descriptions and position names that make creating a post easy.

Desvantagens: If you are trying to create a custom position you do not have the ability to use more than one of the templates that are available.

"great platform if you're trying to go paperless for new hires"

Vantagens: ease of use, customer service support, and knowledge base library are all great along with the collaborative community of users.

Desvantagens: there are glitches that occur upon the update of required documents [i.e., 2017 Federal Tax W4 form updating to 2018 was a nightmare].

"A great solution for hiring"

Comentários: The user interface can be a little confusing at first but, once understood, has great functionality.

Vantagens: iCIMS has allowed our company to increase the speed of discovering candidates, screening them while recording responses, initiating background checks, and, if hired, quickly and accurately integrating their information into our payroll system.

"I can see potential candidates for hire."

Vantagens: All of my potential candidates in one place. Reading resumes and giving feedback to our recruiters.

Desvantagens: Don't like the drop down style. Hitting the back button brings you back to the beginning and not to the last page.

"Used in Medium Size Hospitality Company"

Vantagens: -Recognizable Name and national brand
-Software is user friendly an intuitive
-Integrates with HRMS software - we use ADP

Desvantagens: -Unable to change job code with HRMS integration - i.e. one it is set it stays even if you hire for a different job
-Customer support is lacking on the phone
-Get ready for additional fees - lots of up-charges

"Not worth your time"

Comentários: Antiquated and cumbersome

Vantagens: The only thing I can see that iCims has going for itself in a positive light is name recognition. Beyond that, I would run.

Desvantagens: ICims, for the candidate/potential new employee is Not user friendly. It also makes that so important first impression of a company, less than a good impression.
For the end user/recruitment team, the software is easier than what the candidate experience is, however, that is not saying much. iCims is clunky, cumbersome and frustrating to use. And then there is the customer service. We had a question that we were not able to find an answer to in all the resources provided. When we called iCims we were told to see and read the resources provided to us. We told them we were not able to locate a solution to the problem within the resources and that was why we were calling - their response, I’m sorry we can’t help you.

"It helps saving my resumes and cover letters and apply for different available jobs"

Vantagens: It is kind of hard to find a lot of jobs in Icims platform but, for the ones you find it is easy to save and look at where in the process the application is.

Desvantagens: There are not a lot of features in this platform and there is no way to store seasonal workers files in there so we can go back and see if anyone is available.

"Robust but still not fully intuitive"

Comentários: It allows for a beginning-to-end recruitment experience that is enjoyable for the applicant.

Vantagens: The software is robust and allows for the completion of all onboarding paperwork before the employee's first shift.

Desvantagens: It still is not fully intuitive. My first job that I posted I didn't realize it never got posted to the external job sites as that was another step, but it never asked me if I wanted to do that.

"Hiring Simplified."

Comentários: iCIMS is making it easier to search and access applicants and streamlining the application and hiring process!

Vantagens: iCIMS is a software that really streamlines and simplifies the process of hiring. I have used this product to easily find the best candidates for my business. Everything you need to use is shown on the homepage and it is easy to navigate through resumes and applications. All of the paperwork that is needed to be completed on both ends of the hiring process is clearly shown as well.

Desvantagens: iCIMS is easy to use but it would be nice if the interface was updated with a bit more modern look and feel. Small complaint though!

"Great way to connect with hard-to-engage passive candidates"

Vantagens: Able to craft a creative message that results in a higher response rate from those applicants who are passive and not necessarily looking for a job - which is often in today's employee-market. The best applicants aren't necessarily looking for a new job so these are the ones we want to speak with.

Desvantagens: Not the software's fault but it's hard to get passive applicant's mobile numbers. Set up was a bit confusing and the cost of full integration with iCIMS has been prohibitive which make it more cumbersome to track which candidates have already been contacted - this a lot of record keeping. ICIMS charges for integration which seems costly.

"Good ATS for large orgs"

Comentários: I like the product. It meets a certain need for a certain time. look out for AI solutions to come and take these folks out though. ATS is roughly commoditized

Vantagens: Smart sales people, straightforward and tremendously scalable

Desvantagens: Bulky user interface, wasn't that advanced in terms of innovation and AI

Vantagens: easy tool to store all necessary information hiring managers and recruiters need to facilitate hiring process. I've seen it used with quite a few of our clients, and they all use it a bit differently, but it seems to work for everyone

Desvantagens: As always, it is only as valuable as the users are who are entering the data. But I don't see any real cons.

"ICIMS user"

Vantagens: Ease of use, like the layout of the page and the customization ability , very straight forward. Was only shown once how to use it and haven't needed any additional assistance

Desvantagens: Would be nice to be able to log in online or have an app.

"iCIMS is an easy to use product"

Comentários: My overall experience with iCIMS was painless. The product is very simple to use if you've worked with other recruiting programs.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit has a ton of info for the recruiters via the dashboard and reports and it's very easy to use for the applicants.

Desvantagens: The software looks a little like all the other recruiting software. I just only wish it looked a little more modern or different from all the other recruiting programs.

"Great recruiting software that incorporates into our HRIS"

Vantagens: iCIMS is a great recruiting platform that makes posting job requisitions and managing applications easy. When we launched Workday as our HRIS, iCIMS worked with it to keep the recruiting and onboarding process streamlined.

Desvantagens: The reporting capabilities are not very robust. Adding additional features and capabilities ends up being costly.

"iCIMS Review"

Comentários: I use the iCIMS tool frequently in my role as an account manager at a staffing company. While my company itself doesn't utilize iCIMS, one of my major clients uses the tool for all candidate submissions to job requirements. I've been using the tool for about 6 months and can say that it is not the easiest tool to use. I much prefer the tool that my company uses internally, Bullhorn.

Vantagens: I like that iCIMS allows me to make candidate profiles within the system and submit the candidate to multiple job requirements without having to re-enter any information. This has the potential to be a big time saver for companies that often submit the same candidate to multiple requisitions.

Desvantagens: The interface could definitely undergo a makeover; while functional, iCIMS is not interesting to look at whatsoever. I have also found that it can be a bit of a pain to enter information about candidates to the extent that iCIMS requires. For example, to make a candidate profile, you need to have the correct address and phone number of a candidate. While we usually have the phone number on hand, I usually have to hound people to give me their address quickly so I can submit them in a timely manner.

"Good idea, features, and cost effective. Processes, reporting, and extra features can be a struggle."

Comentários: Improved candidate experience, easy way for our team to connect with candidates that may not be active on email, ability to text silver medalist candidates, and alternate uses to text groups (like a group of interns).

Vantagens: Ability to have quick back-and-forth conversations with recruiters. Makes for a strong candidate experience when the candidates engage.

Desvantagens: The reporting capabilities are not good. Also, we've had some "glitches" in the process, and it's been challenging to figure out where the misses are. Therefore, it's a heavy amount of trial and error.

"Great Recruiting Software!"

Vantagens: This is a tool that we could not do without! It is very easy to use, for both parties, the hiring teams and the applicants.

Desvantagens: The only thing I dislike is that with every upgrade there is a cost to it. Other than that, I recommend if you are looking for a system like this!

"ICMS"

Vantagens: It is usually fairly easy to use, can auto-load a lot of the information if you needed to. It is fairly common with the clients I work with.

Desvantagens: Having a login so that all the information is the same would be ideal. Seems like a lot of required fields that sometimes are unnecessary.

"Very brief"

Comentários: Easy to use and had nice features from what I used

Vantagens: I only used this briefly before my past company transitioned to a proprietary software. Honestly it was better than what we switched to. Much more user friendly and simple to navigate.

Desvantagens: I didn’t have any issues really but I was only exposed to it for a few weeks. It was a quick and simple platform.

"Good application and easy to use"

Vantagens: This application is very easy to use, the user experiencie is fantastic. Probably one of the best application out there. Great to pull metrics.

Desvantagens: Linking to external systems could have a higher load time and some glitches. It could have more integrations. The communication via email could be customized.
