"ICIMS is a great tool for both HR and Payroll"

Comentários: Great product - great company - great employees

Vantagens: I am in the drivers seat for how it is set up and utilized for my company. Very easy to use for both the employer, employee and hiring managers.

Desvantagens: Im not sure they realize what it means to hire seasonally and retain all the information for each year on returning employees.

"We have been using TextRecruit for almost a year and we rely on it as a communication tool."

Vantagens: It is easy to use and you are not having to play phone tag with candidates.
We find our users are using this tool for all communications with candidates up until they become an employee. We evne use then with their approval.

Desvantagens: We had to wait for full integration of this product and our ATS to get full use, but now we have it!

"We weren't impressed when we trialed iCIMS"

Vantagens: We were trialing a few different ATS systems and iCIMS was one of the ATS systems we had tested a little while ago. When we used it, we felt that the social media aspect was useful. The fact that you can dig into candidates via social media means that you can get candidates who are not actively looking but may be open to new roles. The hireright system was good for background screenings and the fact that is pre-integrated means that we didn't have to muck around with other background systems.

Desvantagens: The system felt very clunky when we used it. Also we didn't have much luck with the social recruiting aspect of the ATS - perhaps our work style just didn't mesh with the targeted use case?

"Clunky but useful"

Comentários: Useful/needed for job applications.

Vantagens: It's a useful system through which to apply to positions, and can link with external profiles (i.e. LinkedIn)

Desvantagens: I dislike how clunky this can be - the linking to external systems can sometimes glitch, or have a long load time.

"Better than most application systems"

Vantagens: I like that I can update my profile and it allows managers to search specific criteria. It will also send me alerts of new job postings. Uploading my resume was easy and so was filling out the necessary forms. It’s nice that it can be used for internal employees and outside hires simultaneously. It’s pretty easy to filter through jobs as well.

Desvantagens: I wish it could use the same password I use for everything else at my company

"Nothing But Good Things"

Comentários: Overall I’ve had a good experience with the software and would recommend it.

Vantagens: This program makes the process of applying for employment safe and simple. Most of the large companies I’ve applied to for employment use this software for their recruitment process.

Desvantagens: It would be great If the interface were updated to seem like there’s not as much information to fill out as there really is. When you fill out info on a website for everything else, the designs are sleek, but when filling out info for a job, the appearances tends to get more bland.

"Good program to getting a job"

Comentários: Good but can be better. Easy to use but frustrating to constantly create new accounts for every new job application at a different company

Vantagens: I like how you can connect your Linkedin to sign in to this platform. It speeds up the process to creating an account and fills in the prefills the personal data.

Desvantagens: Although you can log into Linkedin with this account, I do not like how you must always create a new account for practically every new company that you apply for. I would like just one account that can be used for all companies you apply for. The hassle to create 100 new accounts for 100 job applications is impractical.

"Hiring Site Software"

Comentários: This software made it easy to apply to positions and is used ny many different organizations.

Vantagens: I have used this software on many occasions as a portal to many different companies when I had to apply for a position for employment. It keeps and remembers your pertinent information for later use.

Desvantagens: One has to remember all of the different information, as in logins if you used more than one for different companies.

"Excellent for recruiting top talent"

Vantagens: Our team used iCIMS to recruit new employees from all over the US, and the platform made it easy to do so. The best thing about iCIMS is the customer service. Our team had frequent conference calls with our account manager, who was most helpful in getting us the most out of the platform.

Desvantagens: Much like other software, there is a learning curve associated with using iCIMS. Give yourself and your team some time to understand the platform before diving in.

"Ok"

Comentários: Ok, happy, good.

Vantagens: The software is good, but gets you info mixed up if you use it for different companies.

Desvantagens: Mixes information with different companies. Could use some work. Can be hard to use.

"iCIMS Recruit is a great tool."

Vantagens: This software adaptes to the needs the users. It is possible to create and send job posts to the employees . It can generate reports personalized. It allows to see statuses through the appliacant lifecycle. It is very easy to use by the hiring and the applicants.

Desvantagens: It should offers more options of personalization. It is necessary to pay for the actualizations. It is expensive.

"Good standard ATS"

Vantagens: Was user friendly and easy to use/navigate when I used it. Layout was good and it was easy to track.

Desvantagens: UI could use some help, but overall not bad. Sometimes removing fields could be difficult. Customer service was so so.

"Job application"

Comentários: Overall process for doing and submit your job application is easy.

Vantagens: I like that I can connect my Google account to fill out my job application. Instead if trying to keep up with a user name and password.

Desvantagens: I don't like that it track my website browser. That to much information respect my private online ..

"Innovative Methods in Recruiting New Employees"

Vantagens: Simple to learn and simple to use. Most of all, it is effective and potential candidates are often heard back from within minutes, if not a few hours.

Desvantagens: A bit on the expensive side. Results will tell over time if is turns out to be cost effective.

"Good for employment apps"

Comentários: I complete employment applications using this program.

Vantagens: This makes it easy to complete job applications.

Desvantagens: This program is functional. It works very smoothly.

"Applicant tracking, Internal IJP's and easy to share through social media."

Vantagens: Our HR recruitment team deployed it last year and it relatively easier to our earlier system. Searching jobs in specific areas of our company is very easier since then.

Desvantagens: The look and feel should have been better looking. May be we are using the default skin. Integration with Workday was a bit time consuming, but still smooth so far.

"iCims Recruit"

Comentários: My overall experience with this software has been okay.

Vantagens: The feature I like the most about this software is that it is easy to use and fill out an application for a job.

Desvantagens: The feature I like the lease about the software is that sometimes it does not save what I put in on a page of the website closes.

"Long Waits for Updates"

Comentários: We utilized icims for over 5 years and could not wait to get out of the contract at the end. The system is cumbersome and the customer service is lacking in all the areas that matter.

Vantagens: It was easy to transition candidates from the recruiting side of the software to the onboarding side.

Desvantagens: The wait for updates to custom iforms was 20 business days!

"Assisted recruiter on days off"

Vantagens: As someone who was not "in-tune" with recruitment I found that diving in to cover the recruiter was somewhat difficult. However, the system platform we used with icims was easy to use and was self explanatory for someone like me!

Desvantagens: I do not have any negative feedback on this product as I was not the main user. I merely filled in when necessary.

"Its a good product and offers a great way to communicate with our candidates"

Vantagens: The event notifications that are automatically sent to candidates. The notifications go out automatically when they are moved to a status or bin.

Desvantagens: ARI is not set up to work like a tree. Questions sent after the initial contact are not based on the answers to prior questions.

"iCIMS Recruit"

Comentários: The company I implemented / selected this product for still uses today. Very strong product with great customer service.

Vantagens: I was with an organization where I selected iCIMS Recruit as our first electronic ATS. Very positive experience and lots of features and functions. WE used this for recruiting for multiple locations throughout the US and eventually started onboarding employees with it.

Desvantagens: Like any other ATS, this takes some working with to get used to. The product is only as good as the info you put into it. Lots of features, so if you want to use reports, etc. spend time inputting things correctly.

"ICIMS saves my time and sanity"

Vantagens: I currently have 35 hiring managers who use ICIMS to hire 1600 seasonal employees. It is by far a tool we could not function without. If you are on the fence about online applications - make the jump!

Desvantagens: They could use a little better direction in the seasonal - returning employee process. We have had to adapt the system to suit our needs.

"Job applications"

Comentários: It was neutral. I had to use it to fill a job application out but it did take a long time

Vantagens: It allows you to upload your resume onto the software

Desvantagens: It looses my resume Everytime I upload and log out of the software for a period of time

"Practical, this app minimizes the resources needed to successfully recruit a person"

Vantagens: This application let's you rely your human resources on it, avoiding possible human mistakes and the salary of the person in charge. Also let's you keep a more visual track of the people you are considering to recruit

Desvantagens: Even thought technology it's a great thing to save up in human resources, there is some jobs where person to person conversation is needed in order to really know what kind of person you are recruiting, besides that it's a complicated software that would need dedicated time until you really get the hang of it.

"Client Account Manager"

Comentários: I wouldn't recommend this service provider to anyone. I've had 5 client representatives in less than five years. My current account manager is clueless and not committed to resolving customer issues or concerns. Additional fees are being assessed with no communication or knowledge of the customer.

Vantagens: No Pro's

Desvantagens: Poor Customer Service
