"The best recruitment tool"

Comentários: Overall it is a great product and with the recent acquisition of jibe, this tool is getting better day by day. Highly recommend.

Vantagens: Unlike other softwars, icims is way simpler and it doesn't have a long unwanted for questions making it very easy for the candidates to apply for jobs. The average time to apply for job via icims is very less thus making it easy to use. Also I love the insights it provides for people recruiting

Desvantagens: Nothing that I can think. however it would be great to be able to generate dashboards via integration with other visualization tools like Qlik with just clicks rather than having write codes.

"Not user friendly"

Vantagens: It serves its purpose of being able to track applicants.

Desvantagens: Not very user friendly. The site is not very intuitive. New users should be given training, I was added to the site but not contacted for training opportunities.

"Easy to navigate."

Comentários: It's very easy to use and navigate through the system once you are familiar with everything. Although the system can be a little cumbersome at first.

Vantagens: The implementation was practically seamless and customer support has been responsive. Very easy to manage from an administrative standpoint.

Desvantagens: After the system has had an updated things go a little haywire and it's hard to navigate through the system sometimes.

"Fully functional applicant tracking system"

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit provides a fully functional applicant tracking system that covers your basic applicant tracking needs with mobile functionality (which is a plus).

Desvantagens: The overall user experience could be streamlined a lot.

"HELPFUL AND COMPREHENSIVE; MAKES THE EMPLOYEE SEARCHING PROCESS A BREEZE"

Vantagens: Being able to post job listings on job-search websites through a software is an amazing thing to be taken off your hand especially if you are dealing with a large number of employees. It is amazing how this software posts the job listings on well-known websites. Resumes are managed when they arrive as well. It is overwhelming at first, being able to receive huge amounts of resumes and possible applicants. It makes the job easier.

Desvantagens: iCIMS focuses mainly on applicant search and it does just that. It will be amazing if it's capable of more employee-related tasks as well, such as time tracking or payroll management. It is really a nice software to build around with more features.

"Talent Matters!"

Comentários: Recruitment made easy and still effective. It is an easy to use solution, it is not overwhelming for the employer and even better not for the candidate. It makes sense.

Vantagens: It is so simple and easy to use. For candidates too. It is clean, clear, simple and concise. The best thing is that candidates aren't scared away by using it. Personally, I believe it increases the number of candidates because folks do not feel the need to walk away from the process.

Desvantagens: I have not had a negative experience thus far.

Comentários: It was an overall good , but I still use other apps for employment

Vantagens: Easy to use, but only got a few job calls , however many companies use this in search of employees

Desvantagens: I didn't get as many job interviews as I expected from using this

Comentários: Overall a good software and it is helpful with making the job application process more streamlined.

Vantagens: This software makes the recruiting and job application process more streamlined, especially if multiple companies use the software, your information is saved and can makes the applying process more easy. The UI is simple and smooth.

Desvantagens: The resume importing feature is not as effective as it could be, sometimes the job titles, dates, or other things the software interprets from the resume into the application is wrong and therefore it is still necessary to manually import information.

"not my favorite software to use to apply for jobs"

Comentários: my overall experience has been neutral because i tend to avoid using it if i can.

Vantagens: i notice that a lot of companies use icims recruit as a software for potential recruits to apply on their website.

Desvantagens: i am not a particular fan of using this software due to the fact that there are a lot of steps to get through in the application process.

Comentários: This is product is ok, not too many features.

Vantagens: Most of the time i am using this system to use internally apply for any position. and it is a good tool for it.

Desvantagens: -after referring some for any post, we can track in icicms. we are just receiving thank you email , email should also contain detail referral ID, refereed person's email and name tool.

"Recruitment and follow-up"

Vantagens: Recruitment is easy, it allows you to get candidates according to your needs and follow the progression of them, the application is quite comfortable to use.

Desvantagens: However the documentation of the candidates is a bit cumbersome to get and each update generates a cost. In General: Recruiting iCIMS is a fairly simple and easy to use application.

"iCIMS"

Vantagens: It is easy to find an applicant, all their information is easy to find and edit.

Desvantagens: It can be a little hard to find certain text just because there is a lot on the screen.

"Solid recruitment software for HR Departments"

Comentários: I do a lot of onsite recruitment consulting at area companies & have used this product several times. It has so many great bells & whistles to help automate the process and record historical data and candidate information. It's an easy-to-learn/use product that offers excellent reporting features, intuitive navigation and can be customized to suit a department's needs.

Vantagens: Covered in initial interview

Desvantagens: I think the biggest challenge is getting employees to use it thoroughly & consistently according to internal candidate management process. But that's a con for the users, NOT the product.

Comentários: We moved from a manual record keeping of candidates to an easy to use automatrd one using iCIMS.

Vantagens: It has good features like TextRecruit which makes it easy to interact with candidates. Automated way to store candidate information.

Desvantagens: Some features are harder to navigate like producing analytical reports. It needs some training for a new person to use the software.

Vantagens: Being able to communicate with candidates easily is the reason we purchased the product. Still trying to get full value.

Desvantagens: Getting my recruiters to use it more frequently is still a challenge. I would like to be able to monitor their use.

Vantagens: Highly customizable, fast, functional and complete. Easy to allow new recruits to fill out forms at their own pace, saving forms at each step and retaining interest throughout long recruitment forms

Desvantagens: The UI can use a little refreshment, may be slightly bit outdated or old fashioned appearing

"The worst ATS I've ever used"

Comentários: iCIMS needs a MASSIVE UI update and even then, I'm not confident I could recommend it as an ATS for any team.

Vantagens: Unfortunately, I can't point out any positives of working with iCIMS. To be quite frank, I'm glad to not be using this software in my workflow.

Desvantagens: Everything :( At a former company I worked with, iCIMS was only accessible to recruiters, so we had to find ways to update hiring teams on the status of candidates in the funnel.

Vantagens: The system is very easy to use from the standpoint of a hiring manager. Creating a job posting is intuitive and it is also nice to see all the applicants in one place.

Comentários: Overall I can say this software is good.

Vantagens: I use this software when I am applying for a job. I love most how easy it is to use the software.

Desvantagens: I have not had any issues with this software.

Vantagens: I think that it is probably good for tracking new employees but, I don't generally use it for that.

Desvantagens: I have trouble with the "advance" option in the software and am never sure when I should hit which button. It usually results in duplicate entries with no way to remove them. I do not use the product regularly so I would guess this is mostly operator error.

Vantagens: Ability to move applicants forward and give them forms electronically to fill out. Ability to track applicants better.

Desvantagens: Confusing for our type of business. Not intended for use with seasonal employees who return each year.

Vantagens: I can quickly contact members of the hiring panel and let them know when schedules have changed for interviewees.

Desvantagens: As with all chatbots, you get what you put into it. If you don't think through how your messages come across, the messages may not be effective for your recruitment and retention strategies.

Comentários: Overall, iCIMS Talent Platform is a great way of hiring the best resources for your organization. The dashboard is user-friendly and it allows one to track all requisitions through various stages. It one be great if iCIMS Talent Platform could integrate better with other softwares and tools.

Vantagens: iCIMS Talent Platform makes it very easy to navigate the best candidates for a requisition, it helps create, change and delete job requisitions with ease and has a easy to use interface.

Desvantagens: One of the main cons of iCIMS Talent Platform is that it does not integrate well with other talent acquisition and performance management tools and this causes third party interfaces and bridges to be build to achieve the same purpose.
