"iCIMS is a very modern, robust, and customizable ATS that should work well across many industries and organizations."

Comentários: This is a great product. As someone who has experience with several large ATS platforms, there doesn't seem to be a single product that does everything, but this one seems to come the closest by far.

Vantagens: I really like that it can be easily customized to suit our needs, and can manage the recruitment pipeline for a wide variety of candidate types and requisitions. It also provides many data points and intuitive reporting capabilities. It has a nice, clean look and feel to the UI. They provide strong customer support whenever there are questions or issues. It integrates seamlessly with many other vendors and HR products.

Desvantagens: They could make a few improvements. It feels like sometimes there are a few too many "clicks" required to drill down to the info needed. Also, it would be great if they could include a feature to view the "last viewed candidates," or "last viewed requisitions." It would help speed things up when trying to move quickly between multiple candidates and requisitions.

"iCIMS"

Comentários: iCIMS has allowed us to completely automate the recruitment process. We have created best-in-class processes to ensure candidate's have a seamless application experience.

Vantagens: iCIMS is a forward-thinking technology solution that enables organizations to be ahead-of-the-curve when it comes to recruitment. iCIMS is consistently investing in research and development to enhance the platform and the features available. iCIMS has a strong internal team who become advocates for your organization.

Desvantagens: While iCIMS is continually enhancing the platform, the platform is geared towards US clients. Speaking as a Canadian client, sometimes the enhancements are not relevant or useful for Canadian clients who only operate in Canada and not in the US. In addition, while iCIMS continues to evolve their support structure for clients, sometimes the changes impact the service delivery to their clients.

"Strong ATS Platform"

Desvantagens: Reporting is hard to figure out sometime (fields to pull from)

"Great ATS for any size company!"

Comentários: All but 1 of the employees that I came in to contact with were amazing. Great customer service, and Colin went the extra mile for us.

Vantagens: Sales team was realistic in what iCIMS can do and was very open about what it couldn't or what was on the roadmap. Implementation team was easy to work with and flexible. Response time from everyone at the company was faster than expected from Legal to Customer Support. Implementation of 2 large companies happened in 6 months vs. a year.

Desvantagens: Once we moved from our original ATS to iCIMS the Talent Acquisition team wanted even more functionality than what we started with. iCIMS showed us what was possible.

"Love it!"

Comentários: Everyone is super helpful and if we can't do something they always try to find a work around or another solution to help

Vantagens: It's ease of use and very intuitive... Most companies say "its user friendly" but this system really is!

Desvantagens: the text boxes in the job description tab. they NEVER look like what they're supposed to on our website!

"ICIMS has the capability of being fantastic but is not user friendly"

Comentários: I have hired several people through ICIMS but I find it so much easier to use Indeed.

Vantagens: I love what the potential of ICIMS is. There are so many ways of recruiting different positions, linking items together, and collecting names. The ease of emailing applicants is great and the templates are very helpful if you are in a rush.

Desvantagens: Whenever new applicants come in, it is very difficult to understand how to even open up the applicants information. I am very computer savvy and have had three training's on this and my team and I are still confused. Then there are so many steps that they need to go through. The initial accept or reject is easy but then you have to email, set up interview , etc while documenting all of this. This all seems great but for someone that has to do many other things than like just hiring the ease of use is not there.

"iCIMS x HHM"

Comentários: We've been able to personalize our system to our needs. After getting a User Admin training, I've been able to utilize iCIMS Recruit in every way specific to our company.

Vantagens: Very easy to use. Works well with our organization.

Desvantagens: Nothing comes to mind. Both user admins and hiring managers are able to use it with ease.

"Overall Friendly"

Comentários: It is easy to input information into as an employer. As an applicant I have seen some people struggle with selecting different options.

Vantagens: It is easy to dictate what you need to have filled out and what is optional.

Desvantagens: It confuses some people when they are trying to make a selection.

Vantagens: The abilities of the platform are always growing.

Desvantagens: The Spanish or local languages needs alot of work

Vantagens: ICIMS is always one step ahead of current recruiting trends! Always enhancing existing products to further engage new candidates. Continuing to roll out new products to simplify the experience for recruiters and hiring managers.

Desvantagens: Lots of clicks to get from job search to career portal.

"Great, User Friendly Software!"

Comentários: iCIMS Recruit has helped us get all of our TA operations into one system and over the course of time has helped us report with more accuracy and detail than ever before. We migrated from Taleo and never looked back!

Vantagens: The user interface was more intuitive and looked better than many other ATS options we demo'ed. The configuration was also most straightforward, and was easy to make changes without technical support.

Desvantagens: Some features, such as ability to organize candidates by folders, sharing, and some other options were not available or came as an additional service that was not as competitive to some other providers. It wasn't a big drawback, we just created some workarounds to suit our needs.

"ICIMS review"

Comentários: I am the user admin and my experience is mostly positive. My only gripe is that support is required to make a lot of changes (ie event notifications).

Vantagens: The ability to configure. We have multiple subsidiaries that do not all operate in the same process.

Desvantagens: iforms can be a bit of a pain and are costly

"iCIMS and Hersha Hospitality"

Comentários: ICIMS recruit has drastically improved our applicant tracking process and has had the ability to scale with the growth of our organization without issue.

Vantagens: I find ICIMS recruit to be a very robust system that is able to meet the ever changing and expansive needs of my organization. The ability to customize the system to meet our specific needs and the customer support team's responsiveness is extremely impressive.

Desvantagens: It can be challenging for users who are not accustomed to using and ATS.

"Not as intuitive as other ATS"

Vantagens: Easy to push job postings to various social media sites, allows for applicant tracking through full cycle recruitment.

Desvantagens: Harder to navigate and not as intuitive as other ATS, would like to see some additional search capabilities

"iCIMS"

Comentários: We are using all iCIMS products - Connect, Recruit and Onboard and we the system meets all of our recruiting and onboarding requirements. For our system admins, iCIMS is extremely configurable and easy to create customs to meet different recruiting needs (ie. create new custom fields, sections and pages, or create a custom actions/workflow.) Most importantly, all custom fields are available/visible in the reporting console for reporting/data export.

Vantagens: - Configuration flexibility for Admins.
- Lots of configurable features available.

Desvantagens: Software doesn't have built in BI reporting capability for advanced reporting.

"Not My Top Choice"

Comentários: Overall, I would prefer another software but I am not in control of changing it.

Vantagens: It is easy to read and organized accordingly. It was very easy to learn and use although there are times that I still struggle using it.

Desvantagens: Sometimes the system is difficult to use. I do not always receive notifications using the alerts that I set. I am not sure if this is user error or system but I have had others tell me the same thing.

"Southwest Key Programs"

Vantagens: The user interface is a breeze to navigate.

Desvantagens: I've had feedback from my hiring managers that bins and statuses feel a bit clunky to them.

"ICims"

Comentários: My overall experience is pretty good. Some of the functionality is very easy to use, but other features need improvement.

Vantagens: I like the automated offer letter, background authorization, etc. Templates. The workflows are fairly easy to manage.

Desvantagens: The reporting is horrible. It's too complicated to get what should be a standard report. The bins are also hard to manage. You have to leave the bins for them to update, they need to update real time.

"Outstanding Product and Service!"

Comentários: Dramatically improved reporting and overall functionality. Client/Tech Support Team is unbelievably helpful and well-informed!

Vantagens: Intuitiveness and custom configuration capabilities

Desvantagens: We had some unexpected challenges during implementation that were frustrating, but they paled in comparison to the ongoing frustrations with our previous ATS .

"Icims review by me"

Comentários: Good helps me get contact my canidates and organize my documents

Vantagens: Connects with other data bases, can send direct emails to clients and has preset layout for emails.

Desvantagens: Confusing at first and intimidating. Sometimes lags to other databases

Comentários: It was neutral. I had to use it to fill a job application out but it did take a long time

Vantagens: It allows you to upload your resume onto the software

Desvantagens: It looses my resume Everytime I upload and log out of the software for a period of time

"iCIMS Onboarding= Great Product!"

Comentários: Overall the product is leaps and bounds better than where we came from! I do feel like the company is always striving to improve and connect- which makes it a nice working relationship.

Vantagens: I love that everything is electronic! It makes new hire paperwork so seamless- and the applicants love it also!

Desvantagens: The reporting features are hard to use and configure. Once you figure them out- things are great- but until that point it can be difficult.

"Hiring Simplified."

Comentários: iCIMS is making it easier to search and access applicants and streamlining the application and hiring process!

Vantagens: iCIMS is a software that really streamlines and simplifies the process of hiring. I have used this product to easily find the best candidates for my business. Everything you need to use is shown on the homepage and it is easy to navigate through resumes and applications. All of the paperwork that is needed to be completed on both ends of the hiring process is clearly shown as well.

Desvantagens: iCIMS is easy to use but it would be nice if the interface was updated with a bit more modern look and feel. Small complaint though!
