"Feature Functionality is Great, Flexibility with Indeed needs improvemetn"

Comentários: We have been able to quantify on a week-over-week, and now year-over-year bases key factors such as the number of open positions per region versus the number of applicants, an average number of applicants per job by region, and many other key factors on the regional level. This is important as we now know and have been able to identify why the struggle to hire is greater on one region of the country versus another.

Vantagens: iCIMS provides us with the ability to manage the thousands of applicants we recevied each year for over 500 locations around the country. Our account teams can independently manage the applicants for their open positions, but we have full visibility to all activity and can choose to be as active in the process as necessary on a per-job level.

Desvantagens: The majority of our employees are "front line" employees who are working at or close to minimum wage. We need a 1-click solution, and have not been able to do that using iCIMS. More than 70% of our applicants come across Indeed, and we have a real need for a 1-click solution, but that has not been negotiated between the two companies. By the time an applicant is asked create a password, provide information that is already on a resume (phone, address, email) and then start answering job questions, they abandon it. If they could simply click once from Indeed and send it directly to the specific job advertised, it would increase our application rates exponentially. Note this is true only for our front line positions, but again, they make up more than 90% of our job postings.

"Great Software for Healthcare Recruitment"

Comentários: The software is giving a clear view of each stage what the candidate has to go through at the time of hiring. Mostly this is accurately imputed by each hiring manager or HR . The clear view of the process is giving a full understanding when the start date of the new hire might be and making manager aware of the education plan and orientation in the healthcare facility might be. All great info!

Vantagens: The software and program are really easy to use. I worked at San Antonio Regional Hospital in California with this software and I can say loudly and proudly that I recommend it . I used it daily to access any updates regard hiring process of my candidates or applicants of the position open in my department.

Desvantagens: Not sure if they have mobile access. Being always on the go, sometimes between meeting you want to check on the processes, however, I never tried to access it because was no option given. Being in management I see this a way to improve because being always gone and not at your desk mobile access can give you a great view of the process of hiring.

"iCIMS Review"

Comentários: iCIMS Recruit helps with a process by which to draw candidates as well as process them through the hiring system for our managers equally and fairly.

Vantagens: It provides a system to process our candidates through the recruitment, interview and background process more smoothly for our 100+ Hiring Managers. It also makes is easier to advertise our postings through iCIMS' partnerships. Additionally, iCIMS partnerships provide a great starting place as a reference when choosing additional vendors to link with the system.

Desvantagens: The system as a whole, as an administrator - including pulling reports - takes some additional knowledge and background to 'self-customize'. Not as 'user friendly' -

"ICIMS"

Vantagens: Overall, I cannot say enough about the ease of use with the iCIMS applicant tracking system. Having demoed many other systems, nothing came close to the layout with iCIMS. Also, the customer service provided by all of the iCIMS representatives is outstanding. We have been able to fully customize are settings to our organization and iCIMS has been there every step of the way to help us.

Desvantagens: I don't have any real cons with the iCIMS applicant tracking system besides the fact that it's only an applicant tracking system. I would love to see the company expand into other offerings.

"icims is AWESOME!"

Comentários: I have used icims in two different organizations, I have implemented icims and the Implementation team is great, they assist in every way possible during implementation and I have used the help support team every time I have had the tiniest question and they have helped answer every single question I asked.

Vantagens: Easy of use, customer service support, functionality and the fact that they are always thinking ahead of the game as far as what's needed in recruitment for the future.

Desvantagens: No cons, that I can think of.

"Innovative Tool"

Comentários: We are hiring a wide variety of positions in over 250 locations, iCIMS helps us provide a standardized process for our hiring actions, and we have been able to build processes for acquisitions using portal and SFTP import options

Vantagens: Integration capabilities, reporting, enhancements and new tools

Desvantagens: Some limitations on reporting functions, excited for improvements

"It's OK"

Vantagens: It's nice that we can bulk print cover letters and additional documents now. Being able to jump profile to profile in the workflow is a nice feature.

Desvantagens: The bells and whistles are in all the wrong places. The end user interface is too complex for the occasional user. It's not intuitive enough and I end up being a helpdesk. The email templates are nice and easy to use for, sometimes too difficult for hiring managers. The inability to create a stop in the process for equity reviews is a challenge. What is the point of having a Person Profile and a Workflow Profile? Hiring Managers shouldn't be able to see to which other departments candidates have applied. The one-size fits all application doesn't really work for us. Candidates can be asked the same question about sourcing in several places and they don't like it. Many out of the box reports weren't right for us.

"iCIMS review"

Comentários: Ease of integration to all of our recruiting external providers. Ease of integration into our ERP (Lawson). The iCIMS project implementation team was one of the best I have ever been involved with. They were very in tune with our needs and bent over backwards to meet our requirements. The project was launched on time and on budget. A VERY clean Go live.

Vantagens: Fully comprehensive solution to our recruiting needs.

Desvantagens: I don't really have any pain points yet. We are early in the implementation but the product has been well received so far by all that use it.

"Icims - The leader of Applicant Tracking Systems"

Comentários: I love utilizing Icims, it has been a great recruitment tool and helps keep our managers, recruitment team & many other departments on the same page.

Vantagens: I love the ability to customize the system and build reports and login groups to streamline our hiring process.

Desvantagens: At this time I have nothing to list about my dislikes of the Icims software.

"Comprehensive but can be Overwhelmin"

Comentários: Very good. Even with the limitations we have run into it still provides a very comprehensive solution.

Vantagens: It is a very comprehensive software. It provides all of the basic functions needed.

Desvantagens: Sometimes it is so complex it cannot do basic functions. It is really designed for a single hire at a time, not bulk hiring of a single position.

"Good product for hiring employees"

Vantagens: I like being able to search by name or by job title to find who I'm looking for. It's nice to be able to view a person's profile and once selected to hire I can have all their documents together online.

Desvantagens: I work at a place that does a ton of re-hires. For us it has been a pain to require people who come back every summer to remember their login name and password and re-do the current years paperwork. They end up making a new profile which makes it even more confusing for us.

"Faithful iCIMS user for 4 years!"

Vantagens: The flexibility to always make changes, adding custom tabs, fields, etc.

Desvantagens: Reporting, it can be confusing sometimes.

"iCims is a great platform to track applicants and keep their information in one place, and electronic!"

Comentários: It is a good tracking system that works way better than the alternative paper version of applicants!

Vantagens: Being able to review info quickly & easily while keeping them specific to certain jobs & all jobs. We can tag one person in multiple areas and have their info be sent to the hiring managers easily.

Desvantagens: Sometimes it is hard to find a particular person when you have multiple with the same name, but it does have features that allow for a more specific search.

"iCIMS is an excellent resource for our organization."

Vantagens: The customization!! We are easily able to modify the tool to meet the needs of our hiring managers and recruitment team.

Desvantagens: I am a huge fan of iCIMS and while there are always small improvements to be made, I really cannot identify an area I do not like.

"Awesome Product"

Comentários: The best ATS and customer service I have dealt with in all the ten years of my professional experience.

Vantagens: The ability to customize and tailor to the needs of our organization is invaluable. There are account representatives that truly are helpful, even when implementing an integration with our background vendor.

Desvantagens: The customer service representatives are not completely knowledgeable. But I cannot hold that against them when there are so many configurations that our organization did when implementing.

Vantagens: Flexibility and always trying to improve their offerings.

Desvantagens: Response time of tickets which is normally not during business hours

"Interview Scheduling/Offer"

Vantagens: Very useful when scheduling interviews and processing offers.

Desvantagens: N/A due to it is very useful to me for my current role.

Comentários: Increased number of candidates due to ease of system.

Vantagens: I think it is very easy to use, it has been beneficial in increasing candidates for our jobs.

Desvantagens: The mobile hiring manager profile was difficult to set up, it would be easier if templates from other companies were available to have.

Vantagens: The ease of sending information to candidates

Desvantagens: Learning how to do functions within the software

"You price will change considerably"

Comentários: We went with this product two years ago over Newton based on the customization of the applicant flow and reasonable price. Since then the price has inflated 750% as we had to add a "custom" document that was less cluttered meaning we had to pay to take things off a page of theirs. They approached us this year less than 30 days from renewal with a 230% price hike which I obviously do not have time to change products so I am stuck for another year. This will earn them this year, this wonderful review and then lose them the next year. Avoid this company.

Vantagens: Meets the needs as a ATS and allows to somewhat customize the applicant flow to match your organization.

Desvantagens: Expensive and they ramp the price up later once they have you committed. Customer support is rather poor and we experienced a 48 hour complete outage earlier this year. The implementation was awful. Newton's implementation was more than iCIMS but apparently you get what you pay for.

"ICIMS is a great tool for both HR and Payroll"

Comentários: Great product - great company - great employees

Vantagens: I am in the drivers seat for how it is set up and utilized for my company. Very easy to use for both the employer, employee and hiring managers.

Desvantagens: Im not sure they realize what it means to hire seasonally and retain all the information for each year on returning employees.

Vantagens: Went from a broken ATS to iCIMS and it has been great, really improved our workflow and day to day operations.

Desvantagens: I HAVE NOTHING BAD TO SAY ABOUT THIS SYETEM.

Comentários: Implementation went more smoothly than any other ATS I’ve worked in! Customer support is the best I’ve seen compared to other companies.

Vantagens: The customizable dashboard and fields within the platform.

Desvantagens: I feel like there’s too often an additional cost for extra enhancements with the system.

Comentários: iCIMS ATS meets our needs for a Technical College and gives our candidates a good customer experience. I highly recommend exploring its capabilities!

Vantagens: The social media sharing tools make it easy to advertise your positions. The resume parsing feature saves valuable time for candidates filling out the application.

Desvantagens: The onboarding module may require Custom iForms.

"I can see potential candidates for hire."

Vantagens: All of my potential candidates in one place. Reading resumes and giving feedback to our recruiters.

Desvantagens: Don't like the drop down style. Hitting the back button brings you back to the beginning and not to the last page.
