"ATS that has great value"

Comentários: We first chose this software because it was more competitive and more user friendly than our previous ATS. As the years have past, the customizable features to make it work for any industry and the reporting capability is why we have continued to renew. The Help Desk team is extremely responsive and don't make you feel stupid for asking a question.

Vantagens: We like the ease of use for job seekers, administrators and Hiring Managers. The customer service in the Help desk is excellent as well.

Desvantagens: The reporting is so robust, it can be daunting to figure it out. Once you get the hang of it, you realize the possibilities are endless.

"Great tool for customization"

Vantagens: iCIMS is highly customizable, which they will tell you themselves but they truly aren't kidding. We have been able to automate many of our recruiting and onboarding processes, which in turn has given time back to not only our corporate group but operations staff as well. As an iCIMS administrator, I love that I am able to make configuration changes myself, independent of iCIMS Customer Support, for a huge variety of functions. When there's a change that I don't know how to make, the Customer Support team will walk me through the steps so that I am empowered to make the change in the future. In instances where iCIMS Customer Support is required to make adjustments, due to limited administrator permissions, they are quick and responsive, ensuring little to no downtime.

Desvantagens: The reporting function is not very intuitive or user friendly in the beginning. As you become more familiar with the software the reporting function becomes easier to use and is quite powerful but there is definitely a learning curve.

"Great Customization!"

Comentários: Overall I like the easy of use of iCIMS recruit. Sending candidates and jobs to hiring managers is great!

Vantagens: I like having the ability to customize my job postings and application process. ICIMS also makes it easy to search for old jobs and previous candidates!

Desvantagens: There is a charge for every add on. When we first signed up for this software it seemed like there were all these great add-on tools. It wasn't until I was an iCIMS customer that I discovered how much iCIMS charged each month.

"Not User Friendly"

Comentários: I have not had a good experience with iCIMS Recruit. I had to teach myself how to use it, I've spent countless hours on the line with customer support trying to get the system to do normal things and it cannot be done in this system (simple scheduling, assigning onboarding tasks - I realize that's not Recruit but whatever, sourcing out of the system is a mess - I could keep going)....I thought adding Connect would be better but it's not, so I plan to get rid of this ASAP - pay the fee to get out of it and get another system. The ONE thing I can say is the customer support team is very nice and they TRY to help as best they can. But most things cannot be done - and if they can, it's never just an A-to-B fix...it's a work-around to go from A-F-D-X-R-Z-B.

Vantagens: It is a place to store candidate information.

Desvantagens: Its UI/UX is clunky, you have to configure your own dashboards (I didn't know I worked at iCIMS but, after a few days on the line with customer care, I feel like I should be getting paid), the scheduling feature is a nightmare, sourcing out of the system is a nightmare (I don't even bother), there's a "person", "candidate," and "manager" profile - ALL for the SAME individual. Why? Why can't you just have one person and they are either a candidate for a role or they're not? I've worked with so many other Applicant Tracking Systems and this was never an issue or even a "thing." Everything is "a la carte" - other ATS's such as Lever or Greenhouse are much easier to use, have built in functionalities that you'd otherwise have to pay extra for an API connector to have said functionality, and - wait for it - already have dashboards in place that make sense for most organizations - and will CUSTOMIZE IT FOR YOU - no questions asked!!

"Long Term Icims User"

Comentários: We are able to track where candidates are coming from, keep notes, share everything from one platform.

Vantagens: Accurate, great reporting and decent functioning once you understand the software

Desvantagens: Not intuitive at all. Can be very frustrating for people who do not use it all of the time.

"iCIMs can do it all!"

Comentários: It's easy to get your jobs out there to more platforms with all of the recruiting tools iCIMs offers. I have enjoyed my experience overall and I try to continue to learn more. I am by no means a master of the program yet.

Vantagens: The software can pretty much do anything you want it to do as you can tailor it to your company's needs.

Desvantagens: The software is so robust that sometimes it's difficult from a back end stand point to get it to function how you want it to. However, the customer care is very helpful.

"Not user friendly - awful UI/UX"

Comentários: I am not having a good experience with Recruit. It just isn’t as flexible, sleek, and up to date with the other competitors in the market.
If the above were fixed, I guarantee you would keep a huge amount of market share - but we may pay whatever fee we need to get out of our contract as this is just a mess, and we - the customer - have to fix it ourselves (and that’s IF we can even fix it at all).

Vantagens: That it holds resumes and integrates well with our HRIS.

Desvantagens: Where to start?
- Ease is Use
- UI/UX is clunky and outdated
- Scheduling is not easy for interviews
- Tasks take so much time to assign to users
- Doesn’t integrate with a lot of other systems as easily as Lever, Greenhouse, etc.
- Can’t “talk” to hiring managers in real time like competitors above
- Ranking candidates is an “add-on” feature (as are most features) while included in most ATS’
- Recruiters have to configure their own dashboards and it is extremely difficult to do as well as time-consuming.

"completely configurable, just need to learn how to configure it."

Comentários: Overall I think it's a great system. And their customer service is top-notch!

Vantagens: The way we can track one candidate's information and the ease of use. I like that I can always see and update their status with the a couple quick clicks. It's laid out really nice and makes sense for our daily needs.

Desvantagens: Reporting is somewhat confusing and there are some aspects of the system that I've had to request additional training on in order to use it properly. When I search for something in the Help page, I find videos instead of simple answers.

"Great Customer Service/Complex Functionality"

Comentários: Great ATS!

Vantagens: Customer Service reps are extremely helpful, friendly and always follow up. The system is completely configurable.

Desvantagens: The functionality can be complex on the administrative side, mainly because every aspect of the system can be configured.

"Great product with great support staff"

Comentários: I normally dread having to place a phone call in general to get support with any company and I look forward to having a reason to call the iCIMS help desk. They are awesome! Friendly, efficient, and they help me with anything I need.

Vantagens: The entire process has been effortless on our end. Everyone at iCIMS has been so helpful and supportive. The software is so easy to use and super customizable.

Desvantagens: We had trouble with the ADP connector but that isn't on iCIMS. It's an ADP issue.

"Flexible, ever evolving program"

Comentários: iCIMS is a tool that could fit any organization's needs due to its flexibility and configurability. Customer service is excellent, they are experts and very helpful friendly people.

"Horrible support by iCIMS represenative"

Vantagens: The training guides are helpful and the FAQ section is nice. The training guides are helpful and the FAQ section is nice.

Desvantagens: I can't get my rep to call or respond to me. I've been in my new role for over three weeks and they still have NOT set me up for training. I email and call and NO response!

"A robust, affordable ATS tool that punches well above its weight"

Comentários: ICIMS has allowed us to automate the full recruitment cycle from requisition through to on-boarding. Its powerful abilities to advertise jobs on various job boards has significantly reduced our overall job advertising spend, in addition to this, we've greatly reduced our dependency on external recruitment agencies as ICIMS job posts has the ability to capture the most "passive" of candidate. The power of social media has everyone looking for better job opportunities.

Vantagens: We love how flexible it is, it can be molded into whatever recruitment steps/process that your department/company decides on. The customer support is second to none.

Desvantagens: Recent updates only cater to US market, what about the rest of us poor souls scattered all over the globe ?

"Super useful (with integration to ICIMS)"

Comentários: Our failure to respond to interview scheduling requests went down by at least 50% during our busiest hiring season!

Vantagens: Allows us to quickly connect with a candidate to schedule, let them know we're running late, or even inquire why they haven't responded to communication. It is easy, on the fly, with a simple click of the phone number right in the software you're working in! TextRecruit can pick up a number in any open Chrome page and start a conversation, but where it shines for us is the integration with ICIMS, our ATS (applicant tracking system). Not only can you individually text, but anywhere you could bulk send emails in the ATS, you can now bulk send texts!

Desvantagens: Can be time consuming building campaigns without the bulk text edit of our ATS.

"Customize to fit your needs"

Comentários: We have been able to manage our high volume recruiting. We needed to key information from candidates and this product allowed us to report on that.

Vantagens: You can tailor this product to fit your needs.

Desvantagens: It's not intuitive. I could never figure out how to create a dashboard that gave me worthwhile information.

"iCIMS Recruit Review"

Comentários: Overall, we are happy with the product. I would recommend to anyone with similar needs to ours in an ATS.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit is has been our primary ATS for the past 4 years. It does everything we've needed it to do. Customizing the system to meet our particular needs has been relatively easy. Overall, we're quite satisfied with the product.

Desvantagens: The interface could be a little better.

"Great Customer support line"

Comentários: We do a lot of seasonal and non-exempt hiring. This tool helps us capture passive candidates and have a really smooth onboarding process!

Vantagens: I can call the help desk 24/7 and they have always been able to walk me through every issue!

Desvantagens: I wish the social connect had more features and that it linked better to linkedin

"Industry Leading ATS, but still has a steep curve on the back end."

Comentários: Its an industry leader in my industry.

Vantagens: There is a lot it can do with regards to sourcing, recruiting, and on-boarding. They have already done a lot of the leg work for vendor searches also.

Desvantagens: The admin aspects of the platform has a steep learning curve. Learning the system as the admin requires a person to start thinking within the levels of talent acquisition versus as just one process. The number of clicks for tasks is also way to high, needs simplified.

"Help Desk EXTRAORDINAIRE!"

Comentários: This system has very few failures, and if they do happen, the HELP DESK team is ON IT!

Vantagens: If you know what you are trying to accomplish - t his system can report on so many things!

Desvantagens: You have to know the system very well to use the report building function.

"iCIMS"

Comentários: Used this software as our applicant tracking and onboarding platform.

Vantagens: I liked the ability to set up the applicant flow to meet our needs. Software felt intuitive to use.

Desvantagens: Could’ve used more training during the implementation process. Otherwise was happy with the software.
