"Comprehensive system but lots of clicks to get there"
Comentários: There are a lot of ATS systems out there. Look for a good one that can grow with your company. ICIMS charges for everv new technology they put out there, social media, website upgrades. They bank on you being captive since it is difficult to migrate to a new system.
Vantagens: ICIMS is a very robust system and has alot of capabilities, add-ons and overall functionality. It is highly configurable and allows you to add custom fields. There is a reporting feature that allows you to select specific report data and save the report for future. Additionally, libraries will store your requisitions, and other position information for easy reference through foldering capabilities. Tracks email communication through your outlook system, to capture both sides of the email conversation. Additionally, they have a lot of pre-recorded training and webinars to get to learn the system.
Desvantagens: They didn't have a direct feed through Indeed and our positions were picked up randomly and after several days. Additionally, requisitions are difficult to post, show up with multiple fonts (even after various attempts at editing, which is a poor representation of your company.) ICIMS is very difficult for EEO/AAP reporting. Our standard reports didn't work well for this at all. Customer service is very hit or miss, some are really great, and others don't know the system at all. Account representatives are the same way, we just left them, due to their lack of interest to help us update the system set up after 10 years of use. There are alot of custom programming required to implement changes, and they didn't implement updates with the new DOL requirements. We had to ask for the new EEO forms for VEVVRA and Disability reporting requirements.

"User-friendly customizable ATS at a great price!"
Comentários: Previously implemented the tool 3-4 year ago,and going through a new implementation now with another company. Happy to see the improvements that were made during that time period and excited to see the platform grow with recruiting trends.
Vantagens: The customization to fit your recruiting needs. From the various modules to user access to dashboard management - iCIMS will tailor to your needs more than any other ATS I've experienced. Great reporting functionality as well.
Desvantagens: iForms can seem a bit outdated to the candidate as far as design goes - however this is optional use.

"Versatile Applicant Tracking System"
Comentários: I've been using Icims for over 10 years and have had the opportunity to work with the program very intensely, providing high level functionality for hundreds of users. The system is very customizable and friendly for a candidate to utilize - very important for the candidate experience.
Vantagens: Icims allows a high level of customization and reporting functions.
Desvantagens: At times, help desk support can take longer than desired.

"LOTS of features, and great customer support!"
Comentários:
We do everything from temp staffing and contracting, to long term contract hires, to executive 3rd-party recruiting ... and it handles it all.
We've grown to a nationwide mid-size business, and iCIMS has kept pace with us without breaking a sweat!
Vantagens: Amazing flexibility and customization potential. Very responsive and knowledgeable US-based customer support.
Desvantagens: Not set up out-of-the-box for our kind of operation ... took a while to make it useful, not just usable. Some features we would like to include were cost prohibitive.

"iCIMS is great! Easy to use and practical"
Comentários: With iCIMS Recruit we can effectively work with the hiring managers no matter where they are. It allows the communication between hiring managers and the talent acquisition team.
Vantagens: I really enjoy iCIMS ability to "bucket" and track candidates in an easy view on each jobs openings and the candidates. The ability to create and custom everything in the software tailors to any user in any industry.
Desvantagens: With so many different things we can change and customize I don't know where to start but the customer help team has always helped quickly and with accuracy, always solving the issue immediately.

"Hands down the best applicant tracking system out there. Easy of use & functionality are amazing."
Comentários: Being able to customize the software to meet our needs and the ability to create different dashboards for people within the company.
Vantagens: The ability to customize the system to meet your companies needs. We have implemented Hiring Manager portals and integrated with one of their partner background and drug screen companies.
Desvantagens: The reporting system can be a little tricky at first when creating them but you start to get the hang of it.

"Love, love my iCIMS products"
Comentários: The iCIMS talent platform as a product is a treat to use. We purchased Connect and Recruit. From sale to implementation to daty-to-day use, I couldn't be happier. I found my Account Executive to be honest, knowledgeable, and I am happy to say I got exactly what I expected -- no empty promises. iCIMS can be used as is, or it can be tailored to the needs of your organization. Currently, I am in a fast growing organization of 450; but iCIMS was a great solution for my previous company of 3000 as well. From HR to hiring manager, the platform is user friendly. In addition to being a great product, what makes iCIMS a truly remarkable solution is the level of customer service and support provided by everyone you interact with at iCIMS. I highly recommend if you are looking for an easy to implement product and want a no fuss customer service experience.
Vantagens: Ease of use, customer service, free updates, iCARE support, overall value. The platform requires little support from your IT team or Sys Admin. iCIMS provides great technical support as well. Integrates with most HRIS and LMS as well as countless assessment and background check products.
Desvantagens: None that I can think of.

"Excellent!"
Vantagens: Easy to use and it integrates with all of our other tools so all we need is ICIMS. It's a great candidate experience and also 3rd parties.
Desvantagens: the analytics, a little complicated to manipulate. However when I call ICIMS help desk for assistance they answer quickly and are helpful and pleasant

"Great functionality and customer service!"
Comentários: Overall, I am very please with the tool thus far.
Vantagens: Ease of use, customizable, integrates with ADP payroll, as well as background check companies. Also has onboarding module. Excellent reporting capabilities and integrated scheduling tool.
Desvantagens: User interface is a little clunky and could be updated. I also would like to see the ability to assign competencies to jobs and interviewers and have a more user friendly interview feedback tool.

"Over all good product- but not user friendly"
Vantagens: You can build a lot of specific reports from scratch and alter the data to suit your needs
Desvantagens: You need to have a lot of previous knowledge on how to build reports and it takes a while to build. It's not user friendly unless you have a background in data it can take a while. to get used to it.

"great platform if you're trying to go paperless for new hires"
Vantagens: ease of use, customer service support, and knowledge base library are all great along with the collaborative community of users.
Desvantagens: there are glitches that occur upon the update of required documents [i.e., 2017 Federal Tax W4 form updating to 2018 was a nightmare].

"Not the greatest"
Vantagens: It does the job but could use better features. I think it feels a little bit out dated compared to some of the other systems out there.
Desvantagens: Not easy to use, and not great customer service. We were stuck with this system for a while and our contract is finally up so we are not renewing.

"Not worth your time"
Comentários: Antiquated and cumbersome
Vantagens: The only thing I can see that iCims has going for itself in a positive light is name recognition. Beyond that, I would run.
Desvantagens:
ICims, for the candidate/potential new employee is Not user friendly. It also makes that so important first impression of a company, less than a good impression.
For the end user/recruitment team, the software is easier than what the candidate experience is, however, that is not saying much. iCims is clunky, cumbersome and frustrating to use. And then there is the customer service. We had a question that we were not able to find an answer to in all the resources provided. When we called iCims we were told to see and read the resources provided to us. We told them we were not able to locate a solution to the problem within the resources and that was why we were calling - their response, I’m sorry we can’t help you.

"Easy to Use for Hiring Managers"

"Great Customizable ATS!"
Vantagens: I really like the ability to customize this software for our business needs. We have the ability to control the hiring manager and candidate experience in ways that I have not seen with other solutions. With that customization comes the ability as a User Admin to make system changes on the fly, without engaging a support team or paying for extra services. They are also constantly improving their offering and we get great updates periodically and they integrate with so many other vendors.
Desvantagens: The reporting tool is a little clunky and can take a bit to learn - but once you learn, you'll find it is very robust.

"Good Administrative Tool"
Vantagens: iCIMS is a fancy database and a very good administrative tool. When switching from a manual process it brought a ton of efficiency to our recruitment process.
Desvantagens: The user experience is clunky and creates various pitfall for our hiring manager which require lots of correction and re-education. The system works well, but would like to see a more simplistic (clean), customization, and intuitive interface.

"ICIMS Rocks!"
Vantagens: The Tech Support from ICIMS is the best I have ever experienced.
Desvantagens: ICIMS has a ton of features. Everyday I discover another feature that helps my team. I could use some help in identifying the best in class features. However, I know I can always call Tech Support and get immediate solutions.

"My iCIMS experience has been second to none all the way around! Great people, great product!"
Vantagens: It's very user friendly, it takes half the time it used to take me in order to post, get candidates and get them onboarding! Best move we ever made switching over to iCIMS Recruit/Onboard!
Desvantagens: It would be nice if managers got an email alert once candidates have completed 100% of the onboarding tasks rather than having to go in and check daily to see if they have completed their tasks. I realize there are reports which are great but a simple notification saying "Joe Smith has completed their tasks", would be awesome!

"Awesome ATS!"
Vantagens: Icims is one of the best ATS that Ive used. It's like all in one platform. You can trqck candidates, job post, interview, etc. It's user friendly. It is not complicated to use compare to other platform that Ive tried. I love the appearance of the system itself.
Desvantagens: It's hard to generate or get the data that you need for analysis. It took us time to know where to get the exact data that we need.

Vantagens: You can virtually customize it to pull data, run reports on anything you want to measure/track. Their help desk is amazing in helping to set up custom reports or anything you need.

"Great Recruiting software"
Comentários: I have used iCIMS for many years for recruiting. I enjoy the easy to use system and having all my locations be able to use the same system makes recruiting SO MUCH EASIER!
Vantagens: Easy to use. Easy to run reports. Easy to train on. Very usable features

"icims leads the way!"
Comentários: We LOVE iCims here, have for the past 10-ish years. The product keeps developing and growing; it's pretty impressive how they strive to keep pace for small to VERY large customers. There are some places the system is a bit clunky/cumbersome for a 300 person company; but in general it works very well. Their focus on service is clear and refreshing.
Vantagens:
GREAT service
regular updates
listen to users for feedback
beta program is rewarding
Desvantagens:
would like some simplified work flows for smaller company scenarios and esp for hiring managers who use the system rarely
would lke to see faster movement on small adjustments that fix "oopses" that happen in new product update roll-outs - for example, made a change that made sense in scenario A but took that function away for scenario B, and i happen to be a scenario B user. Put the button back without having to wait 6 months for the next appropriate update.

"iCIMS"
Comentários:
Overall good. Great implementation and support team!
Some limitations/restrictions and extra cost, but overall good and not unreasonable. They have really tried to customize and maximize our use of the product.
The entire iCIMS platform is not fully implemented (i.e. onboarding) at this point ... hope to be by December 31, 2016.
Vantagens:
Cell phone compatible.
Integration/automation with existing HRM software and current vendors.

"Just OK"
Comentários: It is better than not having an online portal but is not intuitive. Have had continual connectivity issues that limit applicants in applying. Emails from the system land in candidates junk mail box.
Vantagens: Direct link from software to our company website which allows for candidates to apply directly to our company for open positions.
Desvantagens: The “workflows” are displayed in a folder set up that feels clunky. Viewing candidates is awkward as you have to continually click through folders to view candidates stage in recruiting process.
