"Review on iCIMS Recruit module"

Comentários: Our overall experience with iCIMS is amazing. With the help of iCIMS, we gain a bigger pool of candidates from different sources, we manage well of the applications within the system and we build up a stronger talent pool for our company.

Vantagens: - expand our reach to wider groups of candidate: iCIMS has partnered with Google job and other free job aggregators, that job posting function helps us to reach more candidates, we do see a significant growth of quality candidate profiles for our job openings. It is very cost effective and it saves so much time on populating our jobs on different portals.
- navigate with ease within the platform: it is very easy to pull out different applications and review the resume and cover letter. I like the tabs which are very clear and categorise information in good order
- Very good customer support team: Whenever I call the iCIMS customer support team, there is always someone on the phone and solves the problem for us. The customer ambassadors are professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Desvantagens: Overall, I would say there is no big issue in my user experience when iCIMS. Just two minor things,
- When I move the candidate to the next bins in the recruitment workflow, I couldn't find an update button. If I reload the page, it will show up the main dashboard and I have to go back to the particular job profile again.
- The cover letter button does show as the same tab of resume, I have to go back to the candidate details tab and find out the cover letter. It will be great if I can see the resume and cover letter on the same tab.
Besides, we think that the hiring manager app may need more modification as right now the app doesn't equip with all the functions from a web version.

"Modern Recruitment Communication"

Comentários: TextRecruits customer service is outstanding and the user design is easy! You can organize candidates by job titles and campaigns. An app can be downloaded to your smart device to allow for communication with candidates as needed. We have been able to successfully set up large hiring campaigns and keep candidates updated on where they are in the hiring process. We also use it for orientation and interview reminders by scheduling text to be sent out prior. Overall it has been an important tool to add to our recruiting tool box.

Vantagens: It's a web-based system that has a Google extension that allows new candidates to be quickly added without navigating away from your current page. The campaign system is also a positive feature that allows for drip marketing campaigns.

Desvantagens: I would like to be able to include GIFs into some of our campaigns but this function isn't possible yet.

"Icims is a great ATS"

Comentários: They seem to be moving toward working with large companies, with multiple locations. Probably too expensive for most small to medium size businesses

Vantagens: highly customizable, technical support team always available and knowledgeable; implementation took some time but they are careful to make sure they understand your process and how you want data organized, process flow

Desvantagens: nothing I can think of, sometimes it is so highly customizable that you might be inclined to over-engineer a process or report

"One of the best!"

Comentários: By far the best ATS and HRIS system I have ever used.

Vantagens: Very user friendly. . .you won't need to invest hours and hours into training. Automates a majority of the time consuming administrative functions of Recruiting and HR. Customer service is responsive.

Desvantagens: Custom reports can be a bit tricky to master. Would be good if user had more ability to customize offer letter templates without going through their help desk.

"Great ATS"

Comentários: Overall, I have very much enjoyed using this system. I am glad we chose to work with such a leader in ATS solutions.

Vantagens: For the most part, it is very easy to use. I really liked the customer support we received throughout the implementation process and after. iCIMS keeps up with trends, quickly makes necessary updates and offers other products to connect with.

Desvantagens: Reporting can be improved. This is not as intuitive as I would hope.

"As good of an ATS as you'll find"

Comentários: We implemented iCims with a client who had a great experience with the ATS. The company was bought out and is now transitioning to a new system but mining data and migrating it over was easy with the support iCims offers.

Vantagens: iCims has all the bells and whistles of the best ATS on the market. It's also very easy to use and highly candidate-centric.
The iCims staff is also flexible, very helpful and eager to make sure your experience with the product is a successful one.

Desvantagens: iCims is pricey but you get what you pay for and iCims offers a lot. Other than this I can't really complain.

"ATS reports"

Comentários: Really good platform and various applications, web/mobile, really help talk to applicants. Texting application really gives real time answers to short questions or changes in dates as required.

Vantagens: As an ATS that integrates with an HRIS it is perfect. All onboarding/ pre-hire paperwork is available.

Desvantagens: Reports can only be viewed and cut using snipping tool. You cannot create reports specific to your needs.

"Good ATS and Recruiter friendly"

Vantagens: I found the applicant software very user friendly as it allows to store records of candidates who are just not available on any job boards and passive sources. they just get it from their connected sources.

Desvantagens: I am sometimes not able to open the application on my android phone as the application crashes most of the time.

"Gets the job done, but not much more."

Comentários: The Account Managers are frequently rotating. You will often contact your Account Manager and find out they're no longer your Account Manager as they point you to someone else for assistance. The Account Managers aren't the most responsive either.

Vantagens: The iCIMS NOW platform has all the functions you need and works well for a relatively low price point. Technical Support is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Desvantagens: They have discontinued the iCIMS NOW platform and are only offering the iCIMS Recruit platform, which has more features but at over double the cost.

"iCIMS is an easy to use product"

Comentários: My overall experience with iCIMS was painless. The product is very simple to use if you've worked with other recruiting programs.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit has a ton of info for the recruiters via the dashboard and reports and it's very easy to use for the applicants.

Desvantagens: The software looks a little like all the other recruiting software. I just only wish it looked a little more modern or different from all the other recruiting programs.

"Their support is disrespectful and dismissive"

Comentários: Not much.

Vantagens: Sorting candidates in jobs and bins is simple and easy. Emailing through the system is easy as well, easy to set up and save templates. Statistics for candidates are informative

Desvantagens: Not user friendly at all. The support is zero help either, being extremely dismissive and always blaming the end user rather than escalating tickets, they close them to keep their numbers up to par. Always technical issues going on with the system. Would never use in future jobs.

"Difficult to find candidates"

Comentários: It works, just not the most user friendly resource.

Vantagens: I like that there's a portal for each role you're hiring for and all of their information is kept in one place.

Desvantagens: It's hard to find candidates sometimes, and I couldn't read some of their materials if they were an internal hire. The fact that candidates are sorted into the stage they're at in the interview process is confusing.

"iCIMS"

Comentários: I use iCIMS to keep track of each candidate within the interview and hiring process for available job am actively recruiting on. My company is about 150 employees and we specialize in application software development.

Vantagens: iCIMS helps me manage the entire process from start to finish and know what stage each candidate is in.

Desvantagens: There is no task option in the software. This would help me keep track and be alerted when I need to follow up on specific things for each candidate.

"Easy to use"

"Best functionality for objectively and automatically screening candidates"

Comentários: With iCIMS, we've become a much more effective and efficient recruiting team. We processed more than 5,000 applications in order to hire approximately 50 employees last year alone. Because of iCIMS' unique functionality, we've spent less time to make the same quality and higher quantity of hires. This is a huge win for our team and we're excited to share our success with others.

Vantagens: When searching for our organization's ATS, I demoed with A LOT of vendors. I was shocked that most relied on very crude initial screening mechanisms. Most were dependent on an HR's manager review of a a resume-- HR managers would give a thumbs up or thumbs down on whether or not to advance a candidate. We are a data-driven organization, and we prioritized an ATS that offered the functionality for us to objectively and automatically screen candidates. This functionally helps to minimize human biases while simultaneously weeding out irrelevant candidates; opening our organization to a diverse but targeted hiring pool. iCIMS was the only ATS that was able to offer us this critical functionality.

Desvantagens: iCIMS is far and away the industry leader on critical aspects of functionality, however user-experience is not necessarily one of those aspects. It's a clunky system (feels a bit like Salesforce in that way), and not super intuitive on how to use. We've been able to workaround this, for the most part, by really streamlining how specific people interact with the platform.

"Great program for recruitment and HR functions & processes."

Comentários: Able to increase my ability to reach out to candidates, maintain communication and reduce time-to-fill after incorporating this software into our recruitment strategy and process.

Vantagens: The ease to capture contact information and schedule text or campaigns. The extension incorporates well while sourcing and managing the candidate experience through our employees first 90 days of employment.

Desvantagens: Would love to be able to capture more info through the extension besides number, maybe name(first and last).

"Feedback"

Comentários: If reporting was more real time and could update without having to run the specific reports every time. If it could update as you disposition candidates, that would be more useful as other ATS's have that feature.

Vantagens: New implementations clean up a lot of fixes, constantly updating the platform to be more user friendly

Desvantagens: Reporting could be more user friendly, need to be very familiar with the iCIMS verbiage to better navigate thru the system

"Best Recruiting Software"

Comentários: Overall my experience has been very positive. There are minor tweaks I'd like to see, but overall it's A+ software.

Vantagens: I was recently promoted to hiring manager at my office level and started using iCIMS recruit software. Everything is easy to use and saves me tons of time. I'm easily able to sort through candidates and reject or progress a group of candidates at once.

Desvantagens: No cons so far. If I could change anything, it would be the to add in feature to let me do a side by side comparison of two candidates.

"My Review"

Comentários: The products works as it should. More email or schedule integrations would be nice. Pros: Resume parsing is a nice feature but sometimes inconvenient if I only have a linkedin profile. Cons: Customer support hasn't been anything to write home around. A solution is found about 50% of the time. Most of the time I have to write an email after I fill out all the forms. Site says sorry, please email us. Not fun because my precise feedback from the forms is now gone and I need to start over in email. You can review my feedback

"We use this program a lot"

Vantagens: It makes it easy to keep in contact with our potential applicants. Anyone can go in and see their credentials, the last time we contacted them, etc. Very easy to use.

Desvantagens: Wish we could delete some of the mandatory fields. Somehow we were able to bypass them before. But if you go in to update a phone number, for example, you also have to put in an address if there isn't one.

"Not user friendly"

Vantagens: It serves its purpose of being able to track applicants.

Desvantagens: Not very user friendly. The site is not very intuitive. New users should be given training, I was added to the site but not contacted for training opportunities.
