"iCIMS Saves Time & Money"

Comentários: Our overall experience is very positive. We love the configurability of the product so that we can make it unique for our business model. Their support team is fantastic.

Vantagens: Before we starting using the iCIMS applicant tracking system, we were doing everything by hand. Reports included. Our candidates were annoyed because we had no way to maintain a profile with their information, and so they would have to send us a resume and fill out an application every time they applied for one of the positions for which we were sourcing. Everything was laboriously saved in a Dropbox folder for our clients. Now everything is automated, our client have candidate materials at their fingertips, and we are far more efficient,

Desvantagens: The learning curve to get up and running if you have not used an applicant tracking software is pretty steep. Anyone on your integration team needs to be able to devote a large amount of time to work with the iCIMS team to get everything set up. And the resume parsing is not the best.

"Icims is a great partner and has responsive customer support and service."

Vantagens: Icims is constantly looking at ways to improve it's service offerings in support of their customers.

Desvantagens: Icims is growing quickly and main POCs can change often, however, with positive change comes great reward for their clients.

Comentários: Good Staffing Software as long if you have Designated IT Specialist on Staff who is able to work with Software Setup and Provide Technical Support

Vantagens: Ability to use Multiple Windows so you can do work with Multiple Candidates and Project at the Same time
Nice Dashboard that shows All Staffing activities , Clients Orders, and status at a Glance
Has most of General Recruiting needs for Direct Hires Companies and Large Employers
Can Rate Candidates from low to high

Desvantagens: Extremely Difficult to Customize, need to have IT Support
Can't Search by Degree
Limited Search Capabilities (Boolean is the Best Search Option)
Can document submittals from Candidate Profile
Does not always highlights skills during resume Search
Does not do Smart Searches based on the JOB Description (AS promised by iCIMS)
Not Designed for med to large Staffing Firms with contract opportunities

"Good ATS for keeping track of candidates data"

Comentários: A good tool for customization and in general keeping track of candidate's stage

Vantagens: - Amazing workflows right for our org
- Very clean and well-formated data
- Good customer support

Desvantagens: - emails from ICIMS are flagged as spam
- It's pretty expensive

"Sales/onboarding process is great, but it all goes downhill from there."

Comentários: I regret ever purchasing this software and have had incredibly negative interactions with their tech and sales support teams since our onboarding was complete and they received our first check. Spend your money elsewhere.

Vantagens: When we initially signed on with iCIMS just under 2 years ago, we were promised the world. Our initial onboarding team was fantastic but the quality of care and service drops significantly as your contract goes on (and the software unfortunately becomes more expensive.)

Desvantagens: The software does not integrate into anything else, meaning that in addition to the thousands of dollars our team has paid for it every month, we have needed to utilize many other platforms to achieve the same results. Also, their emails to candidates almost all get sent to spam and they are frequently 'updating' the software in ways that have caused us innumerable glitches and lost hours and their tech support team is entirely useless and sometimes downright rude.

"easy onboarding"

Comentários: all in one package

Vantagens: I like the flow of the software, its pretty self explanatory even though I went through a week of training it was pretty intuitive once I got on it

Desvantagens: customization is required, the background screening module asks for input regardless if your firm does it or not. Since in my old company we did not really call old employers we just filled in nonsense and it was a but tiresome.

"Good ATS for large orgs"

Comentários: I like the product. It meets a certain need for a certain time. look out for AI solutions to come and take these folks out though. ATS is roughly commoditized

Vantagens: Smart sales people, straightforward and tremendously scalable

Desvantagens: Bulky user interface, wasn't that advanced in terms of innovation and AI

"iCIMS"

Vantagens: easy tool to store all necessary information hiring managers and recruiters need to facilitate hiring process. I've seen it used with quite a few of our clients, and they all use it a bit differently, but it seems to work for everyone

Desvantagens: As always, it is only as valuable as the users are who are entering the data. But I don't see any real cons.

"ICMS"

Vantagens: It is usually fairly easy to use, can auto-load a lot of the information if you needed to. It is fairly common with the clients I work with.

Desvantagens: Having a login so that all the information is the same would be ideal. Seems like a lot of required fields that sometimes are unnecessary.

"Nice dashboard to review your own application submissions"

Comentários: It allows the application process to have more clarity on both sides of the interviewing table.

Vantagens: My favorite aspect of icims recruit is the ability to see what stage your job application is in. It gives clarity to the dreaded black hole that an application process is typically like, you know where you stand.

Desvantagens: The user interface is very minimal, while pleasing to the eye, it can be a little confusing knowing how to navigate your account to review application status or make updates.

"Slow Start - Strong Finish"

Comentários: I have been involved in an iCIMS implementation from scratch and walking into a company already using the software. I found the system to be robust and a large portion of the time fairly easy to use. Training videos are a must for anything beyond basic usage.

Vantagens: The system is malleable enough to adjust to different process flows and offers enough "free fields" to allow for companies to track unique needs in handling data. Plenty of notes fields and calendar integration. Web based so it's portable and can be used by traveling hiring managers. Handling of resumes in the system is fast and efficient.

Desvantagens: The reporting function can be cumbersome because you have to know what every field IS and what it is named, and what it does, to make an accurate report. Field Titles sometimes don't make sense. There is a lot of trial and error in the process to set up reports.

"Very easy to use and great features."

Comentários: Overall was easy to use, just took some time to set up.

Vantagens: I like the option to add email responses for a quick and smooth process. Everything can be tracked and included in the reports.

Desvantagens: Found it difficult to remove fields that are not used. Was not easy to set up in Outlook, but once we did it worked nice.

"ICIMS"

Comentários: If it's affordable for your company, it is worth it.

Vantagens: It is easy to use. It is easy to learn. It has good searching capabilities. There is a lot of functionality.

Desvantagens: It is very expensive. If you are a smaller company and don't need the bells and whistles, it is pricy.

"iCIMS Recruit"

Vantagens: This software is easy to use and intuitive. It also comes with great customer support. Information is displayed in easy to read reports that make life easier.

Desvantagens: There are sometimes too many screens to go through to get to the end product.

"Ease of use and provides great efficiency"

Comentários: Just a great overall experience. This morning, we had an associate that was supposed to go out and work for the client on a 1-day assignment but the associate called in sick this morning. Because of having TextRecruit, we were able to reach out to multiple candidates quickly and back-fill the position and get someone out to the client site today.

Vantagens: Text Recruit allows me to quickly reach out to a large amount of candidates instantly. This helps save time and allows me to fill job orders quickly.

Desvantagens: As of right now, I don't really have any cons about this software. The interface is super easy to understand, the functionality is all there, and from what I understand from our managers, the price isn't too bad either.

"Great experience!"

Vantagens: The set up, training and implementation was so simple. The TextRecruit team was there each step of the way and are awesome to work with. Very simple to create users. Easy for users to adopt. Templates are a huge timesaver for the team. Scheduling and drip messaging is the best, as we work with employees all across the U.S.

Desvantagens: Sometimes team members have trouble finding someone in the search bar and then have to recreate the user. The away message is no longer working for us.

"Used in Medium Size Hospitality Company"

Vantagens: -Recognizable Name and national brand
-Software is user friendly an intuitive
-Integrates with HRMS software - we use ADP

Desvantagens: -Unable to change job code with HRMS integration - i.e. one it is set it stays even if you hire for a different job
-Customer support is lacking on the phone
-Get ready for additional fees - lots of up-charges

"Great tool for recruiting"

Comentários: Our company was impressed by how quick iCIMS was able to set up our account, create a uniform careers page to match our branding and the tools they provide to assist administrators and hiring managers to use the platform effectively. We have been very happy with iCIMS so far and how it is making recruiting faster and easier.

"Affordable and easy to use ATS"

Comentários: We are really happy with iCIMS for our recruiting activities. The iCIMS team was able to set everything up in only 2 days and offers great customer service. before iCIMS, we were recruiting manually through job boards and printing resumes. This platform has made our efforts much more efficient and cost effective.

"We weren't impressed when we trialed iCIMS"

Vantagens: We were trialing a few different ATS systems and iCIMS was one of the ATS systems we had tested a little while ago. When we used it, we felt that the social media aspect was useful. The fact that you can dig into candidates via social media means that you can get candidates who are not actively looking but may be open to new roles. The hireright system was good for background screenings and the fact that is pre-integrated means that we didn't have to muck around with other background systems.

Desvantagens: The system felt very clunky when we used it. Also we didn't have much luck with the social recruiting aspect of the ATS - perhaps our work style just didn't mesh with the targeted use case?

"Easy to use and very helpful"

Comentários: It has increased out event performance by 75%. We were just using email, but now the text recruit software supports our other event marketing efforts.

Vantagens: The ability to send mass texts without spamming my phone. It's easy to use and has helped with our marketing efforts A LOT. The customer service team is also pretty helpful.

Desvantagens: The user design but they are updating that soon. Other than that I can't say bad things about this tool.

"Glitchy App"

Vantagens: It seemed to ease the difficulty of texting a multitude of people at one time and organizing them to do so.

Desvantagens: Errors would be encountered in terms of sending a message to someone that was already sent the message before.
