"Excellent Customer Support"

Comentários: One platform for the entire team, streamlined processes, custom-tailored to most of our needs.

Vantagens: It is extremely customizable to our unique processes.

Desvantagens: We would prefer that candidates be able submit individual resumes for each job they apply for. Currently, the candidate's same resume is seen on every job they submit for. There should be a way that candidates can submit a unique cover letter for each position they apply for. We have done a "work around" using the iForm, but it is cumbersome for the candidate and for our clients.

"You can't count on iCIMS for saving your work"

Vantagens: Holds a ton of information in a very organized manner. Allows you to upload files to candidates' profiles. Creating email templates is very straightforward.

Desvantagens: You can never be sure that your work will save. Even if you press the save button, there can be a glitch where your work disappears. I recommend typing everything into a different program and then pasting it into iCIMS in order to ensure you do not lose your work (and time!)

"Pleasant Experience"

Vantagens: Very quick to learn and easy to use. Support staff responds quickly if/when needed. Metrics on the front page.

Desvantagens: With the new platform, there is only the inbox section, and not as many filtering options for messages like before.

"Excellent recruitment and application tool"

Comentários: The benefits that I realized have been applying to multiple positions at the same organization easily.

Vantagens: This software is very easy to use and to organize different resumes and cover letters for multiple positions.

Desvantagens: Its a small thing but what I like least about the software is filling in everything again for a new application.

"Would NOT recommend"

Comentários: First 5 years great. Last 2 years awful. Account Managers lack integrity

Vantagens: Robustness of System. Functionality of system

Desvantagens: Frequent changing of Account Managers. Lack of Integrity for Account Managers. Attempts to take advantage of small business owners

"Innovative Methods in Recruiting New Employees"

Vantagens: Simple to learn and simple to use. Most of all, it is effective and potential candidates are often heard back from within minutes, if not a few hours.

Desvantagens: A bit on the expensive side. Results will tell over time if is turns out to be cost effective.

"iCIMS Recruit"

Comentários: The company I implemented / selected this product for still uses today. Very strong product with great customer service.

Vantagens: I was with an organization where I selected iCIMS Recruit as our first electronic ATS. Very positive experience and lots of features and functions. WE used this for recruiting for multiple locations throughout the US and eventually started onboarding employees with it.

Desvantagens: Like any other ATS, this takes some working with to get used to. The product is only as good as the info you put into it. Lots of features, so if you want to use reports, etc. spend time inputting things correctly.

"iCims is a Typical ATS System"

Vantagens: Does all the things the others do - not many differentiating features. Nice Dashboard feature does give a slight edge against others

Desvantagens: Some of the search functions are limited, and submitting to paid job sites isn't anything spectacular - most ATS do the same.

"Recruiters BEWARE! Do NOT work with Employers using iCIMS"

Comentários: This company lacks integrity, transparency and allows employers to steal candidates from recruiters.

Vantagens: It enables employers to hire and steal candidates from recruiters/head hunters as it creates a fake job post and allows recruiters to submit qualified candidates who are hired a year later so the employer does not have to pay the recruiter.

Desvantagens: This platform allows employers to post jobs to collect a pipeline of candidates so they can later steal the candidates from the headhunter or recruiter working on the job.

"iCIMS is more for front-end of a larger system"

Comentários: iCIMS does not,have the feel and features of a standalone ATS but works well with resume parsing and connections.

Vantagens: iCIMS is a fairly easy to use.
Interface is practical and not complicated when it comes to navigation.
Integrates well with other HR systems

Desvantagens: Communications via email is limited in terms of template design.
Lacks features with notifications and email blasts.

"A great launching point"

Comentários: iCIMS took a long time to configure, but it was well worth it. Everyone on their team is available for answering questions and troubleshooting and have been extremely friendly and responsive since Day One.

Vantagens: Ease of searchability, excellent email templates, huge libraries of files and questions.

Desvantagens: Emails sent through the software often get sent to junk or spam folders.

"Client Account Manager"

Comentários: I wouldn't recommend this service provider to anyone. I've had 5 client representatives in less than five years. My current account manager is clueless and not committed to resolving customer issues or concerns. Additional fees are being assessed with no communication or knowledge of the customer.

Vantagens: No Pro's

Desvantagens: Poor Customer Service

"Minor fixes required but otherwise a great software"

Comentários: Overall, ICIMS Recruit is outstanding software. With a few minor adjustments, this software has the potential to be the very best in the industry.

Vantagens: The ease of utilizing iCIMS Recruit is outstanding. It is, for the most part, user-friendly and efficient.

Desvantagens: The one flaw observed with iCIMS Recruit is that the software doesn't always recognize certain characters and pieces of information that comprise the uploaded resume.

"Good features for a hefty price"

Comentários: Good option for a large company, but not a viable solution for smaller companies.

Vantagens: This is a good system with a lot of nice features and integrations. The dashboard is clean and easy to use.

Desvantagens: Each integration or customization comes at a high price. Searches are complicated and not user-friendly.

"One of my favorite recruiting platforms for sure!!"

Comentários: This is perfect for mid size and larger companies.

Vantagens: Ease in creating and posting open jobs and recruiting candidates are awesome through this system. Reports are excellent also as well as the customize-able dashboards.

Desvantagens: There are really no cons that I can think of other than it may be a little overwhelming for inexperienced users.

"Solid recruitment software for HR Departments"

Comentários: I do a lot of onsite recruitment consulting at area companies & have used this product several times. It has so many great bells & whistles to help automate the process and record historical data and candidate information. It's an easy-to-learn/use product that offers excellent reporting features, intuitive navigation and can be customized to suit a department's needs.

Vantagens: Covered in initial interview

Desvantagens: I think the biggest challenge is getting employees to use it thoroughly & consistently according to internal candidate management process. But that's a con for the users, NOT the product.

"It helps saving my resumes and cover letters and apply for different available jobs"

Vantagens: It is kind of hard to find a lot of jobs in Icims platform but, for the ones you find it is easy to save and look at where in the process the application is.

Desvantagens: There are not a lot of features in this platform and there is no way to store seasonal workers files in there so we can go back and see if anyone is available.

"The worst ATS I've ever used"

Comentários: iCIMS needs a MASSIVE UI update and even then, I'm not confident I could recommend it as an ATS for any team.

Vantagens: Unfortunately, I can't point out any positives of working with iCIMS. To be quite frank, I'm glad to not be using this software in my workflow.

Desvantagens: Everything :( At a former company I worked with, iCIMS was only accessible to recruiters, so we had to find ways to update hiring teams on the status of candidates in the funnel.

"Not a huge fan, but does the job..."

Vantagens: Well, I liked the fact that it tracks where an applicant is in the hiring process, in case something is missing/ more documentation needs to be submitted. That portion is quite helpful.

Desvantagens: I dislike all the numerous glitches. This software seems to have many bugs that the developers still have not ironed out. Almost every time I or others use it, we are having issues and have to resubmit things we already tried to send thru/fill out or else it will not allow us to properly upload things as needed.

"Very brief"

Comentários: Easy to use and had nice features from what I used

Vantagens: I only used this briefly before my past company transitioned to a proprietary software. Honestly it was better than what we switched to. Much more user friendly and simple to navigate.

Desvantagens: I didn’t have any issues really but I was only exposed to it for a few weeks. It was a quick and simple platform.

"Really good HRIS I used"

Vantagens: It is easy to use but doesn't have a lot of saving features for seasonal employees. But helps to compare and make better choices.

Desvantagens: It doesn't have a lot of extra saving features and have to pay a lot extra for every upgrade we get.
