"iCIMS Recruit Great ATS for Healthcare Corporations"

Comentários: Great software that I would highly recommend to anyone exploring adding this type of system within their organization.

Vantagens: Ease of use and allows you to get to where you need within the system with minimal clicks which means a lot when you have multiple positions to fill and candidates to contact. I like being able to drill down to what I need within the system via a search as well.

Desvantagens: The reporting piece is still not where we need it to be. With how our corporation works we need to build out specialized reports. At this time we are still unable to do so (4 years in)

"Easy to navigate"

Comentários: iCIMS Recruit is a simple and easy to use applicant tracking system. As an end user the import feature is accurate and effective. When applying for positions I am pleased if a company uses iCIMS Recruit.

Vantagens: iCIMS Recruit makes it easy to input information and apply for positions. There is minimal issue with importing from Word or PDF and it is simple to edit information as needed.

Desvantagens: I have not experienced issues with iCIMS Recruit. Of all of the applicant tracking systems I have used, iCIMS Recruit is one of my favorites.

Vantagens: Easy to Use from start to finish! It was easy to use the forms to complete talent process. Directions and assistance in the process was easy to use.

"A serviceable talent acquisition platform"

Vantagens: The platform was relatively straightforward and intuitive with quite a bit of functionality.

Desvantagens: Some of the functions were difficult to access and challenging on the client end.

"The tool is a great option for enterprise-sized"

Vantagens: is a fantastic platform with respect to the tracking system of strong and intelligent candidates with exceptional talents, making it possible to find and hire the same

Desvantagens: It requires a lot of time, it is not so easy to use and there are so many requests to finish. the application is not intuitive for the user, they should also consider allowing the user to personalize the requests a little more

"Nothing But Good Things"

Comentários: Overall I’ve had a good experience with the software and would recommend it.

Vantagens: This program makes the process of applying for employment safe and simple. Most of the large companies I’ve applied to for employment use this software for their recruitment process.

Desvantagens: It would be great If the interface were updated to seem like there’s not as much information to fill out as there really is. When you fill out info on a website for everything else, the designs are sleek, but when filling out info for a job, the appearances tends to get more bland.

"Hiring Site Software"

Comentários: This software made it easy to apply to positions and is used ny many different organizations.

Vantagens: I have used this software on many occasions as a portal to many different companies when I had to apply for a position for employment. It keeps and remembers your pertinent information for later use.

Desvantagens: One has to remember all of the different information, as in logins if you used more than one for different companies.

"Expensive"

Vantagens: Having a large recruiting budget is essential for this software.

Desvantagens: It cost a lot and even with the plan we purchased there were still a lot of things we could not do.

"Outdated and clunky applicant software"

Vantagens: I like that the software doesn't lose applications.

Desvantagens: As someone who used icims as an applicant for probably over 30 job applications, it comes across as clunky and outdated software. The resume scanner and linkedin profile importer both had very subpar results at importing information, often putting job titles as addresses or cutting off job details. This almost always results in a manual process of correction that makes one feel they should have never used the importer.
