> **Vantagens**: The scheduling of calibrations per client is great. We have multiple clients and manage all the calibrations via compucal. The functionality of the software is simple yet powerful. Ongoing development of the software has brought in new features and the Client app running offline allowing us to enter calibration results and maintenance task results in the field is reducing our administration post calibration significantly, let alone the improvement in data security. Also need to mention the support we got from the Compucal team in getting setup with the software and their help with addressing any issues we encountered when using the software in the past 2 years.

> **Desvantagens**: The information I like to see about an instrument is available but over spread over a few screens. If possible it would be great to have this on a single screen. But this is only a wish list item rather than a negative.

> Allows us to run a calibration business, scheduling calibrations on multiple client sites.

> **Vantagens**: CompuCal is a great calibration/maintenance management system for customers with a big installed base and a lot of work orders a year of a given period. They supply you with good and easy to read overviews of the installed base and the work that is coming up.Almost everything can be exported to Excel for data analysis and if some report is missing they probably can build it for you because they posses a lot of knowledge. The application is cloud based so it can be accessed anywhere if you have the link and so far we never experienced any downtime during operating hours.They are very invested in the further development of CompuCal and have yearly updates that tweak existing features or add new features.

> **Desvantagens**: The scheduling inside of CompuCal could be better, they are improving it but at this stage it is preferable to export the work orders to Excel  (which is possible with a push of a button) and work with a Pivot table or something similar.

If we have a requirement for a different presentation of data, there are usually a few different ways within the standard software to present the data. Its just really flexible, adaptable and scalable solution. The support from the team themselves if we ever need support is just top notch, and that could be for them to help us develop a new cert layout or how would you recommend doing x,y,z.

> I'm happily using this software since 2016, i started with 1000 tags and 1 license and now we are running a multi million euro business through it providing Calibration Mngt to clients in many varied regulated manufacturing industries across Ireland and Europe and long may it continue.
