This, as well as the immense degree to which (with knowledge, time, money, or some combination thereof) you can customize the system as a whole to fit your use case, makes it stand out from nearly all similar software I have ever used. > > **Desvantagens**: The interface is a bit dated looking - but without the easy keyboard navigation that most dated systems have. It requires way to much mouse use on the back-end. It can slow down and get very clunky, and the mobile app for technicians can fail at syncing often enough to be irritating.
