Vantagens:

facilitou muito o meu trabalho em planilhas, economizando tempo principalmente em cálculos.

ainda não tive nenhuma experiência ruim com o Smartsheet .

Comentários: No geral é ótimo, versão gratuita já dá uma base boa, mas por ser um valor acessível a versão paga é melhor.

Acessibilidade, um app muito bom e ao alcance de qualquer um que queira ter uma ferramenta prática de agendamento.

Comentários: O Smartsheet realmente melhora o gerenciamento de projetos e tarefas

Vantagens:

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a facilidade de uso e a interface intuitiva do Smartsheet. Achei simples navegar entre as diferentes funções e personalizar minhas planilhas de acordo com minhas necessidades. Também me impressionou a capacidade de colaborar com a equipe em tempo real e receber notificações de atualizações.

Não há nada de contras para descrever sobre o smartsheet.

Software muito útil para formulários internos

Vantagens:

O Smartsheet é muito intuitivo já que seus campos são bem completos e atendem as necessidades tanto dos usuários quanto dos criadores. Isso é muito útil para a utilização de formulários para preenchimento tanto do público interno quanto externo.

Desvantagens:

O que menos gosto é o layout das planilhas. As letras em geral ficam pequenas para se adequar ao zoom da tela e ao aumentar a fonte, aparece menos conteúdo.

Boa ferramenta para acompanhamento de projetos

Vantagens:

Utilizo a versão voltada a times de marketing, facilita bastante a visibilidade de todos os projetos em andamento. É bem simples de usar e integra com outras ferramentas.

Desvantagens:

Não oferece uma versão trial, e também não possui um timesheet.

One of the most powerful features of Smartsheet is its critical path highlighting feature. It makes it much easier for you to notice any issues early and try to sort them out. Smartsheet is an online tool, so clients, you, and your team members can use Smartsheet from any location and at any time.

Desvantagens:

Unfortunately, in Gantt chart view, there are limited possibilities to customize the task dependencies. Availability features of allocating various resources do not incorporate part-time availability well enough.

Simple project management software suitable for beginners

Comentários: Easy to use and helps to keep track of projects and plan. Enabled me to get the team using a central project management facility.

Vantagens:

Ease of use. My direct colleagues are not IT-savvy, do not come from project management or analytical backgrounds. Some can't even use Excel. Smartsheet is simple to use and I have been able to create help and tutorial videos that have enabled both them and other users across the organization to get started with the software.

Desvantagens:

I would like it to have more simple views like Trello as this would enable me to "sell" it more easily to those who are not used to computer-based work.

Useful but there are better solutions on the market

Sometimes it does not work as expected. For example the form feature.

It would be Smart to adopt Smartsheet now

I love how you’re able to edit your documents for work on the go, they have real time team collaboration, and very easy ways to connect many apps!

Comentários: Smartsheet marked a before and after in our software development company. Before its implementation, middle managers used to waste a lot of time performing routine tasks and operational activities of low value to the company. This tool allowed us to organize tasks by categories and systematize them, automate many of them, and monitor execution by workers. Thanks to this, area managers can now invest more hours in the design of strategic plans and participate in making important decisions for the future of the organization.

Vantagens:

Smartsheet is a flexible platform. It has many options to customize the worksheets and adapt them to the particular characteristics of each project. The sheets are sufficient for efficient management and easy to implement. The interface is very nice and easy to use. Chats, notes, comments and access control help us to have a very efficient workflow.

Desvantagens:

It has a steep learning curve. Due to its large number of functions, it takes workers who are not used to using management programs a couple of days to learn how to use the tool. But I still consider it worth it.

Better than Excel

Comentários: Smartsheet has been an important data collection/storage and collaborative tool for our organization. The use of Dashboards and automated forms has been extremely valuable across our multi-site organization.

Vantagens:

The ability to connect multiple sheets using formulas and the ease of using Smartsheet in general. Our organization also loves the Dashboard and automated forms features.

Desvantagens:

I wish there were more options for how to view your data.

Smartsheet: Advanced Project Management Tool

Comentários: Overall experience with Smartsheet has been great. I have been using it since 2020 for my project tracking, daily tasks, monitor reports and so many other things and it provides a great visibility to me, my team and leadership on where we are on our projects with their timelines.

Vantagens:

Love the new slick version of Smartsheet which allows me to cross function and collaborate with multiple users from different teams and also helps me set up a level-based permissions to access the sheets which I think is a great help for my business needs.

Desvantagens:

Some times on the filters, it doesn't fully function or filter out the wanted and unwanted data. Also, the same filters when applied sometimes mess up my entire data set

Best PM Tool Available

Comentários: I used this a few years ago as a PM and I wish that I could have it at my current role. I have used many different tools, some good and some awful, but if I had 1 choice, it would be Smartsheets.

Vantagens:

This is the best tool I have used as a Project Manager. There are so many features that I could write about, but most importantly you will not need additional tools/software to track projects. The ability to track a project, update timelimes based on missed deadlines, share with a customer and have a live document is so important for a successful project.

Desvantagens:

It is expensive. There is also a learning curve. I would say for beginner level use and just navigating around, it is very user friendly. But like Excel, there are so many things it is capable of and it takes time to figure them out.

Smartsheet - Great interactive tool

Comentários: Very good overall experience. Great tool to use to keep up to date in the moment for many people. Keep tracks of pictures, notes, deadlines and much more.

Filtering for specific items in the list has to be set up by an admin. Ideally filters can be done easier without having up adjust the sheet. However, once it’s set up it works well. Filtering is done in one list (not the same as excel spreadsheet) harder to find what you want to filter
