Comentários: No geral é ótimo, versão gratuita já dá uma base boa, mas por ser um valor acessível a versão paga é melhor.

Acessibilidade, um app muito bom e ao alcance de qualquer um que queira ter uma ferramenta prática de agendamento.

Desvantagens:

App muito bom, mas pelo porte dele deixa a desejar no suporte ao cliente

Vantagens:

Fiquei muito satisfeito com a facilidade de uso e a interface intuitiva do Smartsheet. Achei simples navegar entre as diferentes funções e personalizar minhas planilhas de acordo com minhas necessidades. Também me impressionou a capacidade de colaborar com a equipe em tempo real e receber notificações de atualizações.

Não há nada de contras para descrever sobre o smartsheet.

Utilizo a versão voltada a times de marketing, facilita bastante a visibilidade de todos os projetos em andamento. É bem simples de usar e integra com outras ferramentas.

Desvantagens:

Não oferece uma versão trial, e também não possui um timesheet.

O Smartsheet é muito intuitivo já que seus campos são bem completos e atendem as necessidades tanto dos usuários quanto dos criadores. Isso é muito útil para a utilização de formulários para preenchimento tanto do público interno quanto externo.

Desvantagens:

O que menos gosto é o layout das planilhas. As letras em geral ficam pequenas para se adequar ao zoom da tela e ao aumentar a fonte, aparece menos conteúdo.

One of the most powerful features of Smartsheet is its critical path highlighting feature. It makes it much easier for you to notice any issues early and try to sort them out. Smartsheet is an online tool, so clients, you, and your team members can use Smartsheet from any location and at any time.

Desvantagens:

Unfortunately, in Gantt chart view, there are limited possibilities to customize the task dependencies. Availability features of allocating various resources do not incorporate part-time availability well enough.

A flexible and powerful package

Comentários: I have an excellent experience with SmartSheet. We use it for any case where a form of data processing is required. From project management to inventory control and risk assessment. Our daily management system is also based on this platform.

Vantagens:

This software package is simple and versatile. Easy to setup, online forms for data collection are very convenient.

Desvantagens:

Free licence exists for users that need limited feature. However the software pushes hard to get a paid license even if unnecessary.

Smartsheet - Data to Dashboard

Comentários: The Smartsheet is a great platform for data visualization and project management. It helped me reduce the cost of two software programs, Power BI and MSP, into one.

Vantagens:

The data visualization along with the data automation helps to get insights of the data.

Desvantagens:

The Gantt chart options are to be added more to get a better look ahead & the Cost is higher than that of competitive software.

Easy to adopt and powerful out of the box.

Comentários: I adapted to Smartsheets from Microsoft Project without any training or research. It is a powerful tool and easy to use.

Vantagens:

Smartsheets has all the classic project management tools in an easy to use intuitive package. The ample suite of templates made getting started really easy.

Desvantagens:

The dashboard portions of the application took some getting used to.

Positive Experience with Smartsheet

Comentários: Smartsheet exceeded my expectations. A solution was needed in my workplace to provide swift communication to our leadership team on negative feedback collected from customer survey calls. A customized Smartsheet template was created and is in full use in our organization. This provided a simple solution to our team. Prior to the implementation of the Smartsheet, we used email communications. This format caused delays, was time consuming, caused email congestion, and were difficult to address in a timely manner. With Smartsheet, our management team was able to develop default questions with fillable blank text boxes for the survey responses within the product. The text boxes also had ample space for all word characters needed. It also had a flagging symbol that allowed our organization to identify and escalate formal complaints to our leadership team at an eye's glance. The drop-down menu feature was utilized template with frequently used answers as weel as names of pertinent subordinate staff and their supervisors eliminating need write them out manually. The availability of these components, as well as the software's ability to transfer the data into a spreadsheet immediately after submission of the entry criteria, made the process seamless. This is clearly an excellent product. It is just what our organization needed.

The greatest highlight of using Smartsheet is the software's ability to swiftly transport data entered into an organized spreadsheet.

Desvantagens:

I liked everything about Smartsheet. The software was simple and readily available for use without any glitches.

Comentários: I have really loved Smartsheet and continue to find new ways to use it to help streamline processes!

Vantagens:

Smartsheet is a great hub for information storage and group collaboration. I like that it's basically an excel sheet where you can attach documents and communicate with others across your business. I also especially like the automation feature which streamlines processes.

Desvantagens:

There are some additional features that I wish Smartsheet had. For example, I wish you could filter by "This Month". I also wish it could integrate with Outlook a little better.

Smartsheet: Advanced Project Management Tool

Comentários: Overall experience with Smartsheet has been great. I have been using it since 2020 for my project tracking, daily tasks, monitor reports and so many other things and it provides a great visibility to me, my team and leadership on where we are on our projects with their timelines.

Vantagens:

Love the new slick version of Smartsheet which allows me to cross function and collaborate with multiple users from different teams and also helps me set up a level-based permissions to access the sheets which I think is a great help for my business needs.

Desvantagens:

Some times on the filters, it doesn't fully function or filter out the wanted and unwanted data. Also, the same filters when applied sometimes mess up my entire data set

Smartsheet is taking over

Comentários: Excellent features and its the best tool to create project plans. This is become more and more popular with businesses, so its worth taking the time and mastering your skills on this tool

Excellent for project plans, dashboards can be easily customised and are excellent way to get a high level, save time creating weekly reports

Guest users now need to have a licsence You need to practise how to use some features sich as dasboards Can be tricky moving rows

Smartsheet is a good project management tool. It helps you track your grouped dependencies and exported and clear GANTT chart

Desvantagens:

The sub-tasks were hard to manage within the tool or it wasn’t as intuitive
