Vantagens:

Gosto de como é fácil gerenciar projetos do inicio ao fim e atribuir tarefas. Também permite revisões/aprovações que facilitam o andamento dos projetos.

Desvantagens:

Ás vezes, há muitas seleções, o que torna as coisas um pouco complexa para usuários sem experiencia em projetos. Lutamos com muitas tarefas/subtarefas dentro dos projetos, o que ás vezes cria um pouco de confusão.

A Write é uma excelente ferramenta de colaboração com nossas equipes internas, possui excelentes ferramentas

Desvantagens:

O suporte técnico deixa um pouco a desejar, quando estamos com problemas e precisamos resolver uma demanda urgente eles demoram um pouco pra atender

Comentários: Estou muito satisfeita e não fico mais sem essa plataforma. Através dela conseguimos com rapidez o planejamento dos projetos, definir tarefas subtarefas , também podendo sincroniza-lo com as equipes e calendários é muito prático.

Vantagens:

Essa plataforma nos ajuda a identificar o que é importante priorizar e o que pode esperar. A visibilidade dos recursos é muito boa relatórios e os fluxos de trabalho em tempo real.

Desvantagens:

No meu ver, a plataforma é rica em funcionalidades e cumpre o que promete, não tenha nada á reclamar.

Wrike is a game changer when it comes to team collaboration

Comentários: Wrike helps us share knowledge and divide tasks with my team. It is easy to log in and check the tasks that need attention. It keeps everyone informed and allows users to contribute even when they are away from work.

Vantagens:

Wrike is easy to set up, esp. for users switching from another project management platform. All the team members can pick tasks and upload files when they are done, making it easy to keep tabs on every project. It saves our time and helps me monitor my team and assign tasks even my home office.

Desvantagens:

Some team members upload their scripts and forget to move the cards. There is no way around it so they have to move the task cards to ensure the platform reflects the current project status. Automating the car movement could probably solve the problem. It does not look modern for users looking for attractive platforms.

What Y’all Oughta Know About Wrike

Vantagens:

Wrike allocates a wide array of features which enables me to nearly perform over 75% of my daily duties such as time tracking, collaboration and project management without integrating with external apps.

Desvantagens:

Truth be told, Wrike is all perfect and seldom pose any error while at work.

Extremely Disappointed with the Wrike Team

Comentários: I’ve been using Wrike for a while now, and honestly, I thought the software was pretty decent. But wow, their customer service and accounts team? A whole different story. We’ve been stuck in this crazy mess because of an internal error made by a former employee and we’ve been trying to sort it out for months in good faith with Wrike, but it’s like talking to a brick wall. It’s super frustrating and feels like we’re just going around in circles. Trying to get through to their customer service is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. They dodge our calls, and getting any sort of response feels like a miracle. Either that or we end up speaking with really unprofessional reps that don't even bother to help or escalate. The times we did end up finally getting someone to help, they basically said, too bad, out of luck! And here’s the kicker – they’ve locked us out of our own data and systems because of this billing issue. It’s like they’re holding our data for ransom, which is just insane. It’s like they’re saying, “Nice data you have there, shame if something happened to it.” Not cool at all. Bottom Line: The software might be okay, but dealing with their team is a nightmare. It’s left a really bad taste in my mouth. If you’re thinking about using Wrike, just be aware of what you might be getting into with their customer service and billing. I’m definitely telling my network to steer clear!

Good product solution for Project Management and would be an amazing bit of software if the support and accounts team were good to work with. They took an amazing product that I am about to walk away from, just because they have company syndrome now and like abusing the little guy!

Desvantagens:

Customer service, support, and billing are awful. Beware!

Wrike is top of the line!

Comentários: Our team was able to collaborate with each other all while utilizing the A.I. LLM features within the platform to seamlessly tackle tasks without having to switch between gpt apps.

Vantagens:

Wrike has a great interface that makes Project Management easy. The proofing tools made my job as team leader especially easy as it was a few clicks to fix typos before the project could be completed.

Desvantagens:

There could be more features for financial aspects of the project, I only suggest this as a further upgrade as the platform could become a one stop for everything.

Comentários: Wrike allows us to have a complete and detailed view of the work that is being done with one or several projects at a time. The dashboard of this platform has allowed us to better organize collaborative work by being able to manage team tasks in a simple way, without so many processes in the assignment of tasks. This platform is not only another organizer for project management but also provides data efficiently to the main project administrators and thus be more effective with delivery times. The reports with this platform are the most important of all the benefits obtained with this platform since they are generated instantly and are very clear with the project data, they can be generated at any time, thus showing the status of the managed projects.

Vantagens:

The most positive impact of this platform is the resources they have available on the website with examples of the use of all their tools. This has been quite useful since this platform requires enormous patience to be able to use it correctly and not get lost in the implementation process within a company regardless of its size. I also like the way in which projects can be viewed, I can have a clear visualization of the tracking of all employees involved in the different projects and know the status of each of their tasks, this has been able to help me manage collaboration in teams and know if the established deadlines are being met, all of this happening in real time. I feel that the integration has been one of the most complete features of this platform, practically any popular software or platform can be easily integrated into Wrike without requiring cumbersome configurations.

Desvantagens:

This platform is not intuitive at all, and it is even clear that it requires going through a steep learning curve to properly manage this platform and not get lost in the process, as well as wasting time when managing projects. The way in which the panels can be customized within this platform could be improved; there is not much flexibility with respect to the colors that can be selected. In addition, the configuration of the custom fields is very limited, so this makes me work with just enough and I do not feel that I have total freedom of customization. It is difficult to combine tasks with projects in the reports, even in the panel; I find it uncomfortable to have these separate sections when they should be in the same place with a detailed view of each of the tasks in the same project, so most of the time I have to resort to manually joining these reports that are generated separately.

What I Know ‘bout Wrike

Vantagens:

I use Wrike as monday.com alternative. The thing I like most is availability of an easy to use mobile application. Automating workflow saves me time which I devote on other productive projects.

Desvantagens:

Unlike alternatives such as Planview Daptiv, Wrike does not have offline access feature.

What I Experience with Wrike

Vantagens:

Wrike is a central repository for project portfolio management. Availability of iOS mobile application allows me to work on the go for 24/7.

Desvantagens:

The bugs which I was experiencing late last year on my mobile application are no more since the vendor technical team eradicated them when I reached out to them.

Ever since 2021 in my previous organization, Wrike has been the main backbone tool for task and project management procedures.

Desvantagens:

Wrike has all the features that I look forward to use on a daily basis.

Comentários: This software is so simple and yet so effective. It has provided all the tools I need to work more efficiently with projects as well as manage and track them. Other software can be so tricky and complicated to use when it comes to that, but Wrike makes it easy in that regard. The data management is also very user friendly as well. Overall a great project software!

Vantagens:

The collaboration is so practical with this software. Everything is so simple and easy to access. The integration is getting better and better with every update. I like the fact that there is also web, mobile, and desktop access as well.

Desvantagens:

The time tracking is pretty basic compared to other similar software. It is a little expensive as well but nothing too ridiculous. Besides that there's nothing that would really stop me from using Wrike
