Comentários: Estou usando Webex para conectividade remota e reuniões usando web conferência. Ele oferece uma ampla gama de recursos com muita personalização, tornando minha vida mais fácil e flexível.

Vantagens:

A melhor coisa que eu gosto no aplicativo WebEx é sua interface de usuário de tema escuro padrão. O aplicativo WebEx possui serviços de mensagens junto com serviços de reunião. No aplicativo WebEx, podemos facilmente compartilhar arquivos e enviar mensagens para nossos clientes com segurança, o que economiza muito do nosso tempo, em vez de enviar e-mails sempre. Há um atraso ou latência muito baixo nas reuniões com o Webex, o que é muito bom.

Desvantagens:

Às vezes, a tradução de outros idiomas para o português não é 100% correta, o que transmite uma mensagem errada aos ouvintes. Exceto que não há nada para não gostar no aplicativo Webex.

Vantagens:

Utilizo com frequência para apresentações online em mentorias ao vivo em um trabalho paralelo que tenho. Posso fazer chamadas de qualquer tipo de dispositivo tendo a mesma qualidade. Consigo esta presente no vídeo junto com o conteúdo a ser mostrado, isso gera uma melhor experiencia para meus alunos. E interagir com os mesmo através das mensagens instantâneas.

Desvantagens:

Inicialmente tive dificuldade no atendimento ao cliente, não estava conseguindo ser compreendida em minha duvida. Mas depois tive minha questão resolvida e nos atendimentos seguintes foi bom.

não tive como gostar dele pois não funcionou

Fui assistir uma reunião online através dele da camara de Figueira da Foz e não funionou

Webex prático e fácil de utilizar.

Comentários: Acho que deveria ser mais divulgado, para que todas as pessoas tenham no seu celular ou computador. Uma dica é fazer uma parceria na faculdade para que os alunos utilizem e fiquem mais familiarizado com o programa.

Vantagens:

Achei muito fácil e acessível. O preço é justo.

Desvantagens:

Não ser muito conhecido pelas pessoas dificultando a interação.

Minha experiência com o Webex Events

Comentários: Com o advento da pandemia da covid-19 e diante do confinamento obrigatório, o software Webex Events conferiu a possibilidade de continuidade dos trabalhos por meio de reuniões de forma online, por videoconferência onde é possível compartilhar dados com os demais participantes. Desta forma a distância entre as pessoas foi diminuída e pode-se retomar as atividades laborativas. O Webex Events foi e está sendo de crucial importância.

Vantagens:

É um software de fácil acesso e utilização. Possui ótimas ferramentas e recursos avançados como o gerenciamento de até 3 mil participantes, compartilhamento de tela, vídeo em HD, ajuste de volume e expansão da tela. Além disso, possibilita ao host planejar de forma antecipada por meio do gerenciamento e agendamento.

Desvantagens:

Na minha opinião acho o software completo, com funcionalidades úteis e de fácil utilização.

Excelente para videoconferencias

Vantagens:

Sistema de fácil acesso. simples para cadastrar e realizar reuniões virtuais.

Desvantagens:

gostaria que tivesse chat para interagir mesmo sem reuniões on line.

Cisco Webex

Vantagens:

Excelente software para realização de web meetings.

Desvantagens:

Não possui contras até o momento, o software é estável e contém várias funcionalidades.

My Experience with Webex

Comentários: Webex is a good tool for video conferencing and calling. I especially like the software's group and room capabilities.

Vantagens:

Webex does not lag like Zoom, and the conferences are much clearer.

Desvantagens:

Having used both Zoom and Webex, Webex is not as user-friendly as Zoom conferences.

Comentários: It allows professional and compelling communication that makes the interaction almost natural, more favorite than face-to-face communication with geographical limitations of communication channels while enjoying high reliability.

Vantagens:

Its virtual meeting technology enables high definition both video and audio with very little lag; the integrated webinar allows complex features, for instance, period of time voting, shared screens, and other features of engaging participants.

Desvantagens:

Limited choices are available when it comes to branding the interface of webinars. Jurisdiction over privacy issues related to third-party app integration is complicated. Limited the use of artificial intelligence for measuring the level of participation of attendees in a webinar.

Collaborate, conference, backed with AI- webex suite

Comentários: I have started using this tool since 2020. I found it slightly complex to learn initially. However over a period of time, I learnt it and it was easier for me to explore all the features of the suite. I mostly use it in webinars and video conferences. It has feature to integrate with other tools like microsoft hence becomes easier to collaborate

Vantagens:

I have been using products of this suite since the very beginning of my professional career. To start with, I like the idea of all in one suite, it has all everything required in one place. Mostly I use the web conferencing tool, it has a simple UI, easy to use and handle. The video quality is high and is backed by AI.

Desvantagens:

It is slightly costly, compared to other similar products in the market. Sometimes I face lags while I use the web conferencing option. Initial use requires some training

Comentários: Not had any issues installing the application and starting meetings

Vantagens:

The security can be trusted from a mainstream vendor

Doesn’t integrate as well as other competitors with Microsoft products

Cisco Webex

Vantagens:

I like that I can record the meetings, step away, and have virtual backgrounds.

Desvantagens:

I do not like that it can sometimes take a lot of bandwidth which causes my computer to run slower than normal

Great for training

Comentários: We use it for conducting webinars and training audiences nationwide. it's good for small groups of 5-10 and also works well with larger groups of several hundred. It's pretty easy to control while you're speaking but sometimes we use one person to control the lines and Q&A and another person to present.

Vantagens:

Very easy to use and great features for controlling large crowds in webinars

Desvantagens:

The customer service and training wasn't the best, but once we figured out how to use it we were pretty good on our own.

Comentários: With my experience if you are looking tools for collaboration then, try webex suite with all the collaborating tools that I need in one place, such as you can make calling, easy to schedule meetings and send messages to the users, quickly create polling, easy to conduct webinars, you can make events, use digital whiteboarding and quickly record, share ideas and engage with video messaging.

So, far good with the free version of the Webex Suite.

I have had zero problems using Webex Suite.

Comentários: the webex suite is really good, it has many instances to use for collaboration and in the enterprise level has a lot to offer, specially for really complex organizations. with different geographical locations.

Vantagens:

I like that the tools enable us to perform many actions in an efficient way, the Webex space for meetings, calls integrated with outlook calendar makes everything more organized, the details on the events platform of Webex where you can print tickets or use it as a Streaming platform for webinars is awesome.

Desvantagens:

I think the trainings in their WebEx training website should be more didactic, and that the test should be aligned with the content trained.

Vantagens:

WebEx is an excellent communication suite for hosting meetings, making calls to coworkers, sharing screens and more. My favorite feature of WebEx is the WebEx chat function, the ability to record meetings, and capture attendance.

Desvantagens:

I do not like how I'm not able to connect to WebEx meetings via my phone (Google Pixel 8) when I ask WebEx to call me so I can connect. My phone is not able to recognize when I enter 1 on the key pad on my phone to connect.

WebEx sets the standard for meeting software

Comentários: I love WebEx. It would be my choice for meeting software. Easy for end users to participate in meetings.

Vantagens:

I loved WebEx. I would have to host meetings with people from as many as three or four different organizations (clients, vendors, partners, etc.) and WebEx made it super easy for all the invitees to join from wherever they were.

Desvantagens:

Although it was ideal when everyone had the computer app installed, on occasion, some users would have to join via browser window, but that only took a few moments to resolve itself.
