I, also, enjoy that we can have our meetings without having to travel especially in Winter time when the roads can be bad. Webex is a good communication software in many ways not just within the office but, also, to those further out.

> **Desvantagens**: What I least like about WebEx is when you have an invite code for a training session but it tells me that it is not an active code when I had just received that code. I was late for my new employee training as a result of this issue, however, I used a different computer within my supervisor office with the same code and got right in.

> My overall experience with WebEx is actually positive. Within my office, we use it to ensure our safety and privacy. We do this because we have had moments of uncertainty. This software helps us to ensure one another is safe especially when within a room.
