It works well as a school bell scheduler

Comentários: We use the software to run our daily bell schedules for the school.
Vantagens: It's pretty straightforward, it allows for many custom schedules, it allows for multiple file types for the audio files. It's not the most simple program but with about ten minutes of trainings, a few notes, I've found our staff is able to make and edit custom bell schedules and input their own audio files. I'm absolutely yearning for a web based version and/or an iOS version of this software. Would make it so much easier if I didn't have to go up to the one PC that runs this software. I have reached out a couple times over the years with a question and I've always gotten a response by the following business day, so that is good for sure.
Desvantagens: Only one small thing, when editing a schdule it would be great if I could completely remove a a Period line or at least be able to change the order, say grab a line and move it up or down in the order. Is a minor thing and it's interesting that I had to really think hard to come up with a con. The interface looks a bit dated but that too is such a minor thing and it actually looks fine on the Windows 7 system that it's currently running on. Would look a bit out of place on a Windows 10 system though.
Affordable and User Friendly

Comentários: Benefits are much more excitement in the halls when changing classes listening to music versus our old bell system.
Vantagens: The cost to purchase the software, the ability to create multiple playlists, and the ease of using the software to create playback through our PA system.
Desvantagens: The inability to stop the song exactly at a time interval (ie; 3 mins)
