Everything is all in one place (though you may need to purchase other products and integrate with them) and super user friendly.
Not able to manually sync projects ourselves in real time. Given the cost of the software I'm shocked there's no solution.

Fantastic Hub for All Project Information
Comentários: My overall experience with Procore has been great. I have used it as a subcontractor needing to bill on AIA documentation to a GC, but I have mostly used it from the general contractor's perspective. The depth of information and customization is great.
Vantagens:
Procore is a fantastic ERP system that can connect project management and accounting, as well, as external subcontractors, vendors, and owners. All information regarding a project can be found in one place, with permission setting available to prevent users from accessing things they should not.
Desvantagens:
You are not able to drill down into budget line items to see what the breakdown of cost is. This may just be how our system is configured though since we do not enter expenses directly into Procore, but rather sync them from Sage Intacct.
My experience with Procore as a small construction company
Comentários: Everything is in one site, from scheduling to invoicing to job report with photos. Makes it easier to get an overall view of the project and of it's progress.
Vantagens:
It's interactivity between the users (subcontractors and project manager). I like that the subs can find all of the project info in one place and even accessible on their phone.
Desvantagens:
I could get very complicated very fast. It is important to take the classes before you start implementing it with one of your projects.
I love Procore

The tracking of projects and the ease of use.

Its slow alot of times when you try to open it up on desktop.
Terrible experience with the entire PROCORE system
Comentários: Our experience with PROCORE started out great! They promised the world . My office staff spent dozens of hours training and working through how we planned to use the format. We were told the that PROCORE integrated seamlessly with XERO accounting and that they had already designed an integration program to facilitate the accounting piece of the platform. Well $15,000 later in PROCORE fees, my team through trial and error determined that the integration they had designed didn't actually work. They insisted it did but soon realized our team was correct. They promised they would have a fix within 2 weeks. It took over 6 weeks for them to "FIX" the integration issue. Not sure if they did because the only communication they maintained with us was invoicing us for a service that didn't work as promised. After dozens of emails to all contacts we had at PROCORE we received not ONE response except for invoices not being paid. So we walked- $15, 000 out of pocket and what I would estimate at least that in wages paid to employees for training on the PROCORE platform , Identifying a flaw in there system and receiving no support from PROCORE after they said the XERO integration was fixed. PROCORE failed with my company. They have very little direct support available. NO accountability and no contact person assigned to our account. Maybe it works well for some but if we ran our construction company like PROCORE runs their business we would be out of business faster then you can shake a stick. I HAVE NOTHING POSITIVE TO SAY ABOUT PROCORE-their employees or customer support.

Customer service was terrible. They have no dedicated pint person for account holders Integrations did not work as promised

The good, the bad, and the ugly.
Comentários: I hated procure at first. It seemed overly complicated for no reason. However, after a year of utilizing it, it became apparent as to why it is a useful tool.
Vantagens:
Procure is very organized and creates a place to be able to manage projects conveniently.
Desvantagens:
Procure has a lot of functions that one must learn. The train classes that procure provides are definitely not enough. It take quite a long time to figure it out.
Procore is a solid construction platform
Comentários: The overall experience has been easy and fluid to use.
Vantagens:
The fact that all of the pertinent project information, submittals, plans and specifications are all in one place for all the trades to review.
Desvantagens:
The fact that files can't be viewed directly but rather have to be downloaded to fully view.
Great Project Tool
Comentários: Procore is a great tool for Construction professionals. The feature set is very tailored to construction related tasks

Runs a bit slow in my experience. Wish there was a better option to review BIM models.

Comentários: Not bad, It has been helpful and needed in order to do our jobs

It is too expensive. It does not allow AI to help speed up our process like other systems have

Comentários: Procore is a great platform for construction communication and documents.

Nice interface for construction work on phone and computer.

Trainings were a bit bland (or maybe they just didn't align with my learning style).

Comentários: very well overall, very familiar with the needs of the industry and leader in the field

Consolidated and Simplified Financial System
Vantagens:
All project financial related items are in the one place - forecasting, subcontracts, POs, progress claiming, variations, etc., which makes it extremely easy to track all project financial elements. It is especially convenient when Procore is used for project control too (i.e., RFIs, document control, etc.), making it even more streamlined.
Desvantagens:
It can be annoying that you can't amend variations after they are approved. You also can't amend PO/SC SOV line items after an invoice has been uploaded, which makes the invoice process quite time consuming.
Procore stand above the rest
Comentários: Amazing and what a time saver. Contracts, change orders, invoicing, submittals - makes everything at your finger tips
Vantagens:
Procore allows everyone in the organization from the office to the field to the architects to collaborate on a project
Desvantagens:
Sometimes it takes a bit for everyone to see the documents in the folders
Procore Fan
Comentários: I have used it on several projects and it is better than similar programs.
Vantagens:
The program is easy to navigate and the information is easily tracked.
Desvantagens:
All information is not available. Contractors tend to block certain information.
Procore Rocks!
Comentários: Overall, I am impressed with the software when it comes to detailed organization of files and the intended work flows.
Vantagens:
I like the detailed format of the software that helps with contracts administration.
Desvantagens:
Drop-down menus can be simplified and easily clicked so that you don't actually pick the wrong link.
EXCELLENT PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOL
Comentários: ITS THE MOST WELL ROUNDED PROJECT MANAGEMENT SOLUTION.
Vantagens:
IT ACTS AS ONE DATABASE FOR ALL OF THE CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION PROCESS.
Desvantagens:
IT OCASSIONALLY HAS GLITCHES WHICH IS BASED ON THE SETUP OF THE SYSTEM BY THE ADMIN. IF MORE THAN ONE PERSON IS A PRIORITY REVIEWER ON A SUBMITTAL IT WILL GET STUCK RATHER THAN PASS ON TO THE NEXT OFFICE.
Excellent Project/Document Management Software
Vantagens:
Procore is heavily customisable, and comes with modules that can be added and removed to use (and pay) for only the modules you wish to use. Drawing and Specification modules are excellent, and correspondence quickly being improved. Punch Lists, Document managent, tendering all done well.
Desvantagens:
Slightly different and takes a few weeks to get comfortable with if familar with other similar products.
Good for the big companies
Comentários: Hard for small businesses to be competitive.
Vantagens:
The amount of jobs up for bid was a solid amount.
Desvantagens:
The pricing was way to high to make it worth it.
Procore does it again!
Vantagens:
Manner in which we can save documents in folders and make them accessible to all users. Also, financial tools are strong and consistent in interface.
Desvantagens:
Inspection templates can be made much easier to import. Create more standard templates to import.
Procore Experience
Vantagens:
FUNCTIONALLYTY. It is amazing how many functions Procore has. Personally, I have used it for invoicing and estimating, which were pretty easy and super detail-oriented. Additionally, it has amazing project management tools for the construction industry. You can use it to save, use, share all the required documents, like drawings, addendums, estimates,etc
Desvantagens:
Price. It is expensive. For small companies like ours, it is a significant expense.
Worse tool and customer service
Vantagens:
Workforce planning was the only module that has been useful.
Desvantagens:
We were sold a product that did not work at all what we were promised. Spent hundreds of man hours to try and correct and were not able with very little support from the Procore team. I would strongly advise not using this company for your estimating/project financial needs.
Good at what it does
Vantagens:
central location for collating and dispensing of information
Desvantagens:
sometimes extra steps are required when they do not feel neccesary
ProCore Review
Vantagens:
Ease of tracking due dates in the system for RFI and submittals
Desvantagens:
Once an item is marked complete, or 'ball-in-court' is put into someone else's name you cannot go back and add material.
Procore increases the chances of project execution
Comentários: Procore is employed by our field manager, our project manager, and our project manager in day-to-day tasks such as keeping track of things, taking photos, writing specifications, and submitting projects. Our entire institution uses Procore. The business issues it addresses are transformations in submissions in order for our sub-task managers to get more pressing Responses, meaning that the entirety of the work must be completed sooner. He also discussed communication between the field staff and the office to have access to updated images, reports and IFs. As a company, since the Procore program was done, we were able to run more jobs with the same level of help by decreasing the help. We are now able to run more jobs and run more jobs correctly.
Vantagens:
Real-time recording sheet of notes and images allows all staff members to closely observe the work. RFIs can be generated without using the sketch tool with an attachment of visualized images of the sketches, which speeds up the response to RFIs. The sketch tool provides the appropriate and up-to-date images at all times for each of the site and HQ employees to get the project construction correct.
Desvantagens:
The predisposition to photograph things after they are already housed in a book. The ability to incorporate an appendix to an existing definition so you can change the text and add new appendices to the specification manual. The paint tool would be more useful if the sketch could be overlaid.
