Ótima ferramenta

5,0 há 7 meses

Vantagens:

Comentários: Utilizamos diariamente no escritório. Trabalhamos toda a rotina, revisão de projetos, indicações de tarefas e as demais atividades do escritório alinhadas e organizadas.

Vantagens:

Desvantagens:

Creio que o ponto negativo seja o valor, ainda é muito alto.

Comentários: Great. The app is extremely intuative so the learning curve is reduced and simple. Just looks more complicated then it really is.

Vantagens:

Document viewing the Field is a necessity. Linking RFI's and submittals to the drawings makes things clear and reduces misses during construction.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes sync issue while uploading photos and documents while changing from WIFI to LTE. Sometimes the sync needs to be cleared and redone.

The ease of uploading sheets and files to communicate with field staff is great. The new calibration tool improved accuracy now that you can set the scale and not relay on the 2 pt configuration.

Desvantagens:

The BIM viewing errors out often. Viewing document on a mobile device is great you can search pretty easy. On a computer its nots as convenient. Sometimes zooming in on prints takes a while to load or needs to be refreshed.

Comentários: Overall it was okay. The implementation team (3rd party vendor who sold the bundle to us) could have been better, but the product itself was overall good.

Vantagens:

The fact that all of the modules within Build, Cost Management, and Insight tie into each other makes it very easy to create Issues connected to RFIs to Plans, etc.

Desvantagens:

Sometimes it can be a little clunky with how some items work on a desktop version, but not on a mobile version. In Meetings, for example, one can assign due dates and people to complete the action items on the desktop version, but you cannot assign people in the mobile version.

Most impactful review

5,0 mês passado Novo

Comentários: I can describe in a few words, the productivity and efficiency working collaboratively with the work and the office as a whole has been totally enriching.

Vantagens:

I think that the way of saving and organizing all the files in the same source of truth DOCS is one of the things that has made my productivity easier in my day using ACC. The second is BUILD, the connection between the field and our office. It has been one of the most significant advances in our work workflow on the construction site.

Desvantagens:

I think that in BUILD the way the sheets are organized can be improved, recently you did an update on a way of organizing called collection, it's not bad, it has given me the way to find the shop drawings sets more easily, but after they are in the collection folder that I have created and I cannot take the sheets out from there again, you should create a simpler way to be able to locate the version set more easily, because it gets complicated when I have many, I take them out at least a week 8 shop drawings set, imagine there are around 32 minimum sets per month, it has been difficult for us on many occasions to find a particular set, that is, more than a filter is needed, so it is better to be able to organize by folders.

360 Everything

5,0 há 4 semanas Novo

Comentários: ACC or BIM360 was a game changer for us in March 2020. We are fortunate that we had just really started using BIM360 in 2019 so when things were headed for a lockdown in 2020, we very quickly were able to push all of our active projects onto BIM360 that were otherwise living on our internal network which became painfully slow to access via VPN. We barely lost a heartbeat by having all projects up on BIM 360 in less than a day.

Vantagens:

What I like most about Autodesk Construction Cloud is having one platform to go for all Revit files on a given project through BIM Collaborate Pro. I am a huge proponent of having the entire team, design and construction, working in a live environment on BIM360.

Desvantagens:

What I like least about Autodesk Construction Cloud is the never ending, on-going changing of product names. Its bad enough everything has "360" in it (except ACC now) but its been really challenging to have meaningful conversations with others about the product when its gone through so many name changes.

ACC got it ALL - be it Preconstruction, Design, or Field!

4,0 há 2 meses Novo

Vantagens:

ACC has become a one-stop-shop for all our projects, ranging from managing and coordinating BIM models, managing design development, quantity take-off to project management needs such as RFIs, Submittals, Schedules, Meeting Minutes. It has become a catchphrase in the company whenever someone asks: "Where can I find it? It's on ACC, of course!"

Desvantagens:

Some of the tools still have too many clicks to go through, for example Forms, Photos, Submittals module. Once someone gets the hang of it - all things totally make sense. However, since these modules are frequently going to be used by our field teams, we might need to make these features a bit easier to use. And I know, Autodesk is continuously developing these features by collecting feedback from multiple sources, which is great!

Comentários: ACC is great for collaboration and coordination across all project stakeholders.

Vantagens:

Ability to link Revit models across multiple firms along with the ability to control permissions to data access.

Desvantagens:

Performance related to viewing models in the web viewer can be combersome at time. The in ability for nested linked models to appear in sheet and model viewers is a major shortcoming.

Autodesk Construction Cloud - A Comprehensive Platform for Construction Management

5,0 há 11 meses

Comentários: Airtable is a powerful and user-friendly platform for managing projects. The platform's intuitive user interface and powerful tools make it easy to store, sort, and share data. Collaborating with team members is easy, and users can customize their workspace to their needs. Additionally, Airtable's integration with other software programs makes it a great choice for teams that need to manage data from multiple sources.

Vantagens:

Autodesk Construction Cloud is an excellent platform for managing construction projects of all sizes. Its intuitive user interface and powerful features make it easy to track progress, manage data, and collaborate with stakeholders. The platform's real-time reporting capabilities provide up-to-date insights into project activities, enabling teams to make informed decisions quickly.

Desvantagens:

Autodesk Construction Cloud can be difficult to learn, particularly if a user is not already familiar with the software. The platform's steep learning curve can be challenging for inexperienced users, and some of the features can be difficult to find. Additionally, the platform is not currently optimized for mobile devices.

Best Overall Solution I've seen in the Construction industry

4,0 há 4 anos

Comentários: Communication and organization of real time information from multiple job sites
Punch list tracking
Safety issues reporting
improved record keeping
Better real time redline recording

Vantagens:

Easy to use and to implement. Workers found it easy to understand and use, immediate buy in Keeps your project tasks in order Assigning tasks to works and superintendents easily real time information from projects without the need for constant visits safety issues recorded and documented newly improved field reports and check list creator WAY easiler to adopt than Procore

Desvantagens:

Terrible user based subscription system, not construction friendly for GCs with many subcontractors Would like to see built in actual budgeting and POs High price for upgraded features (submittals and RFI advanced) that is not rolled out with complete workflow tracking and multiple reviewers User based subscription may actually make this more ex[pensive than Procore with far less functionality

HB Construction - "Built Different!" with Autodesk BIM 360

4,0 há 7 anos

Comentários: Recently HB Construction in Albuquerque, New Mexico, is offering our design teams and owners new tools to help facilitate our commitment to providing quality buildings. Autodesk BIM 360 products, Glue and Field with Autodesk Building Ops are cloud based mobile platforms used for coordination, collaboration, QA/QC management, asset and finally preventative maintenance. Autodesk's BIM tools are transforming HB's handover experience to our owners and building operators giving them access on day one of operations to the information they need. Gathering of building data starts in the early stages of pre-construction. HB creates construction models either from the design models or from 2D construction sets. Using Autodesk BIM 360 Glue, models are used to coordinate location of trade's elements virtually before placement in the field. We work with all our sub-contractors to sign-off on a fully coordinated model before field work begins. While working on coordinating element locations in BIM 360 Glue, HB and its subs also use Autodesk BIM 360 Field to provide asset data important to the building elements warranty, preventative maintenance and operation management. BIM 360 Field also supports our field management allowing HB to track issues for quality assurance, safety, and commissioning. As the project nears completion, Building Ops connects to BIM 360 Field allowing all the relevant documents, models, photographs and videos associated with the building components and asset data to be migrated and conveniently available in Building Ops. Using the available data and information in Building Ops the HB warranty team continually updates and manages asset information such as location, operation, maintenance, repairs and service requests for two years after substantial completion. Those in charge of operating and maintaining the building are invited and can use the mobile or web interface of the application also. In fact, we encourage this. HB is proud to offer Autodesk BIM 360 Glue and Field and Autodesk Building Ops as added value services to our clients as they enable HB to save time, money and resources with a fully coordinated data-centric model used to manage field quality and safety during construction passing on to owners and operators, true real-time asset information reflective of the building design and construction that they may trust and access on day one of the handover experience.

Vantagens:

The ability to access real data from the cloud. The ease at learning and getting started quickly with really world results. Ability to show subs the ease and capabilities so that they feel part of the team.

Desvantagens:

I do wish the BIM 360 products were more integrated. Each of the Autodesk BIM 360 tools offer such needed benefits that if they were able to interact with each other our teams would use them even more. When a team member on the site has to go to 3 or 4 different tools to access the same data it can get tiring.

BIM 360: A good idea, but misses the mark as a whole.

3,0 há 7 anos

Comentários: I've used BIM-360 as part of the BIM coordination process on 2 separate projects. The idea is that you store your CAD files in the cloud, and the BIM administrator for the project creates composite ("merged") models, combining all of the trade models. These merged models are stored in the cloud and are accessible from computers and ipads. The ability to view current and updated models on an ipad in the field is really the main benefit to using BIM 360, in my opinion.
Having said that, the only way that particular feature (and all of the others, for that matter) works properly, is if the project BIM manager does all of the necessary "housekeeping" so that you have good model hygiene - like using proper model origin and orientations, eliminating "space junk" from the model files. If you have any of those things, the default model view is zoomed way out, and makes it almost impossible to zoom into the model. Every time you hit the "top view" or "home view" buttons, it resets back to being zoomed way out. The BIM 360 model viewer actually works better on the ipad that it's PC application.
Other features that leave a bit to be desired are:

*Navigating the model (PC app). Saving and recalling viewpoints, and running clash detection. Navisworks Manage is far superior in all of those areas.

*If you use BIM 360 to view your model, as opposed to using Navisworks or Revit, you have to upload your CAD file every time you want to see a model update. The upload takes some time and becomes somewhat tedious. There is BIM 360 plugin for Navis Manage that allows you to log into the BIM 360 server through Navis, and view any of the merged models that have been created. So you're essentially using Navis to navigate, take viewpoints, make annotations, run clashes. But you still have to upload your own CAD file to the cloud if you want to see the changes take place in current Navis session. You can save a local copy of the model as an NWD file.
*Navigating the file/folder structure is tedious. When you download a file (another trade's CAD, for example) from Bim 360, it NEVER remembers the previous save location. Very annoying.
FINAL THOUGHTS: We scrapped BIM 360 and use only Navis and Dropbox for coordination currently. If our foremen could view an accurate and current model on an ipad in the field the product would be worth consideration. Proper BIM management makes all the difference. There are glitches, and a learning curve.

Vantagens:

The ability for the field to call up the model on an ipad.

Desvantagens:

Everything else is inferior to currently existing market products.
