When it was first implemented aver 20 years ago we were doing most of our process by hand manually. Since then we have been through several versions of the software and with every new version we are stunned at the level of development.ABS allows for automatically handling a TON of the small tasks that can eat away at overall productivity. The software is very easy to setup, although time-consuming because of the sheer volume of options you have to set this product up EXACTLY the way you want it to handle your companies needs, pretty much no matter what that looks like.The data in the system (sales, products, inventory, etc.) is more visible and accessible than any other MRP software I've ever encountered. If there is some data you are looking for chances are if you set it correctly, there is an option to retrieve it. > > **Desvantagens**: I wish there was a better way to handle Cut-Ahead items (and Piecework in general). However, I'm under the impression that this development is in the works and we could be seeing this in the upcoming releases. > > We were seeing an overall bottleneck in production that seemed to be getting a bit worse with time. It was very difficult to query information prior to ABS.
