> **Vantagens**: ebCard is ebCard is simply the best tool we've found for handling incoming contact and account data. The app/tool itself is exceptionally easy to use, especially from a tradeshow floor, and integrates seamlessly with our CRM and Marketing Automation tools. The team at ebCard have gone out of their way to provide outstanding customer service, and helped us use their tool to maximum effect. We had used three older and higher profile tools to deliver similar services in the past - ebCard has been a better fit for us, hands down.

> **Desvantagens**: We don't have any cons with the tool. Where we had hiccups two years ago, the ebCard team was very responsive and made improvements that eliminated any concerns we had.

> We use ebCard to manage loose incoming leads, most commonly from trade shows and drop in visits. Following their conversation with the prospect, our sales team is able to scan a business card (or even a trade show badge) record the salient details and conversation points, make notes, fill required fields, etc, which then creates a contact in our CRM. Where we found other tools unreliable and glitchy, ebCard has a 100% success rate. No lost or mangled data, therefore no wasted conversations or lost leads.
